This is my 3rd weight release journey and it's been a roller coaster. I've been working on releasing excess weight for the past 3 years and NOTHING worked until recently discovering that the inflammation in my body was a huge piece to this, which was being caused by parasites/bacteria/heavy metals that were in my body for over 2 years!

In this episode i share how i healed that inflammation in 21 days, and the mindset/identity shifts I've had that made the process more FUN. When you're having fun, you're more likely to stick to things, and the process becomes more enjoyable. I initially went to my chiropractor to work on my posture. So I had this like intuitive, like pull to just reach out to like my lymphatic massage department.

drainage specialist lady. And I was she was like talking about her chiropractor and all the cool things that he does. And so I like felt this pull to like reach out to him and like get connected and book an appointment with him to help me work on my posture.

And then knowing that he also like works with Chinese herbs and medicines and like she he had helped her, you know, um release certain parasites that she had in her body that she like picked up from food poisoning and all of that.

But then coming around the second session, i was like, okay, like I want to figure out what's going on in my body because...

Struggles with Post-COVID Weight

I have been on a motherfucking mission to release excess body weight that has been on my body since I've had COVID. And I feel like COVID had something to do with it. Like kind of, I just have a feeling about that, but I had had it like over, it's going to be three years now since I have been on a mission and I'm not a lazy bitch. Okay.

Although we do like to be a little lazy here. And what I mean by that is efficiency and ease. I also know like, to take action and do what I need to do. So I've been at it. Like I've been working out. I've been, i'm not going to lie. My nutrition, I eat healthy for the most part. Like that's just something that's just a normal part of my day to day. That's something that I value, but I wasn't really on top of my meals like that and like fully eating,

whole foods and like super clean and not that you have to eat super clean to get to your goals. But along the way, as I have been training my intuition and learning to like just cultivate more of that trust within myself and working on that,

There's a huge energetic side and piece to this that like I have been working on and shifting. And this was just a part of the physical piece of it that's missing because in order to create what you want, like you need the energetics and then you also need the physical aligned action.

So I guess like I just wasn't a match during that time to like receive this information and do something about it because I obviously needed to cultivate that self-trust and learn about the energetic side of it to then take action as well. I always say that energetics comes first. It always drives the actions that you take. It always like creates, you know, energy is never destroyed. It's just transferred. It's just transformed. And so I, I'm glad that I had it this way, but anyways, so I basically went to him and we did all this, like, it's really, really cool guys.

He basically does like a, he uses a magnet and he does a lot of subconscious like muscle testing. Cause your body is literally like your best intuitive best friend. It it' will tell you, literally tell you everything that you need to know of like what's going on if you pay attention. So he basically was like muscle testing. He put like a magnet on my head.

And we were testing so many things and it was really interesting because like parasites came up, some type of bacteria came up, inflammation came up. He was like, your body's like super inflamed and it like,

It's just like these parasites and these things like we need to kill them because they're causing more inflammation and all of these things. Right. And it's so interesting because like I honestly, the way that I responded to this whole thing has been such a blessing and so many amazing lessons that I'm going to share with you guys today around it, because when we were testing and everything, he was telling me you can't have this. You can't have that. You can't have tomatoes. You can't have onions like you can't.

So even then i you know, he ordered my herbs and everything. And I just intuitively knew that like, this is really going to change a lot for me. And this was like, this is it.

So even me being me, I was like, the first thing that I did was I need to literally shift like my mind into like making it easy for myself. Like I need to shift into the identity of like, this is just normal. This is healthy. Like this is what I do. Somebody that really loves themselves and really loves like,

giving themselves the environment and the space to create what it is that they want to create. Like I am worthy of having my most optimal best health. I literally shifted in my brain, like something within me, like I looked, I remember having a cream puff in my car after the appointment. And I was like, this is the last time going to fucking have you, but I'm going to enjoy you.

And mind you only ate like half of it. And then I was like, oh like I'm done. But it was like literally because in that moment I shifted my identity. And this is like one of the biggest things that I feel like a lot of people that go on like these weight release journeys, if you have been on one for the longest,

and you feel like you find yourself doing well, but then you find yourself going back into old habits, it's because you're trying to cultivate a habit instead of cultivating the identity of who is that person that just does that. but where it Because the thing is is, when you cultivate the identity and you move from that place, it literally becomes so much easier for you to like flow with it and let it be easy for you. And it's just like become so much more fun, at least for me.

And so... That's what happened for me. I literally like was like, I decided you literally a moment of you fucking deciding that enough is enough. Like, we're gonna do this. And you know what, how can I make this fun for me? How can I make this an enjoyable experience for me? And so because I was thinking that way, that is literally what I did. So I decided to like start that day, my herbs were gonna come in like a few days later. And I was like, I'm not gonna wait until then. I'm going to start doing this now. And so I went to the grocery store, I got rid of some of the food that I had.

I even ordered like these like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, like those little tablet, long tablet things to like put all my tablets in there. Cause guys, I was literally taking like 20 tablets a day, twice a day. Okay.

And again, a lot of these things, if If you didn't cultivate that identity and that mindset perception shift first, you would be like, oh, like you would be annoyed by the whole situation. But to be honest, this entire journey has been so like, it's been such a blessing for me. It's been so like um eye opening for me. And it's been enjoyable. It's honestly also has taught me that I'm literally capable of doing this.

like I feel like your body can literally like shift and do what it needs to do, at least in my experience, like once you start giving it what it needs. Because I remember going to see Wicked during like the second-ish week mark. And there was literally a guy like next to me, was a dine-in theater. he was next to me having pizza. And like, I love pizza. who doesn't love pizza?

And i remember like just sitting there and not feeling like my body's not craving it. Like usually a lot of us, when you're not eating like, giving yourself your body like what you're what you need and eating clean and like, you know, just putting a lot of more junk into your body. I mean, even like a lot of people that say they eat healthy, like, they're still eating things that like are not premium foods, like they're still eating things with like sunflower seed oil in it, like seed oils or like gums and like they're not choosing the best things to put into their body. And I've literally experienced this firsthand. Like,

from just choosing more premium clean foods of how my body responds, how my body feels. But anyways, so the guy was eating pizza, And I literally did not feel any type of craving. And that was just so empowering to feel like so in control and in my power of like intentionally being able to choose what I want to eat. It's not about cutting off like anything because we are all about balance here. I fucking love food. And I'm super excited to get back into like incorporating more of the foods that I love even more and like just more choices. But it's intentional. It's not like my body's craving or my body's craving sugar. That was a big thing for me.

I get to intentionally choose when I want to have it. If I want to have it it's not from a craving. So anyways, we are currently, as we're recording this episode, we are currently, I have two more days left.

from ah reaching my third week mark. And I have my appointment with him on Tuesday. So I'm going to still keep eating that way because we're going to muscle test again, to see that everything is, you know, fine. And like, what's my next step going to be. But to be honest with you guys, like I i know that I've healed the inflammation going on in my body because I've already started to notice like, myself lifting more weights, you know, back into like similar weights that I used to do prior to all of this. And I still feel like my body doesn't feel drained. It actually still feels the same. Like it feels like let's go, we got more going on. And I've also been able to notice my body healing faster. And so I've been on top of my protein, that's been like the biggest priority that I've had. And it's also really funny, because i wasn't prioritized, like,

I knew getting protein in is important for me for my body. And I wasn't like when I was before this whole thing, I wasn't getting the amount that I ideally want to wanted to get in. But when I started this journey, I got more focused and i was able to figure out creative ways to get it in even on a vegetarian diet.

So that just goes to say that when you're actually dedicated and like you are committed and you make it fun, because that's what we do here, guys. We do fun here. Okay. That is what's going to motivate you to like do the shit that you want to do is make it fun for you.

Adopting Intentional Eating Habits

getting in my protein in like every single day. and Literally, guys, I've been eating the same thing. I want to know. Okay. I want to know like if we, how would you feel if you were told to eat the same thing, same meals every single day for technically it'll be four weeks for me when I complete this whole thing, which I'm almost there.

How would you feel? A lot of people would be like, Oh, like, so annoying and they would be like, damn, I can't anything. And I feel like life is just not fun and it's just like not enjoyable. But i did not feel that way. Like, honestly, I'm still going to continue to incorporate more whole foods and like the way that I've been eating as I go along. It's just that I'm just so excited to like have more flexibility now once I go in with him and do all the testing and stuff like that.

Even that to say, though, regardless of the testing and all that, I know that my inflammation is gone. Like, I know that this was the very first step to helping me release the weight and make it easier for my body to release the weight now.

um So I don't know what I wanted to say in this entire podcast episode. I know that it's been kind of like going around. But what I just want to say, like the biggest thing that I want to say and share from this journey is that, you know, any type of challenge or obstacle that you guys may have or be confronted with.

First of all, I don't want you to see it as a challenge. I want you to see it as an opportunity because that's what I saw. I looked at the benefits of what this is going to be worth and what's what it's going to give me.

And the biggest lessons that I've received from it is to allow things to be fun for me, allow ease into my life, like more. And like, I've even upgraded the food that I buy, like it's more premium, like it's upgraded the the standard that I have for myself, because I, it made me appreciate my body too, actually, because physical self-image is the like obviously the way that you relate with your body the way that you feel about your body is a big thing for women and especially if you're someone well a lot of women but if you're someone that's like on a weight release journey right that's the first thing that you look at don't like my body and the way that it's looking so I want to change it and I've

been, you know, this is my third weight release journey. And I've been through that roller coaster lot. It's been one of my biggest struggles is to love my body the way it is and to feel like I am loved and I'm attractive, even if I look the way that I look.

And even though like right now, I'm not at my ideal, right, quote unquote, ideal body weight that I want to be, i honestly felt like I learned to fall in love more with my body and where I am now.

I totally can go deeper diving into like why we hold on to excess weight and like what are like some of the emotional root causes around it. because that's like a whole nother rabbit hole. But like, just knowing that and you have your intuition, so you can always just ask. But knowing that I definitely have fallen more in love with my body, because I got to the place where it's like, wow, I really got to appreciate my body for all that it does to me. And thank God that it's not a bigger problem than what it could be, right? Like, it's it's only inflammation. And it's only like something where

I only have to eat this food for a certain amount of time and take these supplements for a certain amount of time. It's not forever for me to be healed. Like how amazing is that?

Like I really got to learn Like from this entire experience that the biggest thing is like that your, your but opportunities, going to say opportunities, which we would say challenges, but opportunities, you get to decide how you want to experience them.

Viewing Challenges as Opportunities

that Or you can decide to make it fun and make it of ease and flow and make it like even with recipes and stuff like that. I remember my friend sending me like certain recipe because I was like, well, a lot of things were cut off. And I was like, what am I going to eat?

I even used Chachi Bt for ideas for what type of food I was going to be able to eat. And honestly, it gave me some ideas, but I ended up intuitively just choosing the food that I wanted to eat.

And so I just went to like so certain foods that I like would enjoy eating. And I was like, you know what, we're going to stick to this. I enjoy this. I love this. One of my favorite things that I love to eat now that I've like, you know, included and I'm going to keep eating is during my breakfast, I would have like the same thing. But at the end of my breakfast of like my my main meal,

I would have, um i would buy honeycomb. So like now I can't even look at honey and eat the same anymore because I'm like honeycomb is so good. so I'd get a scoop of honeycomb and then I'll put a scoop of it of peanut butter on top and I would eat it together. And there's something about the blend of those two like things that it just like tastes so good to me. It was like literally the thing that I would look forward to. And it would like help me with, you know, honey's like really good. It's ah also antibacterial and all of that. So Just wanted to say, guys, that I'm here. I did it. i am so fucking proud of myself. And I just want you to know that if you are on a similar journey, like weight release journey, and you have been sick and tired of like trying all these things that you have, i want you to take, first of all, I want you to take real life.

a real honest inventory of like, what are you actually doing? Cause a lot of us want to say like, yeah, I'm eating healthy. Like, you know, going out to have salad from sweet greens is healthy. Technically. No, it's not because there's a lot of fucking calories and dressings. And I will say besides that, like I am not somebody that calorie counts anymore. That's like a whole nother thing that I don't do because that was actually like making me restrict myself and my desires and like,

do it from this restriction energy versus like, especially understanding the energetics of it all versus like this desire energy and versus like this freedom. And it's more about like your relationship with food more than anything. So I don't believe in counting calories. Like I used to do that. I've done this whole macro thing and like this whole like optimization thing. And now it's more about the el lead with energetics and take action that feels good. So eat what feels good. Obviously that's like healthy, like duh, but don't restrict yourself. Like you're, you're allowed to have a scoop of ice cream if you want to. It's just about being more intentional with your choices, with the food that you eat versus like diving into those cravings that you feel. And I think this is why this was such a great reset for me as well.

Um, to just reset my body and start being more intentional with my food and my choices and my journey. So what was I saying? I'm like, what was I saying? Oh, yeah. So take honest inventory, okay, of like where you're at and like the food that you're eating. I guarantee you, bitch, I guarantee you that there's going to be Something that you can shift, that you can change, that you can improve upon, that will help you get closer to your goals.

I guarantee that. And if you don't, if you haven't like trained your intuition, that's okay. We all have intuition. Like you can literally just like, you know, always like I always say, like connect to only source and light when you're receiving information and connect to your higher self because your higher self is always guiding you through everything.

But I always say to just sit with yourself, journal if you need to, if that's like one way to get it out or just sit with yourself and ask yourself, like, what is my next step?

The thing is, is that we, and you including me, i done this a lot and I'm an Aquarius, you know, we are like, too smart for this generation i'll tell you that too smart for this lifetime but i like to be in the innovation mode future like all of that it's great to cultivate that frequency and move from that frequency however when it comes to taking action we tend to want to like take action where it's like okay tomorrow i'm want to get my fucking body like that's not gonna work

you want to You want to take baby steps and those baby steps are so crucial to getting you to your desired you know body weight, whatever your goal is with your body.

So I always like I suggest asking yourself like what is the next step? What is the next step that is going to help me get closer to my health and fitness goals? What is the next step? Because that by following the next step by step by step, that is where you're going get to there. Like for me, this is not the end of it.

Like this was the first step of the next step for my next step to get me there. But I know there's like probably going to be whatever that comes up next. And, you know, I'll find out when I go to him. But even if he doesn't tell me and we're good there with the like the whole body stuff,

I'm going to check in and I'll be like, what's next for me? You know, maybe it's switching up my workout routine and making it for I know for me, like I got to do more cardio and just like bump it up a notch. And so that's the next step for me.

And that's what I'm going to do. Like, you can't just keep doing the same things. That's not like getting you anywhere. You got to like add some newness to it. You got to like tweak some things to get you there.

Like, you can literally do all of this. But if you don't shift your perception around the whole situation and really move into that identity of, like, this is who I am, this just taking action from that identity, then ah it's just going to be harder for you in this journey. especially in my experience like this. Honestly, I remember my mom I'm going wrap this up too, because I feel like I'm just, hey I want to tell you guys one more thing though. Like I remember my mom in the beginning, she was like, you can't eat anything. Like, what are you to eat? Like, what are you to Oh my God, this is so hard. And I was like, no, it's not. Like, this is this is going to be so fun. Like I get to see what I'm made of. I get to see how I can make this enjoyable for myself.

And then that can translate into so many other areas of your life. When you prove that to yourself, when you show yourself that, that you are capable and that you can do this.
