It was literally like a download that I had. I had no idea I was even going to record a podcast episode today, but it it came in hard and it was really interesting the way that it came in too, because I noticed that after I like wrote down the outline of the podcast and what I wanted to talk about the lessons that I wanted to teach and share with you guys, I literally, my higher self does this to me often. Like, for me, I really got into the lazy mode, which I don't mind because I love the idea of slowing down. It's been so helpful and beneficial for me and healing my feminine energy.

And but then I realized I was like thinking about how I want to, you know, move about my podcast this year. how i want to achieve my goals. And just the thought of that was like, wait, but like, how do I really want to do this? Because I feel like I don't want to make myself do things that I don't want to do anymore. But you know, when you're starting anything new, you are, it's going to take time.

for things to catch up, right? Your physical reality to catch up to all the energetic work that you've been doing in the background and the way that you're showing up, the effort that you're putting into your your business.

So at times it can feel not so motivating when you know people aren't really reaching out to you to tell you, how amazing you are and what you're doing, right? That validation that we desire.

When you're not really receiving that in the way that you expect to or the way that you want to consistently, when you're not seeing that, it can feel demotivating. And that has happened to me. You know, my expectations were really, really high in the beginning when I first started my podcast.

Reigniting Motivation and Realignment with Mission

realistic. And not that like, that doesn't exist, because anything's possible. But like,

just to be real with where I'm at and not to attach my sense of happiness and motivation to any external outcome and results. So I really learned that. And then I got on this like energetic, like, ah whatever it was a high of like feeling this like spark and motivation. And I was receiving downloads ideas, like all the time. And I actually felt like being on camera. And I was just like, you know, creating all this content. And I don't know if you're in human design, but if you are, i am a projector, okay?

And our energy is not like a generator. It's not always constant. Even though I'm naturally energetic, like your girl got energy for days. i love that. But for like in certain ways, it's just not as consistent.

And so I needed to be real with myself about that. And I realized that when the holidays started, And I was just starting to feel this like motivation, like deep, I don't even know what to call it. But it was just like a dip. It was a motivational motivation dip where I was just like, yeah, I'm not really feeling like the pull to show up on camera so much. And mind you guys, I am doing the inner work like clockwork. Okay, bitch. Like I am in the motherfucking trenches with you guys. I am doing it.

and I'm in it and I love it and I'm probably the one that does the most with the least effort if that makes sense because I'm an efficiency queen here and that's how we do things but I was like feeling that and I'm like why am I feeling this way and when I really dug deeper I was like wow I understood why and that's what I'm going to share with you guys I also realized during my break apart of like from being like consistent with my posting all the time on social media to like kind of slowing down and like figuring out how I want to show up and how I want to market myself is i really got clear with my mission. Now more than ever, i really, really, really want to help women reclaim their feminine energy, their power, their feminine magnetism, because that's going to be a big piece to what I create in my business and being able to be

so energetically aligned and my authentic self, which is literally a piece of your magnetism and what creates it, to actually like create and magnetize things to me. Obviously, projector energy. But to really create in that way where like I am really taking advantage of my energy, my time, my resources, everything I create to the max...

And so I really want to help women step into their magnetism, step into their power, reclaim their self worth, because it's always there. But, you know, we lose sight of how we relate with our value, how we see our value, how we understand our value. It's so essential and key to our self image, at least what I've learned in my journey.

Progress Over Outcomes

So if that is what you're into, keep on watching, keep on listening. So everyone always talks about the term. So in the self-development world, especially for feminine energy, everyone always talks about how to notice that things are always working out for you, right?

and I totally agree with it, 100%. hundred percent But if you have been wired, and a lot of us are just, it's not that we don't have certain things in our lives or we don't have the potential or anything, it's just that we've been wired to think a certain way because of all of our experiences that we've had experienced.

So if you have been wired to feel like things you've tried in the past and things have failed, right? That can wire you that way. If you've been wired to feel like no matter what you do, you know, something always comes up, right?

negative experiences in your life that you weren't expecting that happened, or you have lost a sense of trust and safety in the unknown, your connection with your higher self, higher power source, wherever you want to call it, or in people, in situations, circumstances, if you've lost that connection of trust and safety, then it's really difficult for somebody to feel like things are working out for me and to notice that more. when they are trying something new, when they are working on achieving their goals, right? Especially when the physical reality always takes time to catch up with you anyways.

So that led me down like a whole like download that I had. and just thinking about this and reflecting on this, even for myself, because right now, like I was, you know, i was talking about my podcast and i was feeling that way with my podcast. I was like really feeling like,

I've been consistent with my podcast. I've been putting in the work with my podcast. And why do I feel like nobody's listening? Why do I feel like it's not working? Why do I feel like my followers are not growing? Like the community isn't building? I was just having a lot of these feelings. And... Then I realized I was like, wait a minute, like, no, that's, that's not helping me, first of all, but it's also not entirely true. And then I realized that, oh my god, I am placing my sense of progress and my sense of like things working out for me on outcomes versus me just seeing how and noticing how I'm already making progress. And that is the first thing that I want to talk about and how to rebuild your motivation again, and anything in your goals that you want to achieve is to start noticing how you're already making progress in your life. And that's going to be based on how you respond and how you feel versus the outcomes in your life.

So to give you guys an example, I've been on a herbal cleanse back to back. like Like I've only had a two week break in between my cleanses and in December and then like I'm currently going through it right now. And recently, like I was starting to feel not so motivated because I'm like, damn, like I wanna eat these foods. I wanna go out to like, I like going out to restaurants and trying new food.

And I was really feeling that, you know, but then I had to remember why I started them and and I'm doing them in the first place. And I really felt that when I went to the gym the other day, and I really felt so much stronger than ever before, like back to my original like weights that I was lifting like way back when I was like super fit. And it really hit me then. And I was like, this is why I'm doing it. Like this is worth it. This is worth it for me. The progress that I'm making in the gym, based off of the work that I'm doing, based on even how I feel like my body's healing faster, the inflammation is gone, my hormones are balanced again.

Financial Mindset and Lifestyle Choices

Just even the way that I feel I've been working on my posture too. And I'm noticing even though I'm practicing every single day, I'm like, realigning my posture and being aware of it. I'm noticing in the small ways of how I'm making progress, even when I'm not consciously thinking about adjusting my posture in the way that I feel. So that's one example of like noticing even though like I'm going through what I'm going through with my herbal cleanse, and it's not done yet. I'm noticing the progress that I'm making every day. And it's making me more motivated and I'm like wait a minute I only have two more weeks technically so I can do it like I can push through it and it's gonna be so worth it another example that I have for you guys is when i do my money dates so I'm I've been working on my relationship with money for a long time and this year i want to take it to the next level and i would avoid money dates doing money dates is basically like when you sit with your money

You manage your money. You're with your money. It's a date. That's the point is that you're intimate with your money. Like you're just there with it. So I would avoid it, especially like since I left my business, my tattoo business that I had in June of 2025, I have not really had like consistent income ever since. Like technically I haven't really had any income like that.

Barely. I just like received money here and there, but it's not, you know, it's really just me. living from my opportunity account that I like to call instead of savings and, um, yeah. And just working on, ah launching my digital product ads business and getting that like I'm starting a whole new business with that getting that going while building my personal brand so it's a lot of uncertainty right and so I would find myself avoiding money dates because I'm like well what are we managing here we're just moving money around right and my credit cards like I just have this like

standard now of just paying in full, like no matter what. And so I have three credit cards and I'm paying them off, like paying full. I have not also, ah like, you know how most people, when stuff like this happens, they kind of, uh,

like they readjust their lifestyle. So they downsize their lifestyle. I have and if anything, I've upgraded in a lot of ways, like I've invested in a chiropractor and helping me with my posture. i invest in premium food now, like no seed oil, like no bullshit. And um I don't even look at the prices. Like I'm literally like if this is good, and it feels right, I'm buying it. And so I'm noticing the progress that I'm making, even though my physical situation has not

Intrinsic Motivation and Personal Growth

shifted, right? Like, I'm going to be making money soon, like, you're manifesting, like, we're making it happen, right?

I'm actually relaunching my ads business soon again, so that's going to be fun. But what I mean to say is that the way that I'm feeling by the way that I'm showing up, even with money, like I am obviously doing some EFT tapping and regulating my nervous system when I do do my money dates.

And I actually started like really committing to that, like decided I'm going to commit to that. And then me showing up by, you know, still not adjusting and like downplaying my lifestyle, but still like living the way that I want to, right? And I'm i'm investing in myself. I'm not being cheap with myself. I'm not downplaying myself.

That is all progress, no matter how much money I have. And so you want to look at those little tiny ways and those things that show you that you are making progress.

Even if your physical reality is not showing it, even if the outcomes are not showing it, and it's going to be like tiny, tiny ways, bitch. Like you got to get granular up in this bitch. Because when you're seeing that you're making progress, you are more motivated. You are seeing how it's worth it.

even when it's tough in the beginning for you. Now, the second thing that I wanted to add on to this is to notice what you are getting out of the thing that you're doing. What's in it for you? How are you winning?

Because when you start to do this, you stop seeking external validation and you start to notice how it's benefiting you. What's the value in the thing that you're doing? You start to move from that place of desire instead of obligation and and you're just noticing how you're winning overall. And this goes really hand in hand with the whole making the progress thing.

One of the examples that I wanna share with you guys is this podcast. It's so interesting because i am pretty comfortable on camera, like making content, it's just really easy, like fast go. But when it comes to long form content, it has been a little weird. It's been out of my comfort zone. Because it's just different. Like I'm literally showing up teaching you guys things. So it's helping me work on my teaching skills. It's helping me work on my communication skills. And it's helping me sharpen and up level my confidence on camera. Because yeah, it does feel weird like just talking on camera to the laptop and just like recording this.

without people being around, like I'm so used to just teaching and helping people and communicating with people around me to somebody. And so me showing up each time doing this and noticing how I showed up, noticing how I felt, noticing how I got to practice.

my skills and i know that they're adding up and they're getting better and better each time that is what i want to look for that is what i'm getting out of this that is the progress that i'm making like another example is your social media content so like a lot of us including me want to feel like a necessity we all want to feel like we belong and we all want to feel that connection and so what i started doing instead is I'm starting to look at the progress that I'm making, what I'm getting out of the things that I'm creating in my social media content by what it's giving me. And so like the feelings that I'm getting from it, the the skills that I get to refine from creating the content that I get to create. And so that really helps you keep that motivation going because it's in-sourced, it's coming from within versus like relying on an external

Integrating Fun into Life

is in your business, whether you're offering a free service, or you're offering a paid service, what are you getting out of it? And I had to remind this for myself a lot, because I was like, it is not my task, as much as i want to be the best of the best at what I do. And I do feel like I am in what I'm doing and how I help people. It is still not my task for them to get the results that I want for them. Like it's not my task in what what they receive from it, what they do with the info. My only task is to show up and share the information, offer the help, and notice how I show up when I do that and what I get out of that interaction that I have based on how I showed up, based on the skills that I got to practice, and how I up-leveled my skills, that is what's going to help me stay more motivated in doing what I do, not the outcome. The last thing that I want to add on to this, and if there's anything that you take away from this episode, I want you to take this away and run with it. And it is to invite more fun and play into anything that you do. And I know that we hear this often, okay? But it's time to motherfucking...

It needs to align with my energetic blueprint, my energy and essence.

The second question is what feels unnecessary that if you remove it, it won't impact your life or your business. This really helps you get clear on
