And I've really gotten to know myself on a deeper level and just a lot of unlearning. So I wanted to make this podcast for you guys to share five major lessons.
The Art of Letting Go and Finding Balance

I've learned a lot, but if I were to condense and simplify them, i would say five major lessons for 2025 that I have learned and also like what am I letting go of based on what I've learned and then also I wanted to share with you guys the energy of what I'm looking to embody in 2026 what I'm looking forward to focusing more on 2026 obviously in a fun more feminine way so if you even have like goals that you want to achieve. Everyone always does like goal setting.

For me, i have like a different way of doing it now. Like now that I know what I know and I've shifted and changed a lot, I'm doing it differently. And I'm going to be sharing that with you guys later on at the end, but without further ado, you know how direct I am. So let's get into it.

so the thing thing it that I want to share with you guys. So the first lesson is about letting go of the concept of extremism and the concept of Wanting to be the best of the best. Now, don't get me wrong.

I freaking love and value excellence. I do have that greatness within me that I've always strived for. But there's a difference because the energy behind the way that I was going about it was pretty much stemming from a place of not feeling good enough.
Trust, Self-Doubt, and Energetic Hygiene

And I didn't realize that this was the kind of perfectionist, it's one of ah the kind of perfectionist behavior that I was doing until I obviously started working on my self-worth, my self-image, and letting go of a lot of things getting to know myself better and this was one of them and it's just the idea of you just trying to do the most and trying to do the best at everything that you do because when you don't do that when you fall short sometimes right because we're human and we're also women who are cyclical by nature and especially if you're a projector like me

then my energy is like pretty fluctuating. But when it's there, it's there. But it's like, I don't, I'm not planning things. I don't know when it's, it's there like that, right? Every day we wake up, we feel different. And it's not something that we can control. And so this has allowed me like, letting go of extremism. And the idea of that has allowed me to start to do the minimum and allow myself to be okay with the minimum and know that my minimum is still my best. and allow myself to move from this place of desire versus should energy and just slow the fuck down. Because if you know me, you know that I love i love efficiency. I'm like an efficiency queen. I love moving quick. I like i like movement. I like growth. I like progress.

But sometimes when you're such a high achiever and you're so ambitious, you're You can tend to have this extremist kind of behavior. i don't even call it a personality, honestly. Like, yes, i'm I am too much is what people would say, quote unquote.

But I'm not too much in the sense of like the doing so much. I don't have to do because I already am. And so this has been a big lesson for me and something that I'm completely like letting go of constantly training my mind and my body like anytime that I'm not doing anything or I don't have much to do. I'm like literally telling myself sit your ass down.

And relax. and Like, because even when you have this like tendency of extremism, you can not feel safe, like your nervous system cannot feel safe and just even fucking relaxing and not doing anything like you, you have this like need to stay busy all the time.

So that's something that I'm like really rewiring, reprogramming this this behavior within myself. And it's been great. Like I really like it and I'm excited to take it to the next level, especially as I'm building my personal brand and my business and my podcast. I'm like, how can I, I'm always thinking this way, but I'm like, how can i not be so extreme, like not do the most, still do the bare minimum to like gain momentum and consistency and growth.

without having to be so extreme with things because that's how you're able to sustain things long-term anyways.
Detachment and Self-Worth Without Validation

So um that is number one. Number two is really like, this has been a lifelong thing for me, but like really trusting myself and letting go of self-doubt.

Like, they both go so hand in hand. I know for a fact that a lot of women, if we're going to be completely transparent, do not trust themselves. Like, we are so bombarded with external noise, like from social media, from friends, from family, from work. Like so much that it's like we don't ever just sit with ourselves, be with ourselves. and you think even if you do all of that, you think that a lot of your thoughts and ideas are your own.

But I'm here to tell you on a spiritual energetic level, it's not because we're all connected with the collective. And so A lot of other people's shit can tend to you know bombard your mind and your thoughts and your own energy. And so really, like that's why I got into training my intuition. That's why I got into energy work to help protect my energy, shield my energy, like do all the things, have energetic hygiene, right? We have physical hygiene, but a lot of women don't have energetic hygiene. And they think they do by setting boundaries and all that. But there's also like energy side of things that a lot of people are not aware of. And so a lot of that can affect your self-trust and cause self-doubt, right? Anytime we're doing anything new, like this entire year has been a lot of newness for me from leaving my tattoo business that I left.

You know, I was literally making six figures easily, barely doing anything. Literally, it was high ticket services. I left that to literally start my podcast and my personal brand. And I knew I wasn't going to have income for I don't know how long, honestly. But I knew that it was something that I had to do because I just wasn't happy doing what I was doing anymore. And I knew that getting a job is like really not the option for me because I've always been an entrepreneur at heart. But thankfully, I did set up like a strong foundation

they they have very different mindset and outlook in life where it's like it's like they're always like seeking for answers or support or like it feels like, I feel like in religious this religions, this is very often where it's like you you don't you don't feel like you have the power within you because you're always seeking outside for answers, for guidance, assistance from God, right? But it's like everything that I've learned, at least in my life thus far,

is that you hold the power. Like you are an aspect of God. Like God is within you. It's within everybody. It's within everything. And so I've really just been doing a lot of deprogramming um because that had really affected my connection, like my next level of like ability and skills with my intuition and my connection with God, with source. So that's been a really big one for me because without having that, honestly, you're you're going to struggle with trusting yourself because your intuition is always guiding you like.

Even if you've never trained your intuition before, you have it. You just haven't realized that you've been using it your whole life and you just are not aware of that. But that's been a big one and it's still going to continue to keep building on for me of like having that solid ass. Like I want to get to the point of trusting myself so much where I'm like, you can't tell me nothing, bitch. Like I'm the motherfucking authority of my life, period. End of story.

So that's number two. Okay. Number three, and this is a really big one. um i have been stepping more into my wholeness era lately. And i think this is so important for any women to work on and have is letting go of attachment to anything, practicing the art of detachment and not just practicing it, but fully like stepping into that self worth energy, because that is the foundation, literally the foundation that none of us women were taught. You know, we were always taught to seek approval, that good girl programming where it's like, this is good, this is bad. yeah,

I really like for me, it really popped up for me in my relationships and with money. Those have been like the biggest pain point areas for me. And I know it's probably for a lot of people because those are like things that people usually value the most. I know at least for me, I do like especially relationships. And it's interesting too, because I've, I've not been the best with relationships, but it's like something that's like a part of my soul path. And it's like something that's still so important to me, the more that I've gotten to learn more about myself. So, um,

we want, we always want it because of the way that we want to feel when we have it. And so I've really just been focusing on the core foundational things of like, okay, how do I want to feel? And how can I give that to myself? And knowing that, like, if I do receive it from anybody, it's bonus energy.

And he says that it's it's, you are only responsible for your own task and not everyone else's task. just like start noticing the way people like are with me so if like someone's not meeting me halfway like i'm not gonna try to fight it i'm not gonna try to bring it up like i'm just you know retracting my energy i am it's not my task like really kind of sorting out what's mine and what's not and so i'm not stressing about the things that don't really add to my life that are not really doing anything and that I can't control, ultimately, because you we can't control the way people feel the way people respond to you, as much as we like them, or we don't or whatever it is, even in our businesses. So that has been a big, big lesson for me. And I'm still working on it, honestly, like,

It's especially with relationships, it shows up a lot for me. um And with money, it's it's a lot better. Like I've literally worked on my money stuff last year and also this year. I'm still going to work on it, but it's definitely a lot better. But yeah, so that's number three. Number four is also something else that I've noticed that I have shifted from and it's literally like not beating myself up.

and not having such high expectations of myself and loving myself unconditionally anyways. Again, i have grown grown up, you know, Asian family and like, they have such high expectations of you. And like, even though I was a rebel as a kid, and I didn't fucking care.

praise because it was still important to me. And i found myself beating myself up a lot when I wasn't achieving the goals that I set out for myself when I wasn't like doing enough, right? Like I wasn't showing up for myself the way I wanted to. And like when things didn't work out the way that I wanted to, I was constantly beating myself up and making it my own fault. And like, kind of, I feel like it's a lot of like victim mentality. And so I was doing that a lot. even also being in scarcity like mentality as well, and just not fully loving all of myself unconditionally. i really thought that I loved myself too, like years ago. I've been literally doing personal development in it, the whole world for like over eight, nine
Embracing Simplicity and Efficiency in 2026

years. so It's been a long time, but i was I didn't realize as I've been uncovering the layers each year of myself that I was doing this. And so loving myself unconditionally is the motherfucking standard now.

And a part of this that helped me do that is accepting others. And so when you start to do things like when you start to accept others for the way they are, you're more likely to start accepting yourself for the way you are too, because what you perceive and the way that you're looking at things is always going to be reflected back to you. And so I started this with my parents, you know, I've really healed my relationship with my parents and it's so much better than ever before. Like, If there's anything I'm fucking proud of in my inner work journey, it is that because it's been a long motherfucking journey with feeling my mama trauma and like things with my dad, more of my mom though.

So I just like started, you know, accepting her more, unconditionally loving her more. And because of that, I was able to start unconditionally loving myself more and like seeing all the ways and how amazing I am, what I like about myself. And so, um,

Yeah, even in friendships too, you know, like especially, i mean, it's tough, but especially when you feel rejected, right? Like when people don't love you the way that you love them or they don't put in the same kind of effort that you put in it can feel very personal and it can feel like you're not lovable, right? But even with my friendships, like I was able to accept people from the way that they are, the way that they're showing up.

And then from there, I was able to then intentionally decide, like, okay, do I want to still be their friend? Do I want to, like, still put in the effort? Or do I just want to, like, pull back and do my own thing? And then if they ever reached out, I would, like, say something about it. But I didn't even care at that point. doing i was really just like doing things from more of an intentional place versus an emotional place because I started accepting people the way they are I mean nobody likes to have their freedom imposed on like if you're here like just not accepting people the way they are expecting people to be a certain way because it makes you feel good nobody wants that and so that was like a big piece in helping me unconditionally love myself um even also this year I've like Speaking of friendships, I have also like not only have I let go of a lot of friendships, but I've also cultivated a lot of friendships that feel like home friendships where they have taught me a whole new standard for what I require in my friendships. And I'm really excited to also like

Cultivate that more and like I've always had this thing of like having Sisterhood and like having friendships that are community and like sisterhood focused and like women really empowering each other really rooting for each other really loving on each other and i I just love that I've always wanted that like girl crew and so I'm excited to like start cultivating that more in 2026 from everything that I've learned with you know, my friends my really amazing beautiful friends that have taught me a lot and just having healthy friendships from the shit that I've been through my past. And I'm sure every female out here has been through.

And it just like really helps with not having like that jealous energy, that like, comparison energy is really healing that part of yourself when it comes to your relationship with other women. So I'm excited to like cultivate that more. I've also stopped chasing for approval um or again, taking rejection personally. um i think what the biggest thing that has helped me in unconditionally loving myself and not making anything mean anything about me, not beating myself up It's just literally looking at any situation just like neutrally, objectively, and just identifying whether we are compatible or not versus like whether, you know, I'm good enough or not because I used to do that a lot.

So that is number four. Number five, the last one is not taking anything for granted. So I feel like everyone talks about gratitude all the time. And for me, I like the word appreciation because it feels like it just feels it just resonates more. um and this has been a big one for me because i feel like I know about gratitude.

Balancing Fun, Risks, and Work in 2026

and I do think that, you know, being here with my parents, healing my relationship with them. Also, I've healed my body. Like a lot of the things, like I literally recently went on a parasite cleanse. I'm going on another cleanse again to heal my body even more for my weight release journey.

it has... really helped me just appreciate my body more and like my physical self image the way that I feel about my body and that's like a whole nother thing but it's helped me appreciate my body more it's helped me appreciate my relationships more especially with my parents and and just the money I have, the friends I have, the home I live in, just everything, just like not taking it for granted. um It's like, i don't know why we wait, right? Like we wait until shit happens for us to appreciate things. So it's like I'm learning to just incorporate that energy of appreciation more into my life. And that's actually also another aspect of cultivating unconditional love, by the way. yeah.

The very first thing is simplicity, embracing more simplicity and efficiency in my life. Again, I have lived my life trying to complicate things because I thought that I needed to do more. I thought that it just couldn't be that easy or couldn't be that simple, right? But time and time again, we always hear that quote of like, whatever the quote is, I my own quote is keep it simple and adventurous. But you know, like simple, keep life simple. And i' really learned that lesson when this year, you know, I've been doing a lot of subconscious rewiring stuff. And I noticed like, how much I'm learning and all the tools that I've learned and that I have, and it was becoming a little overwhelming for me.

Because it's a lot like I'm literally like I live, breathe and sleep this thing. But it's like, I also have a life. And I also want to be human. And I'm not going to be sitting here all day trying to like heal myself like it's just not sustainable to live your life. And so I had to really, like, you know, with my tools, like, sit down and be like, Okay, what is the most effective and efficient and most simple way and easy way that I can do this, where I can sustain this long term. And so I really got clear on that.

It's okay to have fun, right? It's always been like, i don't know about you guys, but for me, I wanted to grow up as a kid really, really fast. I was hanging out with a lot of older people and I was like, I want to just be responsible. i want to my own thing. i want to be independent.

But now I find myself like wanting to be a kid forever. Like again, like just live my adult life as a kid forever. Because, yeah it's just you realize that your secret, by the way, to your magnetism, your energy, your attraction is in having fun.

It is because that creates that energy of passion. And passion is something that everybody wants to feel. They want to feel alive. And that's how you tap into your feminine energy. That's how you tap into your inner creative energy. energy and just actually live right from this place of desire of play inspiration. That's what, that's what basically influences the way that you live and the way that you do things. It keeps you in that abundance mindset as well. And so something that I want to do more of this year, because in 2025 guys, I was a fucking hermit.

Like it's, it's interesting here in the Bay, I'm not going to lie. I don't really have friends out here, but it's because I have been a hermit. Like it's because I've been so focused on you know, growing my businesses, making money that now it's like, no, I can have both. I can balance both out. And I actually am going to prioritize my, my pleasure, my play, my fun. i want to travel more this year because I barely traveled, if anything, last year or yeah, 2025. also want to socialize more. I'm naturally great with people. i i genuinely love people. like I'm so curious about people and i love to like meet new people and like have conversations and connect with them. But I've really been in my own bubble for so long that I haven't

really done that. And it feels kind of weird now, like just trying to like go out and make friends and meet people. I feel like it was so easy in high school And I didn't go to college, i don't know about college, but I'm sure it was.

Honestly, that is going to be the motherfucking foundation to the way that I live my life in 2026. Because that is like the key, the portal to your feminine energy, your feminine magnetism, your livelihood, ah ladies.

Okay. And then also following that, I also want to take more risks this year. I feel like I want to try more new things, like allow more newness into my life. Because one thing about me is I need to be mentally stimulated. I tend to get bored very easily because i just need that stimulation. I need that newness. I need that engagement. Right. And so, um,

I'm going to be definitely doing some new stuff into my podcast and like the way that I run my personal brand. I'm going to be implementing a lot new things, trying new things out. And yeah whatever sticks, whatever feels good, I'm going to stick with that because this is also going to help you step into more of that possibility energy of like, what if versus like, fear of like, the things that you don't want to happen, taking more risk is going to help you become more comfortable as well, being in the unknown and like really harnessing that internal safety, which is so key for women.

So that's that I'm also this year, I want to heal my money mindset to the next level. Okay, financial mastery is very important for me. It's something that my soul wants. And I know I'm meant to be a rich bitch. Like I know I'm like wealth is, and when I even looked into like my past lives, like I was a wealthy fucking bitch. And like, I know it's a part of my DNA.

And I know a lot of that comes with like, obviously the worthiness and the work that we're obviously self-image and what we're doing. But I really want to embrace like ah the wealth identity, like that next level wealth identity. yeah,

Also, like just create that internal safety and validation of like what wealth means to me. Because it means different to everybody. And I really want to hone in on it and like really heal my relationship with money and how I interact with it overall, like next level. So that's something i want to do. i already talked about detachment, but I really want to like increase my relationship with my self-worth. and take that to the next level because you are only going to get into your life like anything in the relation of your self worth

Whatever you feel like you're worthy of having is what you're going to have. And so I want to like really hone in on it, study it like a hawk, get in on it, build that foundation and build up from there. So I want to take that to the next level.

That's how you actually get to know yourself is when you actually... Apply yourself. We love it, though. I love my lazy comfort, just cozy vibes. I love that. And there's always going to be that part of me anyways. I'm not going always be all like, glammed up, dressed up. Like, you know, there's different parts of you. So like I have an interesting perspective with men and like i it takes a lot for me to actually like, like somebody like that. um But I mean, even healing my relationship with men has been a whole nother journey on itself. It's a lot better than it ever was before. Um, but it's just like, I have certain standards and like, I, there's things that I require with men. and So, but it'll be really cool to like attract a partner. I'm totally open to it. Like, I just know that a partner is going to be an addition in my life and not something that I need in order for me to feel loved because that's always what we want. Um, that we feel like the man's going to give us, whether it's like, it's probably love or it's like providership safety, security, feeling special.

Those are some things. But yeah, friendships are really important to me. So I'm really excited to like make new friends and actually make friends that like live where I live because i have a lot of online friends and it's great.

But there's nothing like in-person experiences, man, like in-person interaction. And I thrive with in-person interaction. So that's that. Um, also, you know, healthier habits. That's something I want to cultivate. Like I've lived a healthy lifestyle my entire, well I'm going to say my entire life because as a teenager, I did it, but 16 onward, I've lived a healthy lifestyle. I've strived for living a healthy lifestyle and I want to incorporate better quality foods. And I've already have been doing that, but I want to like continue cultivating that habit and like allow myself to upgrade to better quality food

experiences um and just take care of my body more and prioritize that. Also, I've been looking into like class pass and I've been looking into like trying out new fitness routines and different classes. I think it's just a fun, great way to meet people, but also like get a workout in. And so majority of my life I've been weightlifting and that's all I've been doing. And I think I always will because I do love it, but I have been wanting to implement like taking different classes and like different types of workouts and like just trying more new things when it comes to health and fitness.

And that's something that I am leading my life with, especially after having to live in my masculine for so long. i think one of the biggest ways that people get it wrong, though, is that You know when you lived in your masculine energy for so long and then you start to heal your feminine, but then you really swing from one side of the pendulum to the other because you're just like, I never want to feel that way anymore.

Something else that I wanted to mention when it comes to um like a fun little way for you to like start working on your goal setting and what you want to like, this is what I'm doing. I mean, you guys can take it. But something that I've been doing is first things first, I'm actually recognizing my achievements for 2025. So something I've been doing is like,

For my phone, just going over all the photos, like all the memories and photos that I have of 2025 and just looking at all the shit that I have done and like just reminiscing all of those things because ah those are all achievements. Like those are all things that you have done. And so recognizing all of my achievements is going to be the first thing that you do. um before you go into your goal setting and what you what it is that you desire to achieve. And for me, I've been really flipping that into like, how is it that I want to feel like instead of achieve, how is it that I want to feel and creating minimums. So this is something new that I've been implementing. And I want share it with you guys because it's such a game changer. So basically what you want to do and it's going to help with, you know, building momentum for yourself is what you want to do is take any goal that you have. So for me, for example, I have my podcast, right? And

The way that I go about my podcast, it's like I have a minimum of, let's say, one day is to record, right? If I even show up to record, usually I record the whole thing. But if I even show up and let's say I have half tank energy that day, like I don't really have the energy like that, I'm going to at least show up for myself by recording a little bit of it.

And my energy is what it is that magnetizes and attracts success attracts people in. And so for my podcasts,

It's fun for me and that I can stick with and still be able to build my audience. And so podcast is definitely like going to be one of them. And I'm actually going to be increasing the frequency of my podcast too, since I'm focusing more on just getting everybody to my podcast, listening to everything that I'm sharing about, you know, everything I share about self image, feminine embodiment, becoming your best self.
