Introduction to the Episode

00:00:13
Speaker
Hello, hello, welcome you guys to the beyond aesthetics podcast. I am your host today. My name is Tiffany or
00:00:26
Speaker
And I'm writing solo today and we're just gonna do a little mini episode and I am so excited for what I have to share with you guys today. So let's begin.

Tiffany's Professional Background

00:00:37
Speaker
Today's episode is gonna be about Brazilian waxing. So if you're new here and if you don't know who I am, I am a licensed esthetician. I've been practicing aesthetics for over 12 years now. I know that dates me.
00:00:52
Speaker
And I have my own skincare business located in Salmon, Idaho, and a little over
00:01:01
Speaker
Actually, it's been going on two years now. I have started educating other estheticians and beauty professionals about continuing education and advanced training for aesthetics. And this week, I launched my very first online course. And it has been, it feels like a dream, to be quite honest with you, because
00:01:27
Speaker
This has been such a process and a passion project that's taken a long time to come to the surface and actually evolve. So it actually was planted on my heart this idea over three years ago. And I started creating this online course over a year ago. And this week on Monday, I actually launched the course. And like I said, it feels like a dream.
00:01:56
Speaker
I've had to like ask myself, is it really like done and out in the world and all of the feelings and emotions that I have been like storing and navigating are just it's here.

Inspiration for the Online Course

00:02:10
Speaker
I want to talk really quickly about what this evolution of creating and launching an online course has looked like in case you're in maybe that same space or that same field right now and you have an idea on your heart that you would like to create a course. Let me just break it down for you of how it looks. Like I said,
00:02:35
Speaker
This idea came to me over three years ago and it really started when our lead esthetician at Sweet Cheeks started with us. Her name is Adrienne and I use her a lot on this podcast because she comes in handy for lots of examples and stuff that we talk about. So Adrienne came to me almost three years ago.
00:02:59
Speaker
as a new graduate from aesthetic school and I hired her on she was actually my first hire for our company and she was great and ready to go and she definitely knew she wanted to offer Brazilian waxing
00:03:17
Speaker
but she wasn't trained in school properly or really at all on Brazilians. And her story is so similar to mine. And she went to a different aesthetic school in Idaho than I did, but the story is so similar. So basically she said, we have like one day of Brazilian wax training where our instructor showed us a wax on a model and then we each got to like pull a strip
00:03:43
Speaker
from the model. And that was the whole course of the training. And really, that's so similar to mine. And I think she didn't even do any models when she was out on the floor during her skincare training at aesthetic school.

Issues in Aesthetic Training

00:04:03
Speaker
And so I had the wonderful opportunity of getting to train her. She was my first person that I ever trained on Brazilians. And I learned a lot. And I know that she learned a lot.
00:04:13
Speaker
And it was such a cool experience to look especially looking back on now, because I'd only ever really trained myself because like I said, I came out of aesthetic school and I graduated aesthetics in 2011. So I, you know, and I tell this story a lot, I
00:04:32
Speaker
graduated aesthetic school. I passed my state boards. I was deemed fit by the state of Idaho to not only practice aesthetics, but to perform Brazilian waxing and I literally had no idea how to do that. So I knew all of the technical terms. I knew how to like pass the state boards and pass the testing and we
00:04:53
Speaker
At that time for the practical, they didn't test you on anything to do with like intimate waxing or intimate area services. I don't know if that's changed now.
00:05:04
Speaker
And so I came out of aesthetic school and I knew like I had a very clear vision of what I wanted to do for my business. I knew I wanted to come back here to Salmon and open up a skincare business. And I knew that I wanted to do facials and spray tans and Brazilian waxy because at that time there were, there was nobody in my area that offered those services and I saw the need for it and I had just a very clear vision. So I had to,
00:05:32
Speaker
spend more time and more money and dig up more resources and basically teach myself how to Brazilian wax. And to be completely honest, it really took me years to perfect my craft.
00:05:47
Speaker
because as you know, when you're learning something new, it takes time and practice anyways to get really good at something. And the only way that you're going to get good at it is by to do it. But it also just took me a lot of energy to research different resources and to be in the treatment room and learn from
00:06:12
Speaker
what I was doing, what I wasn't doing to see what worked, to see what clients responded well to, to see what was retaining my clients and helping them coming back every month. It took a solid couple of years. And so really the idea for this online course, because unfortunately I had the honor of presenting on a panel of business owners at an aesthetic school this past summer.
00:06:39
Speaker
And then after the panel, so like the skincare program got to ask us questions and it was really fun. And then after it was over, we did some like one-on-one talking. And there were probably in this aesthetics program, 20 plus girls.
00:06:55
Speaker
After it was over, they came up and asked questions and we did some one-on-one. I would say more than half of them came up and was inquiring about advanced training on Brazilian waxing. They weren't dodging on the school. It wasn't like that, but they did not feel like they had the confidence. They were getting ready to graduate too, mind you.
00:07:18
Speaker
they just had a few weeks left in their aesthetics program before they were ready to take their state boards. And they did not feel like they were ready or had the proper training on Brazilian waxing. And so that further, like solidified my
00:07:35
Speaker
I think my knowing for bringing this course to life that there is still a need for advanced training and continuing education when it comes to intimate waxing, way more than I think I probably even realize right now.

Challenges in Course Development

00:07:52
Speaker
That's how my baby was born.
00:07:56
Speaker
I will say though, let's back up. Over a year ago, I started working on this course. And it really did evolve from me doing in-person trainings for OnBrisling Waxing. And I was able to really nail down like,
00:08:15
Speaker
my teaching style and how to create a step-by-step guide for others to learn from and for me to teach through. And so it's taken a solid year of actually working on the course and putting down the information on paper and translating that information over into an online version that students can actually learn from.
00:08:44
Speaker
and
00:08:45
Speaker
my whole idea behind this course, because I know there are other trainings out there. There's tons of trainings on Brazilian waxing. I had never found one that showed in a virtual setting or an online setting, an actual hands-on Brazilian wax. There were simulations of a wax. There were somebody doing a wax, but
00:09:15
Speaker
You know areas of the Volvo were covered that you couldn't really see and or it was like far away and you couldn't see up in there and so I knew that there was like this niche here that I could really hone in on.
00:09:28
Speaker
and be able to create that for estheticians to learn from and make it feel like you were learning right alongside me in the treatment room. And so I got really clear on my vision of what I wanted this course to look like and how I wanted it to come across and what I wanted everything to be inside of it.
00:09:55
Speaker
including that hands-on live demonstration of doing a Brazilian wax and multiple demonstrations. I also had never come across a course or a virtual training that had more than one demonstration of a Brazilian wax. It was just like one Brazilian on one woman and then you're supposed to learn from there, but you weren't able to see all of the information because it was blurred or far away or they were trying to
00:10:22
Speaker
cover up those intimate area parts that it's just it's one of those things that's really hard. You have to see everything to actually learn how to do a Brazilian wax. And so yeah, so we filmed that portion and the hands on portion of this online course actually last fall. And
00:10:44
Speaker
The videographer that I found was absolutely wonderful and I love her so much because she was able to really capture my vision on keeping it classy and honoring a woman's body, which was really important and making sure our models felt safe and secure and
00:11:04
Speaker
that they were going to remain anonymous and all of these things I had in there that were so important to me to keep within this course. And then I had somebody else lined up to actually produce and edit the course and fully because of my own lack of communication and knowing how or being able to translate how I wanted this course to come about and how I wanted it produced.
00:11:33
Speaker
it wasn't quite working. And so we had some hiccups there. And then I ended up actually building the course myself and editing it and producing it and figuring out that process, which was quite a process because, you know, I'm new and this side of technology is so new to me.
00:11:53
Speaker
I'm super grateful for the people that were able to lend some resources, some really valuable resources and help me with programs and equipment and do's and don'ts and to make it easier and it came together.

Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

00:12:10
Speaker
And so yeah, and now we're just like marketing this course and getting it in front of new eyes and the people who, the beauty professionals out there who really
00:12:22
Speaker
want to learn how to do a, how to do a Brazilian wax in itself. If they're new, maybe straight out of aesthetic school and you know, their experience was a lot like minor Adrian's and they didn't have the proper training on intimate waxing and or maybe others who say you're a cosmetologist that really want to
00:12:44
Speaker
to offer waxing services. And I know for our cosmos out there, your skincare training and waxing training is probably even less than us estheticians. And so this course is for you too. And so yeah, I'm really excited about it. And it's been it's just been quite the process. And I've learned so much and I
00:13:03
Speaker
so grateful for all that I've learned and can help utilize that and I love to keep things transparent as possible and that's why I'm sharing this with you guys so that you know that
00:13:17
Speaker
that this you know when you see somebody that you follow or admire or are inspired by that you know that there's like struggles inside of what they are creating and doing too and that it's just like not all the pieces falling perfectly into place it's
00:13:35
Speaker
It's still a process and there's so much growth and learning and you take one step forward and five steps back. And really what helps you evolve and get to where you're going is by not giving up and not being afraid of failure and letting go of perfection and really starting before you're ready. And if I'm being completely honest with you guys, I still don't feel ready.
00:14:03
Speaker
to launch this course and it's already launched. And it's funny last week, Jessica, she had this come to Jesus with me, she texted me and she's like, this is your come to Jesus, here it comes. And she let me have it. And she kicked me right in the ass because to be honest, this course has been done for a while. And she's known that nobody else has known that. And I've been just sitting on it because I have
00:14:30
Speaker
felt like it wasn't ready and it wasn't perfect. And I had this list of reasons of why I thought it wasn't ready for eyes to be on it. And honestly, it was just excuses. And she showed up for me as a challenger and a coach that I needed. She wasn't there to rescue me and she wasn't there to victimize me or my circumstances or surroundings. She was like,
00:14:58
Speaker
What are you doing? You have spent years on this course, you've spent a year perfecting this course, you're sitting on this course, and truly you're not serving anybody by hiding it from the world.
00:15:11
Speaker
And, and I wouldn't say she was harsh, but she was honest. And sometimes we need friends in our lives. Actually, we always need friends in our lives to show up and be honest with us because I wasn't being honest with myself and nobody else in my inner circle was being honest with me either. They were just like, okay, well, she says it's not ready. Well, you know, they ask and ask how it's going and are supportive. But then I like give them this list of reasons that I'm still working on and
00:15:39
Speaker
you know, they were just like, okay, Tiff, she showed up for me when I needed her. And then I was like, it allowed me the space.
00:15:49
Speaker
to be honest with myself and ask myself, why am I sitting on this? And that's where I was able to uncover these feelings that came really quickly to the surface that I knew were there. And I had been shoving down and truly it was imposter syndrome and perfection and fear of failure. And not even so much as like, what are people going to think it was so much of, it was more of, you know,
00:16:15
Speaker
I'm going to launch this course and it's going to fail and I'm going to basically flush years of time and energy and money down the toilet. I was like shoving those feelings down. I wasn't feeling them and they were there. Of course they were there.
00:16:33
Speaker
And by shoving them down and not allowing them to come to the surface, I wasn't feeling them. And by not feeling them, I wasn't able to heal through them and work through them and really ask myself the question, OK, say all of my fears about launching this course and presenting this course to the world come true. I had to ask myself, would that change anything? Would I go back and not do it?
00:17:00
Speaker
still not launch it, even if I knew all of those things were going to come true. And I asked myself those questions and I was like, no, I knew instantly and without a doubt, I would still present this course. I would still do the hard work. I would still put it out there for people to see and absorb and learn from because I know the value that I have poured into this and I know
00:17:26
Speaker
that it's going to be life changing for at least one person. So that to me is all that matters. And very quickly, once I like sat with those feelings and and was honest with myself, I was able to like let all those fears like float away. And then I scheduled my launch and I just started doing marketing and I like got to work and it was so easy. And looking back over the last couple months,
00:17:55
Speaker
It hasn't been easy because I've been shoving those feelings down and I haven't been honest with myself and I've really only been focusing on a lacking mindset and a scarcity mindset and that fear of failure that I've let take over. So anyways, that's kind of like a roundabout where I'm at, kind of got off on a tangent there, I know. So yeah,
00:18:23
Speaker
The course is called, I didn't even tell you what it was called, the course is called the Brazilian Wax Masterclass Online Course, Mastering the Art of Intimate Waxing. And it's designed for licensed estheticians, cosmetologists, and current beauty school students enrolled in an accredited aesthetics or
00:18:40
Speaker
Cosmo program. I don't know if you guys know this about me or not, but I have such a passion for Brazilian waxing because I think really where this passion comes from is I've seen the power it holds for women to feel confident and to be able to love her body. I've just seen it in my treatment room for over a decade
00:19:09
Speaker
And I've seen the lives that it's changed for women. And I continue to see it every single day. I was in the treatment room yesterday. And if you guys don't know this about me either, I only specifically do intimate area services now. I'm not in the treatment room for facials or other skincare services. And so all I do is wax and sugar.
00:19:30
Speaker
And so, I mean, even yesterday, I had two new vaccine clients this week alone. And, you know, I checked in with one of them last night and asked how her skin was doing. And she sent back such a, this message that kind of brought tears to my eyes. And it just always does when I receive this feedback is
00:19:53
Speaker
She was like, I can't believe that I put this off for so long for one. And I can't believe how good I feel about my body because of the experience I was able to give her and the service I was able to give her. And it's just, that's where my passion for Brazilian waxing comes from. And I felt it myself.
00:20:16
Speaker
I started getting waxed when I was in aesthetic school. I'd never had a Brazilian wax before and I've only exclusively ever waxed since because it's been that life changing for me. And it's such a beautiful way to help a woman feel confident and empowered. And for you as a licensed professional to create this safe and sacred space for women to come to you and without fear of judgment,
00:20:44
Speaker
without fear of you know her body or her anatomy or that you're going to They are gonna judge her that you're going to
00:20:57
Speaker
you know, make her feel anything less than what she is. And so that's where this passion comes from. So it's kind of two sided. I have got a passion for offering Brazilian waxing for my clientele. And then I also have such a passion for helping other estheticians and beauty professionals really
00:21:17
Speaker
by empowering you guys to show up confidently in your treatment room with your services and help empower women through your services. And so yeah, that's where my passion comes from.

Enhancing Waxing Services

00:21:31
Speaker
And I just love it so much. And there's just such a satisfaction, too, that comes with waxing. Because it's instant. It's different than doing skincare because skincare is very progressive.
00:21:45
Speaker
but waxing, you get those instant results and it's a quick service and it's just so cool and I could talk about it for days. But I want to talk to you guys who are estheticians and beauty professionals.
00:21:59
Speaker
And maybe current students right now who are learning about waxing or who already offer intimate waxing, some ways that you can level up your waxing business or your waxing service and create an even better Brazilian wax for your clientele.
00:22:16
Speaker
Um, so here's some ways to help you level up and stand out as a Brazilian waxer and help your clients feel empowered and, um, and just feel confident in your service and help your clients feel confident. So my first suggestion is to make sure you make the Brazilian wax service an entire experience. So what I mean by that. So from the moment she walks in your door,
00:22:43
Speaker
you want to make the whole service and experience all the way up until the end until she closes that door and leaves your parking lot. And so you want to greet her, you want to make sure your time is undivided and that your attention is on her. Even if you have things, personal things going on in your life, this is a hard one because we all do and we all carry a big load and a lot of responsibility and a lot of emotions. When you're in the service,
00:23:13
Speaker
industry in general, but also when you're in the treatment room, you want to make your clients feel like they're special and that you are here for them 110% every single time. So make the service and experience, make it about her. When she walks in your door, greet her and be friendly and ask how she's doing.
00:23:33
Speaker
Always make sure that you offer the restroom to her before you get started. Offer her complimentary feminine wipes to clean up before the Brazilian wax. And then also have some tampons on hand that are of course complimentary in case she starts her period or if she needs to freshen up if she is on her period. And just overall set the tone.
00:23:57
Speaker
for the service and definitely set the tone in your treatment room. Make sure you have your treatment room clean and ready to go, have some music going, and have everything you need ready and prepared so that you're not scrambled and all over the place.
00:24:13
Speaker
And then definitely encourage her along the way. You know, Brazilian waxing is not pain-free and it is a hard service and she's accomplishing something hard by not only like coming to you and being vulnerable, but also by getting her hair ripped out on her vulva. And so that's hard and it hurts. And so you want to encourage her along the way and tell her she's doing a great job.
00:24:37
Speaker
and let her know we're more than halfway or the worst is over. Little things like that can really make the service go by quicker for her and help her to keep feeling empowered, to keep going and make it through the entire service. If she's having a particularly hard time, say she's getting ready to start her period and her pain
00:25:02
Speaker
inhibitors are a little bit higher right now. Or if she's the first time waxer, I like to offer my clients a sucker or a hard candy or a mint to suck on because it can kind of like pacify that pain and help distract her a little bit to have something to do and to think about while she's getting waxed.
00:25:23
Speaker
Um, I always like to offer our clientele drinks afterwards. So we have fresh water on hand and fresh cold sparkling water. That's always complimentary. And without a doubt, we always offer every single client a drink once they're finished with their service. Even if I always ask my clients who decline a drink every single month, I will see them every four weeks on the dot.
00:25:47
Speaker
And I've been seeing them for years and they've declined to drink every single appointment. I will still ask them because you just never know and you never want to make them feel like you're getting like complacent with them as their service provider. And so I always ask them and definitely thank her for her business and for being your client. And if she leaves you a tip,
00:26:14
Speaker
please be sure to thank her extra and say it out loud. I like to, this is one of my number one tips, is if a client tips you for a service, I will always say, even if she tips every single time I see her, I will say thank you so much for the tip. It is so appreciated.
00:26:32
Speaker
And to let her know that I never expect that tip. And even if I see you every month and you tip me every month, I'm never going to expect it. And I am always appreciative of it. And I'm going to tell her that so that she knows. And so it's not assumed. You never want to assume that somebody assumes that you're grateful for them.
00:27:00
Speaker
Always ask if she wants to rebook the service before she leaves. And this is, think of this as like you're doing your client a favor. We know how busy we are. We know how busy our clients are. And by just saying, hey, do you want to get on my schedule for next month? I know that you're busy and let's just schedule you now. And then if you need to reschedule when that time comes, no big deal. You can tap the link and reschedule or let me know and I'll find a different time.
00:27:28
Speaker
or day that works better for you. And then always go over aftercare and, you know, waxing dos and don'ts. Even again, if they're a regular of yours, never assume that they know or remember what to do.
00:27:42
Speaker
So I always go over after care. I always remind them, hey, remember, don't do this, this, this, and that, you know, for 24 hours after your wax, you can do this, whatever it may be. And then always recommend home care. And again, this is helping your setting your set your clients up for success. And it's helping them feel appreciated that you do care what they're doing those four to six weeks in between the time that they come to see you in the treatment room.
00:28:10
Speaker
and that you want their skin to be clear and smooth and you want to help treat their ingrown hairs and you want them to continue to feel confident and empowered in their body in between their waxes and while their hair is growing back in and this is just an act of service by recommending home care products
00:28:29
Speaker
And if they decline to buy retail from you, you can always give her samples and let her know that they're complimentary or whatever it may be, and that if she likes that sample, that she can find it from you and make it as easy as possible for her to contact you or buy product from you or however you are set up for that.
00:28:55
Speaker
just let her know how to do that so that she's not feeling lost. Because again, you guys, we know how our systems work. And I think a lot of times we get it in our head because we've told the majority of our clients or we've shared it on social media, Hey, this is how you buy product or this is how you get a hold of me. Again, never assume that they know you want to tell them directly, you want to tell them
00:29:21
Speaker
in easy steps and you want to make it as easy as possible or shoot them a text so that they have your number and then or shoot them a link to your website where they can buy product or a direct link even better to the product or to that sample that you gave them so that they can get that product and if needed and then always follow up with your Brazilian wax clients after you see them in the treatment room and
00:29:46
Speaker
especially if they're a brand new client of yours.

Client Engagement Tips

00:29:49
Speaker
So I like to try and follow up, you know, 123 ish days with my clients. But if they're a brand new client that came in and saw me for a Brazilian wax, I'm going to follow up that next day to make sure that her skin is doing well, to make sure she didn't have a reaction, to make sure she was satisfied with her service and to let her know that I'm available for her.
00:30:15
Speaker
if and when something arises or if she has questions or again, if she needs any product, anything like that, I want to make her see and realize and know that I'm here for her and that I'm thinking about her and that I care even long after she's paid me and left my treatment room.
00:30:34
Speaker
And so another tip that I can give you guys to make your Brazilian wax service stand out for your clientele is to always honor your client's modesty. And what I mean by that is it's Brazilian waxing is such a vulnerable service. We know that, right? So we're literally asking our clients
00:30:58
Speaker
to take their pants off, be naked from the waist down and we're going to see everything and I know that that kind of strips the modesty away from it
00:31:10
Speaker
to begin with or as a whole, but let me, let me share some modesty tips for you. So again, I want to reiterate, make sure you give her time to use the restroom, even if she's running late or if you're running late, you want her to know that she has time to freshen up and to compose herself and go pee and all of these things before you start the service. And then you always want to clearly explain how she should prepare for the service itself.
00:31:36
Speaker
And so again, even if they're a regular of yours, you never know what's going on in her head. She, her mind is probably elsewhere anyways. So you just want to do a quick rundown of like, Hey, here's your towel you should cover up with. You'll lay here. Let me, you know, XYZ.
00:31:51
Speaker
Let me know when you're ready and then I recommend always step out of the room while she changes before and after the Brazilian wax service it just gives her that privacy and It just allows her time to compose herself and to feel ready without you standing there and feeling even if like your back is turned to her I don't care step out of the room if you can and
00:32:17
Speaker
close the door, give her that time and space to compose herself. Maybe she needs to follow up with a text message or something from work really quick before the service starts so that she can be present. Maybe she needs to clean up a little bit extra with a feminine wipe. Maybe she just needs a minute to breathe by herself because she rushed from clear across town to make this appointment and she just needs five seconds. Give her that space.
00:32:46
Speaker
Yeah, just step out of the room. And then also after the service, step out of the room so she can get redressed. Again, compose herself and come out feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the appointment, like checking out and retail and all of that. And then here's my number one tip for honoring modesty is to keep her covered when you are not waxing her. So let me try to explain. So
00:33:10
Speaker
For us, we offer a hand towel for our clients to cover up with when they lay on the table. And then when we come in, we start on the right side of the client. And so I'll just fold that towel kind of half over and expose half of her vulva. And then we work on that side. And then when we work on the other side, we'll like fold the towel back over and expose the other half. And then when we're doing the whole process, she will be exposed.
00:33:38
Speaker
But when anytime like say my glove rips and I have to change gloves, I will recover her go change my gloves or say
00:33:49
Speaker
you know, I need to go wash my hands or whatever anytime I step away from my client when I am not actively waxing her, I will take that towel and recover her up so that she doesn't feel as exposed as she needs to be. And so she also knows that you are honoring her modesty. Yes, you're seeing everything while you're giving her a Brazilian wax.
00:34:08
Speaker
but that you still honor her and her modesty and that you care that she's not feeling overexposed. And I think it just really goes a long way. It's just a tiny little step and a tiny little tip that you can implement that goes a long way and helps her feel like she's still she's like she there's there just adds some modesty to the whole thing. And
00:34:37
Speaker
I recommend it. Try it, see if it helps, and see if it makes a difference with your clients. And then, oh, one last tip for leveling your Brazilian wax up. If you don't do this already, have your client enlist your client to help hold the skin taut while you're waxing. And what I mean by this is if you're a waxer, you probably already know.
00:35:03
Speaker
but the tighter that skin is, the less it pulls and the less chance you have a breakage or when in your wax or the hair and the less chance you have of skin lifting or tearing. So I will literally help guide my client's hand and show her where I want her to help hold that skin taut and before doing a big pull. And you can even offer your client a pair of gloves to wear, you know, if, cause a lot of times the light
00:35:32
Speaker
get ready to hold and I'm not quite ready for them to hold and then they'll put their hand right in the wax and it's fine and it's fixable and it's not a big deal and we'll have a big laugh about it. But that can be something too that can be helpful is just give her a pair of gloves. You've got your gloves on and then you just guide her hands to where you want her to help hold that skin taut and it really does make a big difference and it gives her something to do with her hands if she's feeling nervous or anxious
00:35:58
Speaker
or if the pain is particularly high during that service and it just helps overall with the pain helps give your client something to do with her hands and it helps the service go by faster which is really what we want we want to be providing an excellent service
00:36:14
Speaker
We want to leave no hair left behind. And we want to make sure our client is in and out of our door with in as short of time as possible so that we don't drag out that painful side of Brazilian black scene. And yeah, so those are my tips. And yeah, I think I think that covers everything. That's all I have on my notes for today.

Motivational Closing

00:39:57
Speaker
And if you're dealing with a bad case of imposter syndrome, I think it's normal, especially as we grow and evolve and start new ventures and do new things and
00:40:10
Speaker
who are not meant to stay the same people that we were and were meant to grow and evolve and were meant to, you know, be uncomfortable for a little while during that process. And that's okay. And yeah,
00:40:25
Speaker
Get comfortable being uncomfortable and you'll find your confidence and your expertise through the practice and the self-discipline and the hard work that you put in. Don't give up on your dream. Get really clear on your vision and you are meant for greatness.
