With the rise of social media, many of us have forgotten the true foundation of success in esthetics. Here at Beyond Esthetics, we aim to refocus on the most important aspects that truly create success now and in the long term - and social media will never be at the top of our list. 

Among many skills like touch, product knowledge and retail sales, there remains a skill beneath it all that is the most important skill to learn and master - CONNECTION. Without connection, there is no relationship and without relationship, there is no career. But most of us are not taught how to create connection or communicate.
