It is Sunday at like almost seven o'clock PM. And today was honestly such a productive day. Like I did so much today to really set myself up to have an incredible week and to just be back on all of my goals. So like all of my fitness goals, um I meal prepped. I did so much this weekend just to set myself up for this week. And it feels so good.

at 3PM PST, I wanted to just share with you a contemplation that I've really been contemplating in my own Jean Keys this week, and ah really how like understanding how to actually read our Jean Keys hologenetic profile and understand like the different layers, how beneficial it is to just be so introspective in our lives and really figure out like why am I feeling like this? Like what is going on? Why am I feeling like this? And there really is such a clear way to move into our gift and just genuinely feel better and like just feel aligned and really be in our gifts and thrive. So

I am so excited because when I first learned about the Gene Keys and I pulled up my chart, I was like, what the heck is this? like Literally, I had absolutely no idea what this was. um I already had the Gene Keys book. I think maybe my mom had the Gene Keys book because she had a human design reading done a couple years ago and they recommended her to get the Gene Keys book. So she so we already had the book. And looking at my hologenetic profile, If you've seen it before, you know, there's like so many spheres, which are like those circles, we call them spheres. There are so many lines, which we call pathways. And then um but just so many numbers everywhere, right, which are going to be jinkies and then the line. And then there's like words. So there's like the shadows, the gifts and the cities.

And it can be extremely overwhelming, and it took me so long to actually understand like what am I looking at. like I honestly had no idea. Even reading the Jean Keys book, even like going to the Jean Keys website, I like looked up my chart there and like got the really cool paragraphs that they give you about your life's work, and they give you like really good, and like really juicy um paragraphs about different parts of your design.

Finding the Right Teacher for Gene Keys

But I still was just like had absolutely no idea what I was looking at. And there's nowhere online that teaches you this. like I researched as much as I could. I could not find anything. And um there's also a really beautiful way that you can learn from the Jean Q's website through Richard Rudd's, the founder's um like different videos that he has and and things like that. For some reason, I just didn't really feel called to that. And it wasn't until I

I was following my teacher, my jean keys teacher, Maria Henning, and she started posting a ton of stuff about the jean keys. She had some master classes, and then she opened up her master key, which is what I'm in now, um which is like a beautiful container where we're just like diving so deep into the jean keys. but It wasn't until I actually had somebody that I resonate with that I love how she talks. I love how she explains things. I love her style of teaching, right? And so it wasn't until I found someone that I resonated with that I could actually understand what the hell am I looking at? And like, what are the jinkies? And so you might find this that like, you might try to read the book. the The book is beautiful, but the book is very poetic. Like Richard Rudd is, he describes himself as a poet. Like he is a beautiful, um just like master of words. And there's just such beautiful, rich descriptions. But ah like me as a Capricorn stellium, I'm very practical. And so I'm like, okay, what am I actually reading? And how can I translate this to understand my life? And

Yeah, and so, you know, from studying further in the program that I'm in, and just like doing my own contemplations, I have such a beautiful, structured way of going through the jinkies that I want to share with people.

Teaching and Learning Gene Keys

And, you know, we're here to learn from our fractal line. So it's like, there can be so many teachers teaching about astrology, but depending on like who you resonate with, you're going to want to learn astrology from them. you know There's so many people that can teach about human design and even the gene case, like we said, but it's really finding the person that you vibe with, the person that you like want to be in their energy with, and that, yeah, it just feels really good to learn from. And so that is why I am so excited to be teaching this to people who like are my people, like you, who you listen to me, you like my voice, you like how I speak, you like how I talk, how I teach.

And so, um I mean, assuming because you're listening to the podcast, otherwise like you wouldn't be listening to it. So yeah, just it's just so beautiful because the more that we're authentically ourselves, the more we can really just call in our people and be teachers to the things that we frickin' love.

Understanding Gene Keys Systems and Sequences

so With that being said, I just want to tell you a little bit about what we're going to be learning in the masterclass. So I am going to be teaching you some basic foundations of like, okay, where are the jean keys from, right? Like who is Richard Rudd? How did these come to be? um I'm going to be teaching you about the systems that make up the jean keys, right? So

It's made up of very beautiful ancient systems and also modern sciences. So I'm going to be breaking down, like how does that actually fit into it? like right We know it's made up of Western astrology, human design, the Chinese Yiching, the Kabbalah. the brahmin chakra system. And it's like, okay, but how, right? Like we, we can read that on Google and figure out like, okay, it's made up of these systems. Like, how is it actually made up from that? And when I discovered how astrology fit into human design and then the jean keys, I was like, Oh my God, like, this makes so much sense. So I'm going to be teaching you those basics.

And then we are going to be going through the activation sequence. So there are three sequences or three pathways in the June keys that each offer us a very beautiful path to enlightenment. And there is a It's like there is an order and a way to go through these things, but then also it can be very intuitive. And so if you learn from the gene keys, um directly from the gene keys, like Richard Rudd and all of his teachings, um it's very intuitive, right? So you can just pick a gene key or pick a sphere and like contemplate it.

i'm also going to be talking about what contemplation means and how we actually use the jig keys in our life. But you can just randomly pick one, contemplate that. um The way that I learned it from my teacher, which is just like makes so much sense, you guys, again, as that freaking Capricorn stellium Virgo rising, like, I want to know, like, I like structure, I like practicality. And so the way that I teach it is so simple and like makes so much sense. So I'm going to be teaching you how to go through the activation sequence. So again, there's three three sequences activation, which is really about, you know, enlightenment through the self and through really claiming stability in our purpose and our soul's purpose. And then once we do that, we move on to the Venus sequence, which is all about really

And this sequence is all about how like relationships are going to be our biggest teachers like that is going to be the classroom of our biggest teachings is in relationships right because that's when we're actually like face to face with other people and that's when our triggers come up we can't just we're not here to just like be solo meditating on top of a hill by ourselves and like never go into the world so

The Venus Sequence is so beautiful because it teaches us all about like our patterns, our emotional patterns, our mental patterns, our soul patterns. And it teaches us how to ah really learn how to accept our shadows. And what is so beautiful about this as well, about the sequence that I freaking love, is that it shows us the different Saturn, seven year Saturn cycles. So relating it back to astrology, the seven year Saturn cycles, it shows us where we were imprinted with these shadows, gifts, and cities in specific ages of life. Okay. From zero all the way until 21. So that's so beautiful. So once we learn how to really master our emotions and master our mind and learn how to

really dance with the mind and the heart, like the mind and emotions in relationship, not bypassing one or the other. Once you really learn how to dance with that, and we unlock our core wound, we learn how to alchemize our core wound into our vocation, which is our really biggest gift that we're here to share with the world. like That is going to be the secret sauce that is going to be underlying no matter what position you're in, no matter what job you have in everything you do. The vocation is the energy behind what you're here to share with the world because that was your biggest core wound. You know every single piece of what it likes to feel like that frequency. And so what better person

than you to teach that to others, right? And to help them transmit their shadows in that very specific frequency. So that moves us into the pearl sequence. The pearl sequence is the third sequence of the jinkies. And this is all about, you know, we mastered and our core stability of like our purpose. We're stable in who we are. We are committing to coming back to ourselves and we're committing to doing the shadow work again and again and again and peeling back the layers every time because we're never completely done with that like every

So it's like, okay, I'm committing to being myself no matter what. I am committing to being stable in my purpose. Then I moved on to the Venus Sequence. I learned how to keep my heart open and really thrive in relationships and learn how to accept every single part of my shadow. Now that you're able to understand how to have deep heart open relationships, we can move into the pearl sequence where we are now using our gifts and getting paid abundantly to be of service to others. Like when I read the book, I understood it. Like I get it. It's where I get stuck is in that transmission effect of like trying to explain it to another person because it is a living wisdom you guys like the Genki's book is living. It is always changing. Every time you go back and read it, you're going to experience something different. And so

there's this thing that happens called a transmission effect where like you're trying to tell somebody else or explain it to somebody else what you've read or what you've integrated. And it's very difficult, ah okay, because these are like sole unlocking, like gene, literally genetic code changing teachings. So anyways, I'm so excited. So what you're here to do in this lifetime, we're going to be talking about evolution, which is like your biggest soul lesson that you're here to learn in this lifetime. We're going to be talking about radiance, which is how you're really here to be healthy and and thrive and be radiant. And conversely, we're going to talk about like how there's also a shadow aspect of like what is keeping you sick and what is keeping you stuck and stagnant and not feeling good and probably having health issues. And then we're going to be talking about the purpose sphere, which is all about who you be, girl, who you be in this lifetime. And the line will describe the way that you're here to express that. So it is going to be so much fun.

So yes, just taking a little sigh. So I have been contemplating my radiance sphere and that is what I wanted to talk to you guys about today is just kind of like sharing my contemplation with you. So my radiance sphere, again, radiance is all about um health, wellness, how we're radiant. um It is really all about what will occur when you are naturally in rhythm with life, okay? Like what health, like what frequency or gift is like the frequency that will occur when you're naturally in rhythm with life? And the shadow is what will occur when you're out of rhythm with life, okay? um So for me, I have Jane Key 57.4.

which the name of this is the art of softness. So to me, this is such a really beautiful energy. um In the Chinese Yiching, we look at the elements. And so this is wind over wind. And so it's almost like this energy, it's pure wind. So it's like this energy where it just can like seep through, it can seep through anything, like even like the cracks like under a door, like it's just like it can go anywhere. And this is all about intuitiveness.

And this is in the Splenic Center. And so you can see how it's like instincts, intuition. And for me, I have been experiencing the shadow. And so the shadow of this is unease. And the victimization theme of this is being a victim of indecisions. So the way that this can show up for me is either going to be in a repressive nature or a reactive nature. So the repressive nature is hesitant and where that's where it's kind of like, Oh my God, like, I don't know what to do. Like, what should I eat? For me showing up, this is my health, right? This is my health and wellness. So I have been kind of out of balance recently, like really trying to get back to like my fitness routine, back to my health and wellness routine. And one thing that I really struggle struggle with is like what to eat.

And so when I'm in that, um, when I'm in being a victim of my being indecisive, right? I'm really in that repressive nature of hesitant of like, Oh my God, like, I don't know what to eat. Like, what should I choose? And so I told you guys a couple episodes back that I had ordered a meal prep service. So I was doing that for a couple of weeks. I really, really loved it, but it was a little bit expensive. And so I was like, okay, this is like, it's becoming to be a little bit too much. And I was like, I can really go back to like learning how to cook my own food. It's just that I don't know. I just, I love eating takeout. It's like so fun for me, but I know that it's not serving me, especially with the goals that I have with my body. Like I'm 34 now. Um, you know, it's so funny. Okay. I also have to mention this too. um I'm going to talk about this in a second, but last episode I said it was 35. I was listening back and I was like, Oh my God. Like, why did I say it was 35? But anyways,

I'm 34 now and to be very fully transparent with you guys, I am and not where I want to be on my fitness journey. so In 2022 to 2023, I was like really on my fitness journey. I was working with a health coach slash fitness instructor. like I had so much accountability. I was doing my workouts. I was eating like meal prepping, eating the foods I needed to eat, like doing stress management. And I lost a lot of weight. And I felt so good about myself. like And I was really like showing that on Instagram. like I would share

like daily, we would have like little daily accountability. Um, she would do like daily accountability, like contest, like, oh, like take a picture of your steps that you hit or like take a picture of your food prep or like take a picture of your water intake. And she would actually put us in contest to like win things. And so you guys, do you know, I don't know if you ever followed me on Instagram. If you did in that time and you saw me like always posting like my steps and like my water and all that stuff, I actually won those challenges like three or four months in a row. like because I was just doing the most. I was like so driven. I think I was so driven. This makes sense as my life's work, GeneQ54 and Capricorn.

It is like ascension driven. It's driven by money, right? Like the the shadow of this is greed. um And it wasn't coming from a greedy place, but I genuinely wanted to be the best. Like I wanted to win. It's competitive. Like I wanted to rise. I wanted to be my ultimate best and just like win, win, win, win. And so that gave me so much accountability. which I am like, I already knew this about myself, but I'm like discovering it again, that like I'm somebody that like really thrives from outside accountability. I'm actually, oh my gosh, I wanted to do a whole episode on this beautiful book that I read, which is all about, um it's all about kind of like about accountability, but I forget the name, I'm blanking right now.

But it's really cool. But anyways, I discovered about myself that like I really need somebody else to hold me accountable. And so up until now, OK, so that was a belief that I had that I needed somebody else to hold me accountable. And so I had lost weight. I was feeling my best ever. like um I was walking every day, getting my water in, like eating pretty good still. And then when we stopped the coaching, I pretty much like kept it up for a while. But then I just like slowly and then quickly this last year like regressed. and Like I literally guys gained all the weight back even more than ever. So now I'm like at my highest weight that I've ever been, which I'm not shaming myself. Like I'm not body shaming myself. I fully accept it. I still think I'm hot as shit. Like I'm still like, I'm still happy with myself. It's just that.

It's not where I know that I can be for like my ultimate optimal health and happiness. And like I do want to look different and close. I do want to wear certain things where like I feel good about myself. And I don't think that's wrong to have goals like body goals for ourselves that are are ah body goals of like what our body can do. Do you know what I'm saying? Like I've never had body goals of being like, Oh, I want to look like the Kardashians or Oh, I want to have like, I want to look like that girl or like have that body type. Like I've never, I don't know if this is because I have a defined G center and like, I really do know who I am and like my direction. Like I i have a lot of self-love. I know where I'm going. I've never wanted to have a different body, but there are certain things about my body.

that I know I can get back to a certain look for myself. And so I don't think there's anything wrong with that of like us wanting to be the best versions of ourself, of the way that our body type was built, right?

Intuitive Eating and Health Choices

So anyways, to I got back to the highest weight and so And now it's like, I've been going through this journey of like trying to get back on it, trying to go back to the gym. And it's like, I would try everything you guys, like I would go to the gym a few days a week, but only walk. I would get my steps in, but then it always kind of came back to like the food and like eating out. And you know what they say, like you can't outwork a bad diet. And so.

I committed to myself, you guys, this weekend. I was like, I'm committing to myself because when I am in my shadow of being indecisive, right? How it shows up as either um hesitant, like not knowing what to eat, not knowing where to it go, not knowing like, oh, should I work out today? Should I not? Or the the reactive nature is impetuous, which is really like this energy of just like, oh my God, fuck it. Like I'll just do this. It's this it's this very like fast moving, reactive nature of like not really choosing what's internally, my intuition is telling me, but it's just like, oh my God, like the pressure is so much, like this unease in my body, this anxiety is too much, like whatever, I'm just gonna do this. So I would go and just like pick a poor choice to eat. Or pick, and again, this is not saying that there's good or bad foods, but I was legitimately eating poor choices. like I would literally go and eat like canes, and canes is like fried chicken,

And, um, my intuition knows for me that I do not do well with fried food. Like genuinely, it makes me nauseous. Um, it, it like makes me break out. Like I can get acne if I eat like French fries. And so I was making choices. Inpetuously of like, Oh my God, I'm so hungry. Like, I don't know what to eat. Okay. Fuck it. I'm just, I know I like this. I'm just going to go there. And so it's not serving me. Right. And this, it's crazy because this.

If we look at our sphere of radiance, okay, our sphere of radiance tells us how can we be in rhythm with life? How can we be healthy? For me, it is intuition. It is when I'm tapping into my intuition and intuitively eating, intuitively doing what I know I need to do to feel good. Other days that I've noticed if we're talking about like movement is say if I'm like, okay, say it's the weekend and I'm like, I know that I could probably like go work out or probably get some more steps in. But and like I would just sit there in this loop of like hesitant of like oh like, I don't know, like should I go right now or should I go later? And then I would just watch something. like I would legit like watch something on Netflix. The most recent thing I've been watching is Summer House. If you love Summer House, shout out. My hair girl, Claudia, told me about it. um And so it has like eight seasons. I didn't even know. But I just watched the most recent season. and like

got like loved it. um That's one thing about me is like I love reality TV sometimes. But anyways, so I found myself in this like on the weekends, I would be like unease this like anxiety in my body of like, okay, I know I can be doing other stuff, but ah like, should I do it or not? And so I'll just stay there. and like not do anything, like not make a choice of what to do and just like watch more Netflix. And I i just feel anxiety in my body. I feel that um uneasiness. It does not feel good. It it feels like uneasy, almost like dread. Like I know I should be doing more. I could be doing more. And again, this is not coming from a place of like being overproductive and not being okay with resting. Like I wasn't saying, I wasn't even like choosing to rest. I can rest. I have a Taurus.

moon. And so I love being comfy and cozy. And like, I have no problem watching Netflix and like, um, eating yummy foods and just like relaxing, sleeping, chilling. I love luxury. I love comfiness, chilling. Like I love being at home. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about truly like getting in a cycle of not moving, of being in a, not just like moving my body, but like not doing anything, of being hesitant, of not doing the things I know I need to do to feel healthy and feel good. Right. And so um The way that I know I can get out of this is through using my intuition. So I really tuned into myself and I said, Alyssa, what do you need? like Girl, what do we need to get out of this and to feel better? And I've known for so many months, you guys, that I need to go back to cooking my own food. That's just is what it is. I don't love cooking. I don't think I'm a great cook, um but that's just an excuse, right? like My intuition was begging for me to cook my own food,

And so what I usually do is meal prep something that I don't really like or just kind of like impetuously pick something at like the grocery store. Like, okay, I'm just going to do this. And then like, I don't eat it. I still like just waste it. And then I go out and eat takeout. during the week. So I was like, no, I really need to like really tune into this. So for the past week, I've really been tuning into like, what do I want to eat? And this is so crazy, you guys, like how the universe works. So I'm really tuning into my intuition and i'm really finding some things I want to eat. I'm like, okay, yeah, like that sounds really good. I want to make that.

Also, I just want to say, I don't know if you guys struggle with this, but there is so much goddamn information on Instagram, on TikTok, on the internet of health stuff that it's so confusing. It's like, oh my God, like eat this, but don't eat that. And like eat meat, but don't eat meat. And like don't eat dairy, but like eat like so many eggs, but eggs are bad for you. And like all of this, like, it's just like so overwhelming, right? And that's where I get in that loop for me of like hesitation of like, okay, wait, like what do I eat? So then I just like don't grocery shop because I feel like everything is bad and then I go take out. So I was like, you know what? I'm shutting all of that out. I'm going to tune into my body. So I tune into my body. I asked myself for a couple of days this last week, what do I want to eat that I can make? So I came up with this, right? Came up with this basic protein, carbs and fat that I can make for myself. And then.

This is so crazy. So I was scrolling on Instagram last night. I wasn't even scrolling. I was just, I i just saw something of this girl that I freaking love her energy. Oh my God. Like her energy and everything about her personality is so good. And she's like, she's a fitness, um, she's like a fitness coach, I guess you could say like a wellness fitness coach. She has like an app where it has like workouts, meal plans, and um, just the way that she teaches how to be intuitive. Like she never says, eat this, don't eat this. This food is bad. This food is bad. She even says like, I'm never going to tell you that you need to learn for yourself what is good, what is bad. And she teaches you how to intuitively like tune into that. And she has her own things that she likes to eat, right? And she doesn't, she's very unapologetic about the things she likes to eat, but also it's like, you can eat whatever you want to eat. And also about like,

She's very intuitive and teaches you, like okay, so many people say like women shouldn't fast. But then so many people say that it is good for women to fast. But then so many people say that you can't lose belly fat if you have like if you're in high cortisol from fasting, or like that's why it's not good to do HIIT workouts for women. and and But then some people say it's good. She's like, you guys. You, it's going to be good for some women and it's going to be detrimental for other women. Fasting will be good for some women, fasting will be bad for other women. like Some people will be great with HIIT workouts. Some people need something slower and more easeful. you know it's like She's like, literally, you just need to tune into her intuition and figure it out. My radiance, the thing that keeps me healthy and in tune with nature and the rhythm of life is intuition, the gift of intuition. I needed to take a step back, right? Because I was in the shadow of unease. I was feeling very anxious in my body, very like not happy with how things were going. I took a step back. I took a week to really tune into myself. Alyssa asked myself intuitively, what do you want? Like, okay, I need to cook for myself. Okay, cool. I need to cook again. What do you want to cook? Okay, cool. I got an idea of like the meals I want to cook.

I know that I want to move my body again. And I know intuitively, I'm like, Alyssa, you need accountability because where you're at right now, like it's just, you cannot be accountable to yourself. And then I found her and then this coach that can offer me this accountability is so aligned with everything that my intuition was wanting. Or I kind of like just gone and tried to search and find somebody, but that wouldn't have been in alignment. And so I made a list of everything I need to do. Take peanut pee, make the bed, do my workout, prep my grocery shop shop meal, go grocery shopping, clean the fridge, meal prep, wash my car, record the podcast, edit the podcast, post the podcast, do my hypnotherapy. that I recorded for myself, red light and stretch, and send the feedback form to one of my clients. So I got so much done today. So I woke up, I did all those things on the list, like in the first half of the list. I did the workout, right? with On my new fitness app that I freaking love. um It was so hard, you guys. It was a full body workout. I low-key hate full body days.

This is why I love the jean keys because you can look at what is your radiance? like What is your jean key and your radiance sphere? okay What is the shadow? so You can understand like why are you feeling not in a line with the rhythms? And so that's why it's like It's so crazy because the guidance that so many coaches or different people are giving online is probably what they're going through, but it's not necessarily going to be what you need right now. Like it is not serving us because they're talking in general, to a wide group of people, and we're so individual that we might not need that advice in that moment, and it might actually be detrimental to ourselves.

My, um, line four, So let me just pull this up here. So I have a line for and radiance. So there's six line possibilities. Okay. They're each going to express in a different way. I have a line for radiance, which is friendship. And so for me, my true health, gifts, and breakthroughs will come through trusted community and friendship. Okay. Like I want to be strong. I want to be lean. I want to be fast. I want to have energy. I don't want to feel tired and sluggish because I'm eating shit all the time. It's like, no, like I know what to do. I have accountability. I have my goals lined out. I have an eight week, literally for eight weeks. Every single day the workout is planned. The meal is planned.
