00:00:02
Speaker
Hello everyone, welcome back to the It's Happening For Me podcast. I'm your host Alyssa and I am so happy that you're with us today. Today you guys, we have such an iconic guest. I cannot wait for you to meet her my good friend Erin. I'm gonna go ahead and just read her bio because you guys know that's just like, i I can't do it justice. So I am so excited to introduce Erin. So Erin is a sacred flow guide and higher self mentor.
00:00:29
Speaker
And she is the creator of the Sacred Flow Blueprint and the Kosha Method. And Erin is a spiritual guide for entrepreneurial women who are ready to embody their highest self and claim the life of their dreams.
00:00:42
Speaker
The soul expression, the soulmate love, the prosperity, all that their heart dreams of without the defeat of overwhelm and guilt of never being enough, no matter how much they do or try.

Erin's Spiritual Journey and Aries Insights

Speaker
desires. so This is the journey that Erin has lived following her heart and soul and really devoting it her life to work as a catalyst for life.
00:01:17
Speaker
Oh, i as a greater catalyst to an event that happened in 2016, which i'm very excited to ask about. And with multiple successful businesses and expansion in all areas of life, Erin is the embodiment of her higher self and sacred flow. So hello, Erin.
00:01:32
Speaker
Welcome. Hi, thank you so much. Yes, I am so happy you're here Can you let the audience know maybe like what is your big three in astrology or anything that you would like to share with us about that? Or maybe your sun sign?
00:01:49
Speaker
Yeah, I'm like big three. I have no idea. Which is hilarious because I'm all about like the divine blueprint, like knowing not necessarily remembering facts because whatever ana or whichever that is, I'm still like, i I can't, I still can't memorize like my gene keys and what whatnot, but Aries, I'm an Aries generator.
00:02:15
Speaker
yeah Yes. I'm, I'm literally the same way with the Ajna. Someone today was asking me like what kind of music I listened to. And I was like, I have no idea. I can't think of one artist right now. One.
00:02:26
Speaker
was like, I don't know. Oh my gosh. That's hilarious. Yeah. Right. Like let's just ground and anchor. And also I'm trying to remember my human design. I think it's a three, five in that order, I think.
00:02:41
Speaker
um And which is like the experimenter from what, I like really resonated the most and took away from it is yeah the experimenter and then also i am seen and loved for my practical methods which is literally um'm like I have made these practical methods like my kosha method and my sacred flow bru blueprint everything I've made are my methods that I've learn through my experience through experimenting, because literally the only way I learn is through just doing something.
00:03:17
Speaker
And that's how I like really integrate my lessons. And then that's how I make my methods. So it's yeah, the human design is just like, if you don't know your human design and your jinkies, you definitely need to, because I, yeah, they really like made some things click for me and I definitely resonate with mine.
00:03:38
Speaker
Mm hmm. Yes, i I love that. I love to you said about like being an experimenter and just like having to literally do life. So can you kind of like rewind for us and tell us how who Erin was before your spiritual awakening? And like, what was life like before you got to know yourself?
00:03:54
Speaker
oh I had to remember myself because i I knew myself really well at one point. um So when I was younger, i was always very creative and very spiritual.
00:04:08
Speaker
um I was very like present and very much into nature. Like we, I grew up in the boondocks in this tiny little town, like outskirts of this tiny town on a couple acres. And like our whole backyard was like the forest and fields and like nobody around. So like, that is like my piece.
00:04:27
Speaker
um So yeah, I would literally just like wander in nature as a child or like go um fishing with my dad in the morning and I remembered this the other day and it's so cool. I would literally like on the drive home from being like fishing all day, it's such a like present thing to do, right? Like you're literally just in nature, like no expectations, just chilling.
00:04:49
Speaker
And on like the drive home, I would like pull out napkins or like any little scraps I could find from like his glove box to like write down ideas. And i would write I would write down like lyrics for songs or like things I wanted to write to like put in a story or things that I wanted to like teach people.
00:05:10
Speaker
So literally like that's, it's me now, but like as a child, I was in that like creative expression. um and then i and then in adolescence, like most of us do, i kind of like traded that space that I had for like being really present with myself and like having my creative expression, I traded that for like partying and boys mostly, like just trying to have relationships and it's like, okay, and doing all that, I'm sacrificing like my genuine connection with myself.
00:05:46
Speaker
And then like that whole journey basically led me back to myself, um, in a roundabout way. But then with all like the the lessons and everything that I learned along the way,
00:05:58
Speaker
So yeah, I was always very, very spiritual. Like when I was 13, was published in Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul. and And yeah, it was so fun. i cause I would literally sit in my room and i've just had these like creative ideas that nobody knew or like influenced me on. i would just sit in my room and like let whatever was coming through come through. And I just decided one day, like,
00:06:26
Speaker
I want to just send stories to different publishers and see if I can get published somewhere. And I was like 12 and yeah. And then I got the call at the dinner table, like almost a year later and they're like, yeah, you're going to be published in chicken soup for the soul. And I was like, wait, what story was it? Cause I like sent out so many and I had been and like a couple of magazines too, but it I just didn't really think that much of it.
00:06:49
Speaker
Um, and like kind of forgot about it, honestly. And but then it ended up being this huge thing. Like I had press, I was on the radio, i was speaking at schools and I was on TV and on the newspaper. And yeah, like that is just, and it was a spiritual story too. i was like telling the story about how um my little sister
00:07:14
Speaker
running towards the road, kind of like playing a game, like running away from my mom. She was four and she's like, ah, you can't catch me. And, but my mom heard a car coming and it was like going really fast.
00:07:24
Speaker
And my sister didn't know my mom started like running after her to being like, Hey, stop, like get away from the road. And she started just like running faster. Cause she's like, Oh, now you want to like play a game. And my mom like suddenly just fell so hard on the ground.
00:07:39
Speaker
And she turned around and she was like, so mad at us. She was like, who pushed me? Nobody pushed her. We all were like standing there watching like, oh my god, like we're terrified. um But she felt like hands like on her back and i was like, oh my god, it was an angel. And yeah, so I was like, I have to share this story with the world and which I did and it's like gone into other books since then that I didn't even have any idea about till I like looked it up recently. But yeah, just like very, very much connected with like other realms and spirituality and also
00:08:14
Speaker
just naturally wanting to like create and put things out into the world and also like help people as well. and see Wow. I remember reading those books and like, just yeah like loving every single story. So it's so cool to see like, Oh my God, you were one of the ones that wrote them.
00:08:31
Speaker
Yeah. Right. So crazy. how how were your, how was your family growing up? Like, was your mom and um family also into spirituality or were they more like, were they a little bit different? Like, were you more of the black sheep? Like, how was that like?

Family's Spiritual Influence and Personal Beliefs

00:08:47
Speaker
Oh, that was, that's an interesting, um, Yeah, that's something that I've been like thinking about recently and trying to piece together too. I'm like, how did, because i I always had some like shame around talking about God. And I was like, how did that happen? Because now I'm like, literally like, I can't function if I don't like pray to God every day. so like, how did like, anyways, my, we didn't grow up like going to church or anything like that.
00:09:18
Speaker
But I did because i was kind of the black sheep and I just saw people like going to, um, there was this thing during school. You could like walk to the church during lunchtime, I think.
00:09:33
Speaker
And they would have like treats and games and then they would do, um, they would like read from the Bible and stuff. And I had some friends. I actually had a friend named Christy her dad was a reverend of a church and that I would, and I would ask to go for vacation Bible school in the summer. So I ended up going to like vacation Bible school in the summers. And then also just like hanging out with the church group, like at lunch sometimes.
00:09:58
Speaker
Cause obviously like I liked the people and I was super open. I was like, you know, like my dad was kind of like, you know, the church is like culty and yeah, like he wasn't really sure how he felt about it Like kind of like religion isn't what it used to be because his family was actually, um was it, it was Protestant.
00:10:25
Speaker
His family was Protestant, but then he was like, I don't want my kids going to church. I don't want any involvement kind of like that. And so I was like, that's so weird. Like, you know, your mom literally was like, so like Christian or Catholic. I don't know which one.
00:10:41
Speaker
um But yeah, and then I always kind of felt like weird about liking to go and like, but I wanted to find my own understanding and I was like really open. i was like, okay, dad, I get, I hear what you're saying. Okay, mom, you're like super spiritual as fuck. Like she's like, talks to her angels and collects dimes and like um she sees.
00:11:08
Speaker
angels like she's so connected and it's funny because i did like i knew a little bit when i was a kid like things that she would share but like not to the extent that i do now as an adult like it's kind of like we've opened up each other more like the more that we share the more we're like comfortable to be like wow now it's like full-fledged um but yeah there was kind of this this pull to like two different sides and it was like okay i need to make my own like my own mind up about how, how I feel and like what I believe. So yeah.
00:11:44
Speaker
I love that. I love how it, cause it's in your chart too, to be very independent. So I think that's really cool how it's like, even though your dad had very strong views, like you still were able to like kind of experiment and find the things that you like.
00:11:59
Speaker
Yeah, that's it. I just like, you can't tell me something and I'm just like, okay, like I'll believe that and I'll live by that. It's like, I need to find out for myself um with, with it like respectfully, like I respect your opinions and i I get it. I see from your point of view. um but yeah, I just, it just didn't feel like the right path for me. So. Mm-hmm.
00:12:23
Speaker
Yes. Can you walk us through maybe like a moment in 2016 that kind of like cracked you open and put you on this new path or um however much you want to dive into it, or maybe just like something that you learned or like something from that time that kind of made you, you know, become like on more of this like spiritual path?

2016 Stillbirth and Spiritual Growth

00:12:47
Speaker
Yeah. um So
00:12:52
Speaker
who I was before got the story and who I am now. And then there's the journey in between, which was like constantly getting off my path um for a few years.
00:13:06
Speaker
And the first, what I'll preface with is that in 2012, was, had a boyfriend well
00:13:18
Speaker
i was i had a boyfriend And he decided that he wanted to go to Peru and do ayahuasca and work with shamans and plant medicines. And he wanted to go alone. And I was like, I want to go with you. And he's like, this is like this crazy, like you have no idea what it's about, whatever.
00:13:36
Speaker
But he was the only one who I felt comfortable like opening up with and like we like would watch Zeitgeist and like he just had like, there was more to life, you know, than,
00:13:49
Speaker
um just what we see here. And I was like, really want to explore that more. And I was like, i want to go on this trip. Like I feel called to go and I'm going. so i ended up going. and when I went there, um we're yeah. Doing work with like energy masters and shamans and plant medicines.
00:14:08
Speaker
And it that really was like my first major initiation back onto my path because it just showed me like the community of people who like I really resonated with and who I felt like understood by.
00:14:21
Speaker
um and I was just like, I know that like, this is part of like the work that I'm supposed to do in this world. And I, yeah like carried that forward. But even then, like that was 2012 and it was like, I knew it, but I still had so much to learn. Like I got like sidetracked again and I ended up like parting ways with that boyfriend and like that was really heavy. And then I ended up,
00:14:46
Speaker
um my whole family moved across the country. And and then in 2016, was in another relationship. I was just kind of like, I felt like I was just running from everything at that point.
00:15:02
Speaker
Like there was so much that I needed to process and like catch up with. And it was just like, when is it gonna happen? Because you just keep like going, going and like doing the same thing and like nothing's gonna change if nothing changes.
00:15:14
Speaker
And then, I was actually expecting a baby 2016 and then i lost it at stillbirth when I was six months along.
00:15:26
Speaker
And that was the major, i had this realization that my like thoughts and my beliefs create my reality. When that happened, I had literally never, that had never been a thought to me. And it just suddenly like came through and I was like, wow Like I need to learn how to create a reality that I love and a version of me that I love because I was like so negative about the whole like pregnancy. i was like scared about my body. i was scared about like why, like i I didn't feel like I was ready and I just had all these doubts and fears and whatever. And then when it ended the way it did, it was such a tragedy. Like I couldn't sleep for weeks.
00:16:09
Speaker
I was like, had to, um, like get medication and it just sent me into this major, like dark night of the soul. Right. And I was like, okay, looking at myself in the mirror, like I'm not happy with where I am and it's time for me to like make a change and like never look back.
00:16:28
Speaker
I need to find myself again. Right. So yeah, that, that was like my major wake up moment. And then ever since then it was just like, I started learning about, um like my divine blueprint, I started to be ah creative again. Like I took up photography right away for three years. And then like through doing that, I was able to um actually heal too, because I was photographing like newborns at some times. And I would literally pull up to like the house and I would just sit there and like ball before, like before I went in or like after I came out and I was like, I'm just like, I'm facing the grief and like, it was so healing because
00:17:10
Speaker
I was so like, yeah, I didn't feel good when I saw like babies and I was like, oh my gosh, like i need to work through this. um But yeah, um and from there it was just like entrepreneurial journey, full-fledged um creative expression and healing.
00:17:30
Speaker
Yeah. And here I Thank you for sharing that. I know it's going to be really relatable to a lot of women who have suffered loss. So thank you so much just for sharing that and like how hard it really was. And like, yeah, like the pain that you really felt. And yeah, that it's not easy a lot of times to just recover from these things. So and then it's it gives a lot of people hope to see that, you know, you can heal and love life again and be where you're at now.
00:17:59
Speaker
And now you're a mom, right? Yes.

Motherhood and Spiritual Healing

00:18:02
Speaker
My rainbow baby. ah Can you talk about that experience? Yeah. Okay. so that was like, so I was on the path to, yeah, like healing and finding my creative expression and entrepreneurship.
00:18:16
Speaker
And then I started learning about manifesting and I called in who I thought was my soulmate. And, be and then I ended up getting pregnant with my son.
00:18:32
Speaker
After, yeah, we hung out like a couple times. So the guy and I were strangers and it wasn't expected. so that that's a whole story for another day. But I was so terrified because of my past experience. And then also I ended up being alone for the pregnancy.
00:18:50
Speaker
um So that just like. just like catapulted me forward in my, like my healing process, because I was like, I have so much like work to do and so much to like find out about myself to be able to, like support myself mentally and emotionally through this pregnancy because I'm, I have so much trauma from before.
00:19:14
Speaker
and I was, ah my, my focus was like, I'm going to bring this baby earth side, like he's going to make it right. that was what I needed to focus on and then also I was like and then I want to heal everything um that I can within it myself to be the best version of me for him.
00:19:33
Speaker
So yeah, it just kind of like 10x the whole journey that I was on all of a sudden it was like, okay, it's time to get like really, really serious. um And then yeah, like the whole journey of motherhood has been very spiritual, like the most spiritual thing I've ever experienced.
00:19:50
Speaker
I love that. I love that so much. Can you talk a little bit about um kind of like flow, surrender, like intention, like these words that are so important to you, you know, and like so powerful.

Maintaining High Frequency and the Kosha Method

00:20:05
Speaker
um Would you say that? Well, I mean, obviously, just based off of what you said, I'm sure it wasn't always natural for you to be in flow and to learn how to surrender. um Did you have to like,
00:20:17
Speaker
rewire your brain to get there? Like, how are you able to step into this energy of being more flow and surrender?
00:20:27
Speaker
Yeah. So that was basically like my, my manifesting slash co-creation journey from the point of deciding, like, I want to create a different reality for myself and like, take power over my life, take my power back.
00:20:41
Speaker
And, um, One of the big things that I realized in that journey was like...
00:20:53
Speaker
When i manifest things, for example, like my my son's father. When I manifest things into my life, when I'm in flow and i'm my dominant frequency is high, my vibration is high, those things are also like high vibrational. They're meeting me up here. And then if I...
00:21:16
Speaker
go out of that and something in my life is challenging me and like my vibrations off and that's when I can start to sabotage. I can spiral into like my shadow and the things that met me and need me to be on this frequency up here are now going to miss me or just going to lead my life.
00:21:33
Speaker
Um, So I started to see that I started to notice like where sabotage was happening and where resistance was happening. And I started to evaluate like the core areas of my life as well as my dominant frequency and then how they were related.
00:21:50
Speaker
So it would be like, um, for example, i could be like, okay, my, there's something going on with my health. So when I say like core areas of your life, like your,
00:22:00
Speaker
your finances, your career, your relationships, your health, your relationship with yourself. um So yeah, I would, I started to notice like if one area of my life was like, had challenges arising, then that would bring my frequency down and it would start to affect other areas of my life.
00:22:21
Speaker
okay And then I would start to lose these things or like things that i called into my life when I was like manifesting and like holding my frequency and like doing really well in all the areas of my life, um things would start to feel so fragile and then like resistance would start to pop up in different areas. So yeah, I just was like noticing that there was like a really fine balance that needed to be um like nurtured and held throughout but like within myself and then also the core areas of my life like my external reality in order to be able to sustain my frequency and thus sustain the things that I call in that are on my higher frequency as well so that is yeah that was where it was like okay surrender is like the highest frequency for me and just connecting
00:23:18
Speaker
with my higher self surrendering, like having trust um and then like following from that place, like knowing like my inner guidance and following my heart so that I can, um yeah, like hold my frequency and then sustain everything as well.
00:23:37
Speaker
Mm hmm. love that. I love that, too. I feel like godr understanding that and learning that for me was huge, too, of like, oh, like, we really will kind of be a mirror to or like a magnet to whatever of our frequency is.
00:23:49
Speaker
um So, yeah, I love that. What do you have any advice for people who are listening right now that are like, OK. How do I maintain my frequency when it's really hard? Like, you know, like if life is happening, like, do you have any um tips or maybe your favorite thing to do to keep our frequency high when it just feels like, ah, like everything is just like chaos?
00:24:11
Speaker
Yeah, totally. I'm obsessed with that. Like just life is going to happen. Challenges are going to come. And like, you need to have like something to support you in those times. Like what is your capacity right now? For example, like,
00:24:24
Speaker
you have, you know, life's just going, like you're going through the motions, you have your structure, you have your plan, your schedule. If something was to come up in your life right now, like if like your your son got sick and you all of a sudden had to be like tending extra to him or if your car's like going through maintenance, like if something like that was added suddenly to your life, like would you crumble?
00:24:47
Speaker
Or like how would you feel? So just like, I like to evaluate like my capacity. and and leave room to like breathe so that I'm prepared if something does happen because there's always something that unexpected that arises. Like it could even be a positive thing. Like you're, you just got accepted into this um like coaching experience or like you want a trip somewhere and it's like, okay, now I'm planning for a trip and like I'm leaving for a week and,
00:25:20
Speaker
It's like, do you have breathing room for that? Like, what what where's your capacity at right now? Because that's gonna tell you like how your nervous system is doing, which is the foundation of your wellbeing altogether and your frequency too.
00:25:33
Speaker
So evaluating where your capacity is at. And then
00:25:43
Speaker
for me, like the Kosha method is something that I think is really important because it will nurture your well-being.
00:25:53
Speaker
So you just take the layers, the five layers of you, which is your emotional, physical, spiritual, energetic, and mental layers of yourself.
00:26:06
Speaker
And what I do is I find something to nurture each one if I can daily, if not then weekly or as often as you can so that you are like your well-being is well-rounded and you are well nurtured as an individual.
00:26:22
Speaker
And then externally, you can evaluate the core areas of your life, like I mentioned before. So like your relationships, your finances, your career, um your health, and your relationship with yourself. So you can ask yourself like,
00:26:42
Speaker
how do I honestly feel in those core areas of my life? Like, am I like 10 out of 10 happy with my finances? And if you're not, then that's bringing your frequency down. If you're not fully happy in each one of those areas, then that's just pointing to like where your blocks are, where, um, that it's creating resistance in your life and where there's room for you to, you know, nurture more and,
00:27:09
Speaker
focus more and prioritize more so that you can be well-rounded externally as well in the areas of your life. So, yeah.
00:27:20
Speaker
I love that. I love the kosha method. Can you tell us, like, what is your favorite? So, ah so the kosha method, it does it kind of look at, like you said, every area of life?
00:27:30
Speaker
um And if so, what is your favorite area of life, like to help women with, or do you just like all of it, all

Integrating Love, Purpose, and Business

00:27:37
Speaker
of them? Oh,
00:27:41
Speaker
Um, a favorite area for women. Yeah. For me, my, what I'm most obsessed with is love and purpose. So yeah.
00:27:52
Speaker
And when I say purpose, it's like living in flow with the universe. And also to me, that means like just doing what I love to do and that that's also the way I make my money. Like it it's living your dharma, right? Like this is what I'm already doing. This is who I am. This is what I love to do. And then that attracts my abundance for me and that's how I make my money too. So yeah, when I say purpose, there's a very strong like business aspect there too because I think, yeah, they just go hand in hand, but yeah, love and purpose for sure.
00:28:30
Speaker
I love that. And what advice would you give someone who's like, okay, I really want to call in like a divine partner. Like, I guess also my question, well, yeah, I'll just ask that first. What advice would you have so for someone who maybe is like, okay, I keep attracting the same person over and over again. I'm trying to break this pattern.
00:28:48
Speaker
I just want to, you know, have someone who is a match to my higher self. What kind of advice would you give them? Um, yeah. Cause you, especially from your experience of calling in your soulmate.
00:29:02
Speaker
Okay. That is, um, that's interesting.
00:29:08
Speaker
If you keep calling the same kind of person.
00:29:14
Speaker
Yeah. Then it's something with your alignment and your frequency, I would say. so um
00:29:25
Speaker
I have the whole process that supports calling in your desires, right? So there's the foundation, which is manifesting, like rewiring your subconscious,
00:29:38
Speaker
um healing and releasing you shadows and also um trauma that's in your body. So like somatics is something that I think is really important. um Yeah, so basically shadow work Rewiring your subconscious and yeah like moving energy out of your body and also connecting with your higher self daily.
00:30:07
Speaker
just so that you can bridge that gap. Cause it's like, I'm here. Like if you, if you were your higher self, like you would be attracting that higher partner. So I think if you're attracting the wrong person, then you're just not there.
00:30:19
Speaker
Maybe you're there sometimes, but if you're not there more than half the time, then you're not holding that frequency consistently enough. to attract that partner or to be able to discern you know who's a distraction because sometimes people will come in when you're at your highest and it's like it's asking you to see the red flag like are you gonna fall for it like have you learned the lesson you know there might be a lesson there for you too so like remain open but also holding your frequency consistently so for me it's
00:30:53
Speaker
connecting with my higher self daily, literally daily. Like as soon as I, as soon as I lose that, it's like your shadows are right there. That's kind of, it's so easy for you to, um yeah, like act from your shadows or like kind of spiral back towards them You can like easily get kind of caught in between your shadow self and your higher self.
00:31:19
Speaker
So the more that you're connecting with your higher self, the more that that's real and that's who you're embodying and that's who you're being. And then the less that your shadows are there. And then as you're doing somatic work to release trauma too, it's kind of like you're bridging the gap.
00:31:33
Speaker
You're releasing so much. And now of a sudden you're just, you're so connected with her every day and all this, all your shadows are worked through and this stored trauma is released. So now there's not really anything to spiral back into.
00:31:47
Speaker
There might be a couple little things, but it'll get so much easier to just like see it and move on like literally instantaneously. Like somebody, something will happen that normally would have sent you into like freeze or like fight or flight or like panic and the same thing could happen. And you'll just be like so, like trusting and like grounded and secure that it won't even phase you. And you'll be like, wow, I never fucking thought in my life that I would be able to like experience that that way like to not react the way I always have my whole life like it is possible I've experienced that like over and over and i'm like oh my god I'm literally a different person but yeah the more that you are her and you're releasing trauma from your body and you're working through your shadows and your subconscious you're bridging that gap so that it's really just like you're just her all a sudden you're embodying her so yeah um
00:32:42
Speaker
And then having the tools to sustain the frequency as well. I just think it makes it simple. It makes it fun. It's like, I have a plan to support me being my best version of myself and my higher self and like to hold on to like all this amazing stuff that I've called into my life. And yeah, that's where I just use the kosha method and evaluating the core areas of my life. And then I also have a manifesting course for like rewiring the subconscious and doing the foundational work as well. And that was where I started. So it was like the journey. It was like manifesting shadow work and, and then coming up with the tools to support myself, which is the Kosha method and, um, evaluating the core areas of my life.
00:33:25
Speaker
i love that. i I love how it's just like such your purpose and like such your life's work because it's literally what you went through. And then you're able to be this like divine creatrix and like create the manifestation course. And then the next step, can you also talk about the sacred flow blueprints and what inspired you to create that? And like, how can that support the babes? Mm hmm.
00:33:49
Speaker
Yeah, so the Sacred Flow Blueprint is being, it's like outlined right now. So it's in the process of actually like coming into form and I'm super excited. So right now there's a seven day challenge that I'm putting on that will kind of like preface and give like a little bit of a show into what you would learn in the Sacred Flow Blueprint.
00:34:16
Speaker
And yeah, the blueprint is literally like kind of what I just said, like my whole process, but it's like a full immersion. Like you, um,
00:34:26
Speaker
you get to know like my experiences, like through the process and like why it's relevant, why it's important, how it's going to support you, like where to start step by step, like start here, go here and then connect with me and let's talk about it. Um, to yeah, get you embodying your higher self and living in flow, living in Korea.
00:34:47
Speaker
Korea is The whole goal. It's just like you're in flow with the universe. You're loving your life. You're literally like the person that you came here to be. Oh my God. I love that. I feel like, i feel like you're such a beautiful example. Like you're literally the embodiment of this.

Daily Life and Embracing Synchronicity

00:35:05
Speaker
Like, I feel like your life is just such a, like literally a flow and it's like so fun. And I just like love watching you like from what I can see, like on Instagram and like, can you walk us through like a day in your life? Like what is your beautiful flow like?
00:35:19
Speaker
Yeah, okay. Today was amazing. um So I woke up and my son and I woke up at the same time. it was like 7 a.m. It was early.
00:35:35
Speaker
we were excited to wake up because we wanted to play games together. and we just got up and like had breakfast and played games. Um... He went to school and he only had a half day today. So like while he was at school, um I met with a client for like half an hour.
00:35:59
Speaker
and then I just like kind of did what I felt like doing for the morning. Like I had some things around the house that I wanted to do and I was listening to music.
00:36:10
Speaker
um And I did a whole bunch of cooking. So I love to do like all our meal prep. So yeah, there was just like, today was like family and like home focused, which like felt so good for my nervous system. i was just like, I'm like taking care of my house and my baby and like spending like the whole morning basically in my own energy, which is like so sacred to me.
00:36:36
Speaker
And then I picked my son up at noon. We went to the park. We walked with the wagon and literally were gone for two hours. It was like the sunniest, nicest day. So we were just like wandering outside, um in nature, like just laughing and having so much fun. And then, yeah. And then we just came home and like had some cuddles and hung out and now I'm on a podcast with you and everything was very synchronistic today. i have to say too, like, um,
00:37:07
Speaker
his his dad was coming to like be with him while i was on the podcast and he's like i think i'm gonna be late and i was like oh and i wanted to be like part like you know my mind's like my ego's like how are you gonna fix this so that like you're not late for your podcast and it's like maybe i could like meet him halfway or like but bla blah blah blah and i literally was just like surrender ah was like it's literally gonna work out like so many things today have already literally just worked out and then It was like half an hour. it was like the point where like I would have had to like make the call of like if I needed to do something. And then he literally just texted me and was like, I'm going to be there by seven, which was like half an hour earlier than he was worried about being. And I was like, I knew it would work out.
00:37:52
Speaker
ah Yeah. So there was like a couple kind of synchronistic things like that. And I was just, yeah, totally just worked out really well. And like we've been just so happy today. So, yeah.
00:38:07
Speaker
and I love that. That's, that's such a beautiful example of like, real life, what surrender looks like, because those are the moments I feel like where we get so stressed out. And we're like, like, I need to be on this podcast. But then what am I going to do? You know, like with the drop off and the switching over and then it's like, wow, you're able to just be like, you know what, it is going to work out. And then literally it worked out better than you could have planned.
00:38:28
Speaker
Yeah, i knew it would because it's so easy yeah to just like start freaking out. And then it's like, It's almost like that's, yeah, that's when you create it Like that's when you sabotage. Literally, I've learned my lesson on that. Like what, how I think and how I react and respond is what's going to, what I'm going in my external reality. It's a reflection of me. So yeah, when I just completely, I'm like, ah, like I know it's going to be okay. It always is okay. So yeah.
00:38:56
Speaker
Mm-hmm. Yes. um Can you talk to us about how do you embody such confidence? Like you are like, my image of you is like, you are so hot and like, you're always like dancing. That's something else we haven't talked about yet, but like, you're like a dancer and like, you're just like this confident, beautiful, radiant, like goddess.
00:39:18
Speaker
And it just feels like you just show up like so seamlessly. So I'm just wondering, like, was that always natural to you or like, was that Like, yeah. Like, how did you get to this place where you're like, you know what? I'm just going to be my boldest, like hottest self and just show up how I want on the internet.
00:39:37
Speaker
Um, Maddie,
00:39:41
Speaker
the meta portal, um, confidence coaching is so important and i have an amazing coach. We have an amazing coach for that. And, um, no, like I wasn't always like that. Actually. i was like,
00:39:57
Speaker
um I don't even know when it started
00:40:02
Speaker
i was kind of thinking about it today actually I think it was like my first like big breakup but i got like so insecure and my shadow was codependency my shadow is codependency like I don't I don't live there, but like that's where it can go, right? And that's, I was living there at one point and yeah, so like really insecure and codependent and um really like,
00:40:37
Speaker
yeah, like one of my biggest realizations most recently was like, um i would be doing things to like feel confident but I wasn't doing them because I was.
00:40:51
Speaker
And it was like this, this, like the most subtle, subtlest little shift of like the intention behind it before it was actually like embodying.
00:41:02
Speaker
So for example, i would go, would be like, okay, if I'm my most confident version of myself and like, and I'm my highest self, then I will like,
00:41:14
Speaker
go full-fledged in my business and then I will go to dance classes. And it sounds like it's the right thing to do, but it was like, no, I will, what is the right thing? And I'm trying to explain this, so bear with me, but the right like the right intention behind it and the right energy and that shift that i'm talking about is just being like, no, I i go to dance class,
00:41:41
Speaker
and I'm full fledged in my business because I am confident and I am my higher self. So instead of doing them to be her, you're literally like you are her. then as a result of that, you're doing them.
00:41:53
Speaker
So instead of like looking for confidence or your higher self or any kind of fulfillment through things, literally just finding that inner fulfillment first. And then, then you see what things you result in doing.
00:42:09
Speaker
And that's embodying, that's being, right? So, yeah. my And actually, dance is one of the biggest confidence builders that you can do, too.
00:42:27
Speaker
Because as women, there's so much shame. There's so much um sexual shame and around being sexy and being hot and being confident.
00:42:38
Speaker
And like... having sex appeal and sensuality like there's so much shame like um and like ancestral like this it goes for way back right like just so much that we carry and then also like the actual the movement like the cathartic release and everything that you can get from it too is a bonus on top of that but yeah like taking dance I really learned so

Overcoming Insecurities through Dance

00:43:07
Speaker
much. Like there was times where I would go into dance class and be like trying everything I could do not to cry. because I was like, I'm not as good as everyone. Like they're all looking at me.
00:43:19
Speaker
And it's funny because it's like, it's being confident to like show up and do something in a room full of people who are um like technically professionally trained and you aren't there's like that it's like the audacity to like walk in there but it's like they're like yay like someone new like they're so supportive but it's so easy to like lose that when you're actually in there doing it because your mind right is just like what are you doing here and like plays with you and then that's when it can feel like it can be like see your it can like kind of push you back into like your insecurities
00:43:59
Speaker
So, um, kind of like facing that, like going to dance and just facing it again and again and again, it really was like, fuck the insecurities. I don't care what you're saying. I'm going to go right back in there again tomorrow. and then it was like, okay, now I actually am like fully that confident girl where I'm not worried about anyone looking at me because i faced it again and again. And I worked through it and I love that. So but like that literally could be the perfect metaphor for everything that you teach, like, right. Like, because we're going to feel that in every area of our life and our purpose, when we're like attracting the dream partner, like ah finances, business, we're always going to kind of initially compare ourselves to other people who are just like way farther along than us.
00:44:44
Speaker
And then when we can just kind of like be okay with being like the beginner and like knowing like, oh, it's just literally going to take time to like, everything is a skill essentially. And just like building the skill. like yeah that's how we can kind of like grow into our higher self so I love that oh my god I love how you just pointed that out because it's so true and like literally everything I have and everything I've achieved is from yeah just having the audacity to be like yeah why not me why not me like I don't care that they're yeah like just you just have to do it and then you and then that's being it right
00:45:22
Speaker
I love that. I feel like that's like really a lot in your, in your design too. Again, like that just like really independent. Cause we, oh, for everyone listening. So me and Aaron and Maddie, our coach, we all have the same um incarnation cross, which is the same four prime gifts. They're all kind of like shifted around a little bit.
00:45:40
Speaker
um But it's so cool because we all like have very similar energy, but just like in different ways. And so, yeah, I think I love that, like, bold, like, energy of just, like, I'm just going to do it. Like, why not me?
00:45:51
Speaker
And then just, like, putting ourselves out there. It's so cool.
00:45:56
Speaker
Yeah. Yes. It's really cool, actually. Like, and then when I see, like, you guys talking about your. your gene keys and your purpose. I'm like, ah, like it's just, it feels so alive in me. And it just, yeah, brings me back to that every time I'm like, oh yeah, we have the same incarnation cross. And it's like, it's so much more than, yeah, I thought it's really cool.
00:46:20
Speaker
Mm hmm. Yes. Okay, I just want to touch again on the things that you offer and how you can really help people. So we went over the kosha method, which is so iconic.
00:46:31
Speaker
We talked about the sacred flow blueprint, which is coming out. Can you tell us one more time? What is the name of your challenge that is um that's going to be leading up into the sacred flow blueprint?
00:46:44
Speaker
Yeah, so it's the seven day heart led challenge. And it's basically like Be her now like embodying your higher self every day. It's a telegram group chat super simple.
00:46:57
Speaker
You come in you wake up every day to these exciting prompts that are going activate you and connect you with your higher self. And then also there's, you know, a few girls like us in there doing it together. So there's community and, um,
00:47:11
Speaker
Yeah. And then there's a ah prize giveaway too. Like whoever's the most active in the, in the wins channel, who's like sharing their breakthroughs and like really sticking to the challenge is going to win a free tarot deck, a new tarot deck.
00:47:27
Speaker
Yeah. Oh my God. Yeah. And that is on my, the link

Sacred Flow Blueprint and Future Masterclass

00:47:32
Speaker
for that. It starts on Monday. So it starts in two days. So I don't know if it'll still like how soon this will go out, but I'm sure there'll be like a replay if it's,
00:47:42
Speaker
after the fact. Um, but the link, all the links for my stuff is in my bio. There's also my kosher method ebook is free on my Instagram bio too. So you can actually get the book for that.
00:47:57
Speaker
And then, yeah, there's going to be a sacred flow blueprint masterclass in the coming weeks. Um, that'll be free as well. And it's literally like everything that I've been talking about.
00:48:10
Speaker
um the whole process like manifesting and then being your higher self and then like working through and releasing your trauma and shadows as well so you can embody her and like create a life that you really love like as who you were made to be like what you came here to do and the big thing is it's bridging um like spirituality and practicality which is it's like we need structure like it's teaching flow and alignment without just like um being like it's it's magic and you do your affirmations and you it's yeah there's a lot more of a focus like a balance of the focus of like the masculine and feminine aspects to co-creating instead of just like all the spiritual woo woo stuff which is so important to me because I was like so misled like when I was starting to learn about manifesting I was so misled and
00:49:08
Speaker
Yeah. And then what ended up happening was I was calling in things and losing them. And I was like, so frustrated. I was like,
00:49:53
Speaker
Uh-oh, guys. I think we may have froze.
00:50:00
Speaker
Erin, can you hear me?
00:50:05
Speaker
Okay, so we just froze, you guys, but no worries because we were wrapping up. Oh, here we are. Yay.
00:50:16
Speaker
I'm just going to... Yeah, so anyways, we just froze for like two minutes, guys, but no worries. Erin, you are back. I'm here.
00:50:25
Speaker
Um, I don't know where- You were talking about how you connect the masculine and the feminine because you were, when you first were kind of like misled and just more of like the woo-woo side of things.
00:50:36
Speaker
Yeah. Okay. I didn't know if it like cut off what I was saying. Um, yeah. So that made me really passionate about like finding out what tools and what skills I needed to be able to actually sustain my manifestations. And it was- it just clicked. It was like, okay, it's structure. It's practicality, like anchoring it in.
00:50:58
Speaker
So yeah, I'm teaching all of that in there. There's also on my Instagram, I have a free goals workbook and free higher self alignment journal prompts. There's also a free video on there that where I share the three concepts to manifesting so that you can see like it's not magic. It's a magical lifestyle, but yeah, practical as well.
00:51:27
Speaker
So I think a lot of people who have had anyone who's had like not a great experience with manifesting or hasn't like mastered it will definitely appreciate that.
00:51:38
Speaker
So yeah, check it out. And my Instagram is at Erin C coaching. Yes. Ah, that's, I love it. I'm so obsessed with everything that you're doing. I'll put all the links to everything in the show notes.
00:51:52
Speaker
And before we wrap up, I just want to ask one last question. What is one core truth that you want every woman listening to remember about herself today? oh um my gosh.
00:52:06
Speaker
I don't, I want this to be so fucking good.
00:52:13
Speaker
A core truth about every woman
00:52:18
Speaker
To remember today? h that you want every woman listening right now to remember about herself. Like what is the core truth that like we can all remember about ourselves?
00:52:32
Speaker
Or maybe one of your core truths.
00:52:39
Speaker
Yeah, like you are the co-creator of your reality. You can have and be and do things. anything that you want as long as you believe and have the tools as well and that's yeah everything that I want to help teach if there's a missing piece if there's a block for you or there's resistance happening then yeah let's go through the process of identifying the block and releasing the resistance and
00:53:11
Speaker
bridging that gap to get you to that place where you are creating the reality of your dreams.
00:53:19
Speaker
That was so beautiful. i love it. I love it. Okay. Thank you so much, Erin. Thank you everyone for listening. i know you guys are going to love this episode. This should be coming out Sunday, the right, the day right before your challenge starts. So everyone, if you're listening, you can jump into her challenge. So yay.
00:53:38
Speaker
And if you guys are listening to this at a later date, just be sure to follow Erin, see what she has going on in her world. And yeah, thank you so much for being here. Thank you. This was such a lovely way to spend my Friday evening and i love you so much.
00:53:53
Speaker
Yes. Okay. Love Thank you guys. Bye.
