Do you have an undefined or open throat center? Do you feel the pressure to fill every silence with words? 🚫 I dive into the 'Not-Self Theme' of the throat center and reveal how the pressure to speak can lead to social anxiety. I used to feel like I needed to say the right thing, to sound smart, to contribute to the conversation, to add something just to be worthy of being in spaces.

When really girl, we're worthy just by existing. I don't have to say a word unless I WANT TO. I don't have to make something up just to speak and fill the space, and neither do you.

Discover the hidden lessons in embracing the silence. Don't miss out - find your peace in the quiet! ☮️

Episode #44 It's Happening For Me Podcast

Is the pressure to speak contributing to your social anxiety?

In my experience a HUGE part of the reason I was experiencing social anxiety in my teens and young twenties is because I didn't know myself. I didn't realize this until years later experimenting with my Human Design.

I was living out of alignment and expressing myself mostly through my shadows and not self themes, this looked like hanging out with people who I actually didn't have anything in common with, going to places I actually didn't want to be at, forcing myself to say yes to every opportunity because I didn't want to be alone.  The uneasy feeling in my body was a signal that I was in the wrong environment.

Ever felt like you're chasing approval from the wrong crowd? 🤔I break down the magic of soul resonance and why not everyone's meant to 'get' you. Discover the beauty of connecting deeply with those who truly vibe with your unique energy.

Do you ever feel like you need to read one more book, take one more course, get one more certification, or learn just a little bit more before you’re actually qualified to share what you know?

And somehow…the more you learn, the more aware you become of everything you DON’T know?

In this video, we’re diving into Gene Key 48 and the journey from the Shadow of Inadequacy → the Gift of Resourcefulness → the Siddhi of Wisdom.

I’m talking about why inadequacy can run so deep, how it can show up in leadership and business, and why some of the most knowledgeable, deeply resourced people can still struggle to trust what they know.

I’m also sharing some of my own experiences with feeling wildly underqualified—even when the external evidence was telling me otherwise—and what I’ve learned about the difference between accumulating more knowledge and actually trusting yourself.

Resourcefulness isn’t about having every answer.

It’s trusting that when you need an answer, a resource, an idea, or a next step…you’ll be able to meet the moment.

We’ll also talk about why I love tools like the Gene Keys, Human Design, and the Akashic Records—not as outside authorities that tell us who we are, but as frameworks that can help us recognize what’s already there and build deeper self-trust.

If you’re a lifelong learner, seeker, course-taker, certification collector, or someone who secretly keeps wondering, “Who am I to call myself an expert?”—this one is for you. 🫶

Perfectionism can look like high standards, discernment, or simply wanting to do your best—but at some point, constantly seeing what needs to be improved can become the very thing keeping you from sharing your gifts.

In this video, we’re diving into Gene Key + Human Design Gate 18 and the journey from Judgment → Integrity → Perfection.  I’m sharing how perfectionism has shown up in my own life, how judgment can turn into procrastination and self-criticism, and why the part of you that can instantly see what could be better might actually be one of your greatest gifts.  We’ll talk about how to work WITH that gift instead of letting it keep you stuck—and I’ll leave you with a few questions to contemplate where perfectionism, judgment, and integrity are showing up in your own life.

Your natural genius can actually be one of the HARDEST things to recognize about yourself because the things that come most naturally to you just feel… normal!!!😂

You might not even realize that the way you think, communicate, solve problems, create, lead or move through the world is something other people don't naturally do the same way.

One of my favorite places to look for clues to your genius is your Gene Keys Activation Sequence. 🧬

In this video, I'm walking you through the four spheres — your Life's Work, Evolution, Radiance + Purpose — and, more importantly, how I look at them together.

I don't see them as four random pieces of information about you.

Together, they start telling the story of your genius.

I also walk you through my own Activation Sequence and show you how I can see the SAME underlying genius expressing itself in two completely different parts of my life: my corporate recruiting career + my  business.

Your Gene Keys aren't here to hand you a job title or tell you who you're supposed to become.

They're giving you clues about what's already there.

Your profile gives you something to investigate. Your life gives you the evidence. 🧬✨

89. How to find your genius in your Gene Keys Profile

i genuinely NEVER thought i would be the person to stop drinking coffee 😂

i love coffee. like LOVE coffee. it was part of my morning, my workday, my little walks, recording podcasts, doing readings, long drives… everything lol.

but i’ve also dealt with headaches + migraines for most of my life, and recently they had gotten to the point where i was getting them constantly. and somewhere along the way i got into this cycle of drinking a ton of caffeine, getting a headache, taking Excedrin (which ALSO has caffeine lol), feeling better and then doing the whole thing over again.

so a few weeks ago i finally decided to see what would happen if i stopped.

and you guys… i feel SO different.

i talk about the first few days of caffeine withdrawal, the brain fog, being absolutely exhausted at my desk 😂, my relationship with addiction + dopamine, sobriety, potentially getting tested for ADHD, and a story about me having an absolutely ridiculous meltdown because Jorge wouldn't stop at Starbucks lol.

but the part that has been the most interesting to me is realizing that i didn't actually know what my natural energy felt like.

i thought i was someone who needed naps all the time. i thought i was naturally super go-go-go, impatient, always needing to be doing something. i thought coffee helped me have energy.

and now i’m realizing my actual baseline is SO much more chill than i thought it was.

i still have energy. i still get shit done. i’m still ambitious and excited and very much ME. 😂 but i don’t feel like i’m constantly spiking and crashing anymore.

and that realization turned this into something way bigger for me than just quitting coffee.

how many things do we do over and over again for YEARS and eventually just decide “this is who i am”?

i’m not anti-coffee and i’m definitely not telling you to stop drinking it lol. this has just been one big experiment for me, and i wanted to share what i’ve noticed after 20+ days because i genuinely did not expect to feel this fucking good.

88. i QUIT coffee for 21 days & realized I had no idea what my NATURAL energy felt like

hi beauty!

what does success mean to YOU?

i own a business. i love entrepreneurship. AND… i also love my 9–5. 😂  somewhere along the way, especially in the online business world, quitting your job became this weird milestone that proves you’ve “made it.”  but what if you don’t f*cking want to?

maybe your version of success is a $20M company with employees.  maybe it’s a tiny business you run from your house.  maybe it’s a corporate career AND a creative business.  maybe you want to work 50 hours because you’re fucking obsessed with your work. maybe you want to work 15.  maybe you want a huge audience. maybe you want 30 incredible clients.

the point isn’t the 9–5. the point is: DID YOU CHOOSE THE LIFE YOU’RE BUILDING?  i think we’ve gotten so busy chasing what success is supposed to look like that we forgot to ask ourselves what we actually fucking want. 😂  that’s what this video is really about.

GUYSSS this conversation was SO freaking good 😭

i sat down with my friend Jair Griffin — artist, musician, poet, 3/6 mental projector Astromancer + genuinely one of my favorite people to listen to talk because his mind just WORKS differently.

i’ve experienced Jair’s work myself + every time i talk to him he gives me some completely new way of looking at something i thought i already understood.

we talk about his experience growing up Christian + questioning religion from a really young age, how that eventually led him into astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys + metaphysics, and his belief that we are all literally God pretending to be human for a little while.

ANDDDD he explains GENE KEY 0 !!! which is his concept of the void — the nothingness that everything came from — and why remembering that underneath all of our charts, identities + stories we are also NOTHING can actually be so freeing.

because as much as i freaking love Gene Keys + Human Design, i never want my chart to become another box i put myself in.

we also get into something Jair taught me forever ago that i am OBSESSED with: eating your Gene Keys lol.

like actually taking all of this information OFF the page + finding ways to experience it through your food, body, movement, rituals + everyday life.

and that really became such a big part of this conversation because you can know your entire astrology chart, Human Design + every Gene Key in your profile…

but what are you actually DOING with it???

we talk about embodiment, intuition, psychedelics, spirit guides, time travel + Jair’s experiences connecting with past versions of himself, making decisions that change the trajectory of your life, preparing for the opportunities you say you want + why sometimes you have to trust yourself enough to make the audacious decision just because YOU freaking said so.

we also get into creativity + one of my FAVORITE things he said:

the best art is the stuff you make for YOU.

not starting with “what will people like?”
not creating for an imaginary audience.
making something because YOU love it so freaking much that other people get to experience your love for it too.

okayyyy this episode is a JUICY one. i sat down with my friend Audrey Rainwater — dark feminine astrologer, mentor + pro dominatrix — for a conversation about what it actually looks like to stop dimming the parts of yourself you've been taught are too much.

we talk dark feminine energy, SLUT frequency (sexy, lucrative, unstoppable + trailblazer), desire, magnetism, sex work, shame, relationships + what Audrey has learned from having a literal front row seat to the taboo side of human experience.

Audrey also shares how motherhood became one of the catalysts for reclaiming her power, how astrology helped her realize that the parts of herself she had been ashamed of were actually connected to her life's work, and why sometimes having a map for WHO YOU ARE is the thing that finally gives you permission to trust yourself.

we get into:

dark feminine energy + feminine dominance
why sexy + magnetic doesn't actually LOOK one specific way
desire + pleasure as a pathway back to yourself
sex work, shame + owning an unconventional life
what Audrey has learned about men, women + relationships through her work
astrology, Lilith + finding confirmation of your life's work
and what happens when you finally stop giving a fuck about people's projections and give yourself permission to LIKE WHAT YOU LIKE.

this conversation is spicy, honest, fascinating + SO Audrey. 🌶️

84. are you tired… or are you FORCING a life that isn’t meant for you? | Gene Key 40

Welcome friend! This week I had the pleasure of interviewing the beautiful Karolin Velliste and we got to talk all things spirituality, relationships, self-love, channeling + what it actually looks like to deeply accept ALL parts of yourself.

Karolin Velliste | Intuitive Healer + Channel

Karolin is an intuitive healer and channel who specializes in relationship + self-love work. Her work is deeply intuitive AND practical, helping women connect deeper to themselves, move through their emotions + triggers, and receive guidance directly from Spirit through her one-to-one intuitive healing sessions.

I've personally had a session with Karolin and her ability to channel is SO powerful, so I was very excited to have her on and ask her all the things! Karolin is also a Portal of You OG, and it was an honor to support her and peel back the layers of her genius. :)

In this episode we talk about:

 * Karolin's journey from being an atheist to developing a deep relationship with God + spirituality
 * how she discovered her ability to channel + developed her intuitive gifts
 * learning to TRUST what comes through instead of questioning if you're making it all up
 * how we both have Gene Key 48 in our Vocation + the shadow of inadequacy that can come up when sharing our gifts
 * why relationships can bring up some of our deepest wounds, insecurities + triggers
 * the difference between wanting to know "does this person love me?" and doing the deeper self-love + relationship work
 * why seeking external validation can become a bandaid for the deeper part of you that doesn't feel worthy or loved
 * learning how to regulate your own emotions instead of making someone else responsible for making you feel okay
 * why you DON'T have to be perfectly healed to receive healthy love
 * whether your partner actually needs to be "spiritual" + why having aligned values can matter so much more
 * how relationships can be one of our biggest spiritual training grounds — bringing up the parts of ourselves we might never meet when we're alone
 * learning to love and accept even the messy, uncomfortable + "unlovable" parts of yourself
 * riding the waves of our emotions instead of trying to push them away or immediately fix them
 * Karolin's intuitive sessions, love readings + the different ways you can currently work with her
