If this is not your first time joining us and you've been with us ups, downs, all arounds, then we consider you a pioneer. With that being said, for my pioneers, you're probably sick and tired to death of hearing these intro introductory episodes, which I understand.

my dreams and my visions and what I think is capable, then I kind of impart that and go based off of that. So this time around, the podcast is completely different from what it used to be. Before I get into all of that, I just want to say, for those of you who know, know that I absolutely hate editing, and we finally have an editor! Woo!

So for me, I usually release like three episodes a week. And that's not a lot for me. It is a lot for me to record and to edit. And that's what was keeping it really hard for me to be consistent. But now that I have an editor and I have someone who actually enjoys doing that, I don't have to worry about that. And I can just talk because that's what I like to do, obviously.

So now we're, I feel like I'm kind of finally finding my lane, so to speak. Pioneers of Nugent still exists. I was like, I really like that. Well, it is now a Christian media and entertainment. And part of it will now be the podcast. And like I said, the podcast kind of has its own little identity to it. But Pioneers of Nugent is not going anywhere. It's just kind of expanded. God has kind of expanded my vision for it instead of it just being a podcast.

You got trained on every single position. That's relevant because when you are trained on every single position, you have a certain level of grace when there's hiccups because you know what it takes to actually do that job. So I feel like

I want us to have a little more grace for the people around us because we are taking the time to walk them out in their shoes and to see what they are going through. So, um, just like our parent company, which is pioneers in new gen, we are real, real stands for relatable, enthusiastic, authentic, and loving. So for relatable, we are okay with being vulnerable because it's our, because in our vulnerability, people can relate to us. We're not ashamed of our past or struggles because those areas are how we can open up to others and give God praise for helping us through it.

what we value and then what our mission is. So the kind of part of what pioneers and new gen will do will be graphic design. For those of you who know, an area in graphic design is branding and that's really where my heart is because I really hate it when businesses either don't know their brand or don't stick to their brand. And when you don't stick to your brand, it's really hard for you to create a very unique and consistent culture.

So the analogy that I use when I'm teaching people branding is your vision is the finish line. The mission statement is the car and the values is the gas. So for those of you who are trying to start a business or to start a brand, think about it like that.
