He didn't come, but my brother and I and my son had ah had a good time.

You you follow a process. um And it has to do with consistency of, you know, doing it, right? It's been, you know, months and months since the last time I've done it. But I still get a lot of angst every time I i do it.

Um, I measure everything. I sanded with 3000 between etching cycles. I coffeed it and it just went fucking black. Like the and went black.

And, uh, yeah, it's like, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Luckily this pattern is really tight, so I could just like hit it with 3000 and it just sanded the tops and it looks great. But for yours, that's a problem. Cause if you got really wide black areas, even if you coffee it, I mean, you're an, if the 15 and 20 goes black, you're fucked.

And I had an epiphany. I'm looking at the Ameribraid, uh, the other platen that I have for the Ameribraid, which has got four inch wheel and an eight inch platen and a two inch wheel on the other side. And I'm looking at it and I'm like, why can't I?

make a copy of this thing, but change it so that there's a small wheel attachment on the right side instead of a two inch wheel. My grinder already flips horizontal.

I can fab the rests for it. And then I don't have to do it. I have a grinder that has a VFD that's variable speed, blah, blah, blah, two by 72. So I made a new D plate that has a four inch wheel. In fact, it can have a six inch, a four four inch, or a two inch on the left side, a platen and a small wheel attachment that can take two inch wheels all the way down to, you know, your usual, you know, whatever you want for a small wheel attachment.
