ah ah essentially respected club legends for both sides. One may get a slightly better response than the other, but we'll just have to hopefully decorum and common sense come together comes through and everybody just has a nice time of it.

So to start with, we're going to go with some team news from both Palace and from Liverpool. On the Palace side, the only real injury of note as far as as of time of recording this podcast on a Friday afternoon is Wharton will be missing for the rest of the season with a concussion, which he sustained from Kevin De Bruyne in the FA Cup final.

If you didn't see that, well, De Bruyne decided to take a crack at goal and Wharton, being Wharton, decided to get in the in the way.

Put his body on the line for the cause and essentially gets... flattened by it so he was down for at least a good few seconds and i think uh alex may have mentioned that uh a palace fan actually tried to sort talk to watson at some point during in the uh ah during the last week or so. And Wharton doesn't remember anything from that back end of the game.

He remembers the, uh, as a goal and the penalty, and that's about it. So, yep. Uh, he's going to be out for the rest of the seat, the rest of the season, which, well, it's one game, so it's fine, but hope, hopefully it's not going to do too much.

Cause I know head injuries can get a little bit like, questionable, and you get a little bit like hit and miss kind of thing. They can do some long-term damage. So just, just, we just hope for a sort of speedy recovery and everything goes fine.

Also, for on the Palace side, there might be possibility of rotation, as it as I'm going to keep mentioning, it is the last game of the season. might, as there was in the Wolves game, quite a few sort of rotated players out.

So, Chilwell and Klein might get another run out to give our long-suffering fullbacks of Munoz and Tyreek Mitchell a well-deserved break after their long, long season.

But the rest of the team, I think, is largely unchanged. Hughes and Deveni might get ah get a bit of a run out as well as they're starting to so kind of get back into the squad.

With Wart now, I think Hughes might get another run. Kamada might get another one as well as he's been playing fairly well over the last few weeks. But in probably the most part, most of the team is going to stay largely unchanged.

On the Liverpool side, the major injury they've had over the last, well, the main one that is not going to be able to not going to be selectable is McAllister. He is out with a groin problem.

that they But we are also expecting a long-awaited return of Joe Gomez, who might just about make the bench. It still still seems to be about 50-50 if that is going to happen. Because he's been out with, I think it was a hamstring injury, so they can take quite a while.

Usually, soft yeah, anybody. or better part of a month in some cases, depending on sort of the severity. And yeah, and Liverpool, the rest of Liverpool squad is largely unchanged.

From talking to some Liverpool fans I know, yeah they're annoyed that he left in the way that he is, but when it comes to the final day, they will respect the fact that he was a club, been ah ah basically a bit of a club legend icon kind of window, and he will be given the standing ovation.

They've already won the league. They've got nothing really to play for except so just to increase that points tally. While Palace on the other side are fairly comfortable in mid-table, we're not going to go down. We're, I think, seven points clear of Everton, so we're not goingnna we can't go down.

However, there is a slight possibility of getting a top 10, but that also requires a lot of cooperation from Brentford, Fulham and Bournemouth to all lose their game, all to drop points, which I think I don't see that happening. I think, I think Bournemouth are playing Wolves and I think Fulham are playing City, so they might drop points on the last game of the season.
