life's events and transitions and changes that have happened that I've noticed that when I am, and again, I'll talk about one of the definitions that could be defined as the opposite of flow is effort.

So say, for example, I was transitioning from one job to the next, and it was part of me that I was freaking out.

And the lower chakras, they're basically located, you know, around like our belly button, like the base of our spine and around like where solar plexus is.

Or it's almost like you're hitting a wall with either someone, if you're trying so hard to make a relationship happen or a job happen, any situation, like, you know, being in the energy of effort, it can just become repetitive.

I mean, the environment I'm in now, I have to just be in a flow state and kind of go with the flow because it's just every day is different.
