Life Before and After Microdosing

00:00:28
Speaker
In this video, I'm going to be explaining how I basically changed my entire life in just one year. Anybody that know me or maybe you follow me on social media, you may not see actual changes in my life. But when I look back on my life a year ago, compared to right now, it blows my mind how far I've come.
00:00:54
Speaker
how much change that I've gone through just because of one little thing. Now, what is that one little thing? It's micro dosing. That's the only difference in my life that I apply to it to make these changes. Now, people might say, well, like if you're micro dosing, then how do you get all these changes? Like I micro dose, I don't see any changes at all.
00:01:21
Speaker
So for me, I find that microdosing makes you go within. It makes you start asking yourself a lot of questions like, why am I the way that I am? Why am I thinking this way? Why am I doing this? And before I started microdosing, I would never ask myself these questions. I actually believed that I was like at my best self. I am my best self.
00:01:50
Speaker
No, I, no, not a chance, not a frickin' chance. I think I am right now, and I think I'm always growing. I'm constantly learning, I'm always trying to improve, I'm always trying to get better, but I wasn't doing that before when I was microdosing. I was just stuck in this same playing field my whole life, and I feel like, have I not microdosed? I would still be in the same situation that I was for 30 years.
00:02:19
Speaker
Now I want to talk about Before and after like before I started micro dosing and after I started micro dosing So let's just talk about me a little bit before I started micro dosing. I was somebody that Used to overthink a lot
00:02:38
Speaker
I mean to the point where I would talk myself at a going places. I would just create so many stories in my head that weren't even true and it would just cause so many problems like in my relationships for example. I was very jealous. I and then when I would overthink I would create these stories. You know how it goes and it just caused so much chaos. It was like I can't believe that I had done that for 30 years.
00:03:06
Speaker
And that's why all my relationship has failed. Obviously, it takes two to tango, but I know for a fact that I was the big problem in most of my relationships. But at the time, I thought I was perfect. I didn't think I was doing anything. Do you know what I mean? But now fast forward to a micro dosing, I look back on my life. I was like, man, what were you doing? I cannot believe that you were you were going through this.
00:03:37
Speaker
And all I did was just, I started micros and start looking at things differently. Fast forward to now, I don't have a jealous bone in my body.

Overcoming Social Anxiety

00:03:45
Speaker
I don't overthink and create stories in my relationships that are not true that's going to cause so many problems. I would never do that.
00:03:53
Speaker
It's just because I started microdosing, I started thinking about these things differently, sort of viewing things differently. I started looking at my past mistakes, realizing what I was doing and realized I can't be doing that anymore.
00:04:09
Speaker
So in the past before micro dosing I used to have a lot of social anxiety and I Anybody who knows me you would like no you don't Trust me. I did like if somebody invited me to a party Maybe I didn't know who was gonna be there and had to show up alone. I
00:04:28
Speaker
Man that was terror. I would sit at home and Just drink my face off to the point I had to drink so much where I just you know when you're like start to get drunk You're like build that confidence. That's how I needed to be to go somewhere on my own
00:04:47
Speaker
I can't imagine being like that anymore. Now, like fast forward to now, like a year after year, micro dosing, I'll go anywhere. I'll talk to anybody anytime. I don't have any social anxiety whatsoever. I'm very confident in myself humble at the same time, but I don't need to dive into drinking anymore before I started micro dosing.
00:05:10
Speaker
Sometimes I used to wake up and I'd have these like really off days very offsetting Everything I did just didn't matter didn't want to leave the house and I was just being this rot for a very long time and Didn't know how to get out of it fast forward to right now
00:05:30
Speaker
I still have those feelings sometimes, but when I wake up, I know that I'm way too good to be sulking around the house all day. I know what to do now to get out of those feelings. You just gotta move. You just gotta get out of your house.

Emotional Control and Calmness

00:05:48
Speaker
Because I started microdosing,
00:05:51
Speaker
I think that I realized that all of these problems that were in my head is just me making these problems up. There was never any, I don't, I don't think there was never any problems. I would just create my own problems.
00:06:08
Speaker
You know what I mean? Like I literally created so much stress, anxiety, and issues, and problems in my life, and it never had to be like that. But I was just so in my ways that I thought my ways were right, but really they weren't. So now that I'm microdosing, I realize now that like
00:06:34
Speaker
That's not okay, and I'm in full control of my life. I'm in a driver's seat now. So if I have these emotions come up, if I'm feeling a type of way, I work it out in my head before I act on those emotions.
00:06:52
Speaker
Another example, before I started microdosing, if something maybe upset me or I was mad, I would let that prolong for maybe a day, maybe two days, then I would build resentment. And I just would like have that thing, that problem, like, foster in my head. And it would just cause so many problems.
00:07:21
Speaker
now like go you know come to the present moment right now if i get angry about something i just let it go i just let it go i let these small issues that used to be big issues in my past i just let them go now and my life i gotta say
00:07:40
Speaker
Just in one year, my life right now is completely different. It's very calm. My pace of my life is slowed down. There's never any stress. I don't worry about stupid things. I let the small things go. I don't overthink. I don't wake up with anxiety. I don't let things get to me and I'm very like
00:08:07
Speaker
I'm very in control of my life. So I wanted to tell you this story because microdosing has changed my life. Now, some people will say, well I tried microdosing and it never done anything for me. And I just wanna point this out, this is not an overnight fix.

Consistency and Self-Improvement

00:08:29
Speaker
You're not gonna microdose and then all of a sudden you wake up the next morning and everything is just okay.
00:08:37
Speaker
Microdosing is basically like a tool that you can apply to your life to help you change. So what I mean by that is let's just say someone wakes up, okay? Take their microdose, they go on about their day. They don't think about anything. They're just going on about their day. They're not really thinking about the microdose. You might not get the full benefits of microdosing. Now for me, okay?
00:09:06
Speaker
I started surrounding myself with these people that has been micro dosing for years and they understand it. So I started listening to them. Okay. They were telling me to like, wake up in the morning, you know, set your intentions for the day. So like, I would, you know, take my micro dose.
00:09:23
Speaker
maybe do a little bit of meditation, thinking about what's going on in my life, what I want in my life, I'll start journaling, and really start to meet the microdose, the medicine as I say, meet it halfway. And by doing that, it's like you really go within yourself, and you're paying attention to how you're feeling, and you're really in tuned with yourself.
00:09:49
Speaker
So when these emotions start coming up and you start feeling the type of way, you start thinking about what's actually going on in your brain. You start thinking about things differently and you start looking at things differently.
00:10:03
Speaker
So then when you start talking in a negative way, like in your own mind to yourself, you start thinking like, why am I talking this way? You're basically fine tuning your brain and how it works, how it operates, how it talks, everything. But you're also using the microdosing to get there a lot faster if that makes any sense.
00:10:29
Speaker
Can micro dose change your life within one day? No. A lot of people will think that. For me, I think that I was micro dosing. So I was doing these protocols. I would do five days on, two days off. And I did that for about six months.
00:10:46
Speaker
And I would say about like four or five months in, I've really started noticing a lot of changes in my life, like a lot of changes. So it's not a quick fix. It's not going to, it's not your savior. It's not going to change everything just like that, which a lot of people nowadays, that's what they want. They want a quick fix, but nothing is a quick fix. You have to work on yourself. So.
00:11:11
Speaker
If I were to recommend microdosing anyone that really wants to change their life, I would commit to it for a while and be religious with this stuff. Like do this stuff religiously every single day and really work on yourself every single day and try to get better every single day. And over time, you're going to see some massive, massive shifts in your life.

Ongoing Personal Growth

00:11:35
Speaker
and now that I look like when I look back on my past self just say if I get a memory come up on my instagram like an old story of me talking or something like that I'm like who the hell is this guy I like it couldn't be me anymore could not be me
00:11:52
Speaker
So the thing that I love about microdosing is it's like I'm just constantly leveling up. Just constantly getting better and better and better at everything that I do in life. It almost gives me like an edge on things. Like I'm just one step ahead. That's how I feel. That's how I feel. So it's super cool.
00:12:14
Speaker
I wanted to share this story with you guys because one, I'm very, very proud of myself. Two, it has changed my life. Three, it's changing other people's lives. I know that this stuff is changing people's lives all around the world.
00:12:31
Speaker
And I'm here for it. So that's why I am talking about my own personal experiences because I know that people are going to relate to it. Maybe people want to try it. You know what I mean? So I'm just sharing my own experiences. So if you enjoyed this video, maybe you know somebody that can kind of benefit from this stuff. Share this video with them and please help me out.
