Speaker: Hi, I'm Giselle Taraba and I'm the host of the Loving Compassion Podcast with Giselle. On our show, people share stories of how loving compassion transformed their lives. Today, I want to share my experience with affiliate marketing at Zencaster. I got interested in affiliate marketing because I was looking for passive income to supplement my current income and to monetize my show.

Speaker: I prefer affiliate marketing over traditional podcast sponsors for a number of different reasons. The first one is flexibility. I'm able to customize my ad and share my own experiences with the product. As well, I'm able to place the ad anywhere I want on my show.
Speaker: Affiliate marketing is also more lucrative than traditional sponsors, as traditional podcast sponsors usually require a high number of downloads before you can monetize, which can be challenging if your podcast is new or smaller. With affiliate marketing, you can make money after your first sale. And who doesn't want to make more money?
