 1. Log in to your Zencastr account. 
 2. Click on Monetize

This part shows all of the offers that you have accepted, as well as your pending ones. Make it a habit to check this regularly to ensure that you aren’t missing on any monetization opportunities

Offer insights provides data on offers you have received as well as your earnings. You can filter the data by show or by time frame.

The next two donut charts show the following: 

 * The total number of offers you have received.  
 * Your gross income from each of the offers that were sent.

Hover over the donut charts to see your gross income for each campaign. Please note that all of the amounts shown are in USD.

Creator Payouts

Hi, Zen Creator! In this video, I will teach you how to find your ad brief, your offer code, and your offer link, which are essential when running ads on your show.

1. Log in to your Zencastr Creator Network Account

2. Click on Monetize, and then click on an offer image. This part is the offer link, and here is your offer code. You can copy a link to clipboard by clicking on this icon.

Use your offer code in your host-read audio ad. This code is required to promote your discount.

All specifications will be noted in every campaign’s ad brief

The Offer link is enabled for certain brand opportunities – campaigns utilizing this link will also be specified in the ad brief.

Here is where you’ll find the ad brief. Click on this link which you’ll find in every offer module on your dashboard. 

This Ad Brief will give you guidance on how to craft your host-read ad -tailored to each brand.

We encourage you to speak from your own point of view and connect with your audience

The Ad brief will also outline any important notes and disclaimers. Keep an eye out for the 🛑 “stop sign icon” for important or mandatory sections.

Remember to swap in your offer code in each call to action section.

Getting Started: Ad Briefs, Offer Codes, & Offer Links

Hi, Zen Creator! In this video, I will teach you how to accept/reject an offer for brands who want to run ads on your show.

1. Log into your Zencastr Creator Network account.

2. Click on the Monetize tab on the left part of your screen

3. Click on the image of the offer that you want to accept

4. Click on View Terms. Carefully review the details provided. Additionally, please review the Creator Network Terms of Service by clicking on the link.

5. After reviewing all the details of the offer, please make sure that the box beside the Creator Network Terms of Service is ticked.

6. Click on Accept Offer

7. If you want to reject the offer, please click on "Reject" and select your reason for rejection. If your reason for rejection is not listed on the drop-down, or if you wish to send a message to our campaign specialist, please select "Other" and type in your message.

8. Click "Confirm Offer Rejection"

How to accept or reject an offer

Hi, Zen Creator! In this video, I will teach you how to mark your ads on the Dashboard.

1. Log into your Zencastr Creator Network account.

2. Click on the 'Monetize' tab on the left part of your screen. Click an accepted offer image found on your ‘Offers’ tab.

3. Click ‘Mark Your Ad’. 

4. In the field called ‘Episode with Ad’, type the name, or click the drop-down menu, and select the name of the episode where the ad was included.

5. In the field called  ‘Ad start time’, enter the timestamp for where the ad spot starts in the episode. Please take note of the required format for the timestamp.

If the ad appears in more than one segment in the episode, please click ‘Add another time’. Enter the timestamp for the second spot, and feel free to add more ad spots as needed.

6. Review your entries and click ‘Mark’.

7. Repeat the previous steps for each episode where the ad appears. The podcast episode(s) should now appear on the section called ‘Your episodes with ads’. You can see this on the Growth Dashboard.

As good practice, it’s best to mark your ads within 24 hours of publishing an episode. Marking your ads will help keep the ad auditing team on track to submit your show for payments in a timely manner.

How to mark your ads

Hi, Zen Creator! In this video, I will teach you how to claim your show on Zencastr so that you can start receiving monetization offers. Please note that claiming your show does not impact your feed or mean that you’re moving hosting. This process means that you are simply confirming the ownership of your show on Zencastr.

1. Log in to your Zencastr account, and click on the "Shows" tab. 

2. Click on "Create Show", and then click "Connect Your Show".

3. Enter the title of your show on the search bar.

4. If your show has the same name as several others, please make sure to check the cover art and click on the correct show to claim.

5. If your show is not appearing on the results, click on “Add show by RSS link” found just below the search bar.

6. Enter your show’s RSS link, and click on “I own this podcast”

7. Follow the next steps to claim your show on Zencastr.

8. Please check your Spam folder if you are unable to find the confirmation email in your primary inbox. This is how the confirmation email looks like.

9. Click on “Confirm Show”. Once these steps are done, your episodes should start appearing on Zencastr.

10. Additionally, please click on the button for the Creator Network Application, and fill out the Typeform so that our team can start matching your show with relevant partnerships.
