Introduction to Live Longer Formula

00:00:52
Speaker
Hey there, it's Christian Yordanoff. Thank you for tuning back into the podcast. Today I'm going to play you the recording of a video I have inside my health optimization and longevity program, the Live Longer Formula.

Five Levels of Healing by Dr. Klinghart

00:01:04
Speaker
And in it, I discuss the five levels of healing as proposed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghart, MD, PhD. He is a legend in the health and functional medicine space, and he's a real pioneer in many things.
00:01:21
Speaker
including something known as autonomic response testing, which and don't really have too much time to get into it, but it's a way of identifying imbalances in the body through testing using various methodology and and tools that he has developed.
00:01:38
Speaker
And this is and ah an amazing amalgamation of various modalities from applied kinesiology to quantum physics to a bunch of other stuff

Complexity of Healing and Disease

00:01:48
Speaker
in between. that To be perfectly honest, I don't fully understand, barely understand, barely have a conceptual understanding of some of these things.
00:01:56
Speaker
But I am participating in one of these courses that he holds on this. and I thought I would just share couple of cool models he has, again, about the five levels of healing. and These pictures are publicly available, so you can and just duck-duck-go it or whatever. Just type in five levels of healing.
00:02:20
Speaker
It should come up. It's basically a pyramid with the physical body at the bottom, so the energy body, the mental body, intuitive and the spiritual body. at the top and then there's some discussion, some tables around this. So very interesting just to kind of sort of meditate over, right?
00:02:37
Speaker
There's nothing necessarily actionable that will come out of it. It's just more to give us an understanding of how we can become diseased or how we can heal.
00:02:53
Speaker
Because sometimes the The root of something, a problem a health problem, a condition, disease, it may not necessarily be where we think it is, right because the reality we live in is far more complex than our five senses can perceive. We cannot perceive the full reality of all the layers of causality and everything, and energy and spirit, if you want to use that word.

Autonomic Response Testing Experience

00:03:20
Speaker
I know so some of you would use that word.
00:03:23
Speaker
So enjoy this episode. Again, you won't have the visuals, but you can just go type in Dr. Klinghart levels of healing and this will come up on the whatever search engine you're using.
00:03:38
Speaker
In this video, I thought I would just present the five levels of healing to you as proposed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghart, MD, PhD, and just discuss these briefly just to give you a little bit of an understanding that whilst we do what we do at the level of the physical body, there could in some cases there could be something and a different plane of reality that could be contributing to our health issues.
00:04:10
Speaker
So we always have to keep an open mind that there may be the deeper work we need to do along the journey whilst we work together. Right. So there may be other practitioners that I might refer you out to, or I may ask you to look for someone and, uh, you will see why in in a quick second. So basically this is the,
00:04:33
Speaker
Five levels of healing as proposed

Five Levels of Healing Pyramid Overview

00:04:35
Speaker
by Dr. Dietrich Klinghart. I'm actually doing a course with him ah in a modality he has developed over the last few decades called Autonomic Response Testing, where we basically use things like muscle testing and various devices they have designed to help us identify imbalances in various aspects of the body. So it could be toxicity, could be using a so you could actually test a specific supplement or herb or food, whether the person would react well to it or poorly to it.
00:05:10
Speaker
So there's it's it's vast and complex, this body of work. There's many levels before you can actually become a certified practitioner that can practice this. um I just started level one a couple of months ago.
00:05:21
Speaker
So by no means am I an expert in in this area, but what i found very interesting is the The five levels of healing, if we can understand them a little bit better, it will help us figure out could there be other areas that we can look for ah to heal ourselves for. Just simple example.
00:05:46
Speaker
If you have birth trauma, which if you know Dr. Stanislav Grof, He kind of developed this whole entire sort of field. He was doing LSD ah psychotherapy back in the 60s before LSD was outlawed and he developed holotropic holotropic breathwork as a way to kind of approximate those states without psychedelic um interventions.
00:06:13
Speaker
So he has worked a lot in this area of of birth trauma and developed a whole model around it. So just as an example, if you have birth trauma, in a specific area of your body. For example, some people are born with the cord wrapped around their neck.
00:06:27
Speaker
Well, that's going to manifest in life potentially, not necessarily with all people, but potentially it could manifest as something. There was an example in one of his books I read where a guy had just that specific birth trauma, or the cord being wrapped around his neck when he was born.
00:06:47
Speaker
and ah what he did was, his thing was when he would go to like a new city for his work or whatever, don't remember the full details of the story, but he would go to like two cities for work.
00:06:58
Speaker
I think it was like maybe some kind of businessman or whatever, corporate executive, whatever. And he would, find guys or people that were in the business of just like dominating people, like dominatrix, so kind of sadomasochistic type things. And he would get himself in a situation where like, you know, people like what he would pay for people to choke him and just do stuff like really just pretty weird, strange stuff.
00:07:29
Speaker
And then he did the cellist, the psychotherapy with dr Groff, who I think is still alive. He's like in his 90s now. And but that's when he kind of experienced that, re-experienced it, let go of that sort of blocked energy. that's because ah That's what a lot of these psychedelics do. They allow the autonomic nervous system to just kind of pulse and vibrate these things out of the body. That's why ah some people find it very therapeutic.
00:07:56
Speaker
And then he remembered that, or or at least he had some sensations of it, and he no longer then needed to get into those situations. And I think, I'm not sure if he was going to to get help because he got to a place where he nearly got basically killed. Someone was choking him and he almost killed him or something.
00:08:16
Speaker
It was very severe. So this is just a very extreme example of a birth trauma that can

Physical Body Diagnostics

00:08:22
Speaker
manifest in you. No amount of talk therapy or maybe potentially even supplement are going to dissolve that trauma unless it's identified and in some way transfigured or transmuted or or let go or experienced yeah So that that's an example.
00:08:42
Speaker
And this will kind of make a little bit more sense as I go through the the levels of healing. So at the first level, we have the physical body. The second level, we have the energy body.
00:08:54
Speaker
And the third the third level, we have the mental body. Then we have the intuitive body and then the spiritual body.
00:09:02
Speaker
In the next screenshot here, this is basically his guide to diagnosis and treatment. Of course, this is just for informational purposes, right? so we we're just kind of looking at it to give us ideas where could we ourselves maybe need a little bit more work but beyond what I'm going to be teaching you. So let's look at the first level of the physical body. So our experience at this level is sensations, touch, smell, action, movement. right So the an anatomical and conceptual designation is basically, where it's all about structure, biochemistry. right
00:09:44
Speaker
the related sciences mechanics and chemistry so us moving through 3d space and time uh or guess 4d if you if you consider time as a fourth dimension and uh chemistry biochemistry so enzymes and vitamins and minerals and amino acids and things with the body enzymes in the body rearranging things and this is the the physical realm sort of characteristics.

Physical Healing Techniques

00:10:13
Speaker
So his diagnostic methods that he has listed here are direct resonance, right? So autonomic response testing.
00:10:24
Speaker
this is this that This is the modality he developed that I'm studying kind of on the side when I have time. So this is
00:10:36
Speaker
His methodology is very powerful in the hands of the right practitioner. right But beyond that, or rather, what most of us are doing is things like physical exams, doctors would do that, car you know chiropractors, osteopaths, stuff like that orthopedic doctors, and stuff like that lab tests, that's another one.
00:10:57
Speaker
And of course we have clinical evaluation. the This is also self-reported symptoms. This is again, this is back back to the the clinical assessment or the examination. So every A practitioner is going to have a different way of doing this.
00:11:17
Speaker
For example, doctors, they have blood tests. That's a staple. They have basic examinations, various kinds of physical examinations. Chiropractors have and a different type of examination. They look at movement. and Osteopaths look at different things, and so on and so forth. right and you know when now Nowadays, that we have a lot of this remote ah cleaning cowork We have, for example, in my case, I have all the questionnaires, the signs, the symptoms, diet, lifestyle, questionnaires, how you're pooping, stressors, how you're sleeping, all of that good stuff.
00:11:57
Speaker
And of course, that, including health history, including previous hospitalizations, what supplements you're taking, and what medications you're on or have been on, all of these things help us to identify imbalances, identify room for improvement, healing opportunities and things like that.
00:12:15
Speaker
Now, the related medical treatment, now remember he's an MD, PhD, this dude, Dr. Klinkhart. So he is looking at things very much through the lens of a doctor, although he's very much into the acupuncture, the homeopathy, this stuff, to to most doctors that he teaches with ART, it looks like straight-up quackery. Because...
00:12:40
Speaker
You can actually do it, you can test a person through a second person. Where the second person, your assistant touches the other person, puts their hand on them, and then you test your assistant or your sort of the intermediary person.
00:12:56
Speaker
You use them to test the other person. So he says, warning, when you do it this way, if there's onlookers, very high chance it's going to look like quackery.
00:13:07
Speaker
But a lot of the stuff he he talks about, there's literally, they've given us, there's some guys that have published peer-reviewed papers about this. They have actually published their own peer-reviewed papers about diagnosing various various things, including things like Lyme disease. He's a big, Dr. Klinghart is a big, one of the,
00:13:26
Speaker
top of the food chain, quote unquote, in terms of Lyme disease treatment and autism and stuff like that. So the related medical treatment and healing techniques at the physical level, at the first level, would be things like diet, right exercise, osteopathy, chiropractic, surgery, physical therapy with doctors, drugs,
00:13:49
Speaker
Orthomolecular medicine, aromatherapy, herbs, supplements, all of these things. right So, at this level, my role is to help with diet, with supplementation, you know using various herbs for specific reasons.
00:14:06
Speaker
In some cases, this is where the the third part that The third thing that can go wrong here is in in some cases it can be things like dental malocclusions. If your teeth don't sort of line up when you close your mouth, that can cause a lot of stress.
00:14:25
Speaker
That can actually cause muscles to start straining over time. That can cause... that to refer pain to other places it can cause your muscles to tighten up in the places that are far relatively far away from the jaw that's one thing injuries broken bones like i have broken ah broke my tibia and fibula in my in my leg close to the ankle in my mid-20s and you know the stuff like that have 10 bolts two plates in there
00:14:56
Speaker
Stuff like that is going to cause imbalances over time.

Impact of Physical Injuries

00:14:59
Speaker
right so Some people have just in terms of, let's say if you drive a lot or if you sit a lot for your job like so many of us do, or other injuries, scars. If you have surgery or or any other type of wound that then scarified, that scar can cause issues at the physical level that can manifest as physical symptoms.
00:15:23
Speaker
So, of course, you know, other misalignment of bones, stuff like that, right? This this kind of stuff. So this is something that I can't help with.
00:15:35
Speaker
And this is something that could be an issue for you. So we need to, you need to sort of see, do I have, I had an injury. If you had, like, for example, you know, some people have a car accident that causes issues down the line.
00:15:47
Speaker
I had one client who went to this. I forgot the type of chiropractic. It's a special type of chiropractic, but she had balance and dizziness issues. And they micro-adjusted the little bones inside her middle inside the the inner ear.
00:16:03
Speaker
right so some people you make so some people Their belly button, when the when the doctor ties it, they tie it too tight. That actually can cause fascia.
00:16:14
Speaker
The fascia is like this almost like a lining inside the mass between the muscle fibers. So it's almost like this. This is what kind of joins eventually the muscle to the tendon. So this fascia, it has a contractile force. So if you have a scar or a knot, like a trigger point, or like, for example, the the example I said, like when the belly button is tied too tightly, it can pull but muscles and and sort of contract things in a certain way that then can cause other structural issues.
00:16:47
Speaker
but So this is why. This is an area where you may benefit beyond diet supplementation, stress reduction, hormone balancing, detox, gut health, all of the stuff we're going to do. This is where you may benefit from osteopathy, chiropractic, maybe acupuncture.
00:17:06
Speaker
some In some cases, you know, just I recently had some body work done on my right arm. And the the guy that did it, he found this knot kind of on my bicep.

Therapies for Physical Healing

00:17:23
Speaker
And it took him like 5-10 minutes to kind of work through it and dissolve it So this kind of stuff, it can just foreplay. years and years and decades and decades, it can just cause minor sort of a pulling of, let's say, a muscle down or up or a bone up and down.
00:17:40
Speaker
And that can then, from the bicep, that can refer to the chest, but it can, you know, potentially it can go to the the hands and the fingers. so From the chest, anything goes. The neck can be affected. And if the neck is affected, the head is affected. That can cause headaches.
00:17:54
Speaker
And then we might think the headache is caused by food sensitivity or toxicity where it could be some kind of structural issue so this is where but we're finding and working but with a good body work practitioner is can be beneficial some folks if they can afford it going for massages even just a standard massage once in while is really helpful to just help the body Just relax a little bit.
00:18:19
Speaker
right Send some good signals to the the nervous system. So that's the physical body. right So the point here for you is that this is most of what I help you with. right So the first couple of levels.
00:18:33
Speaker
diet. I can recommend some exercises to prevent injury and kind of recover from injury as well. And that's coming up in the program. I can help you improve your breathing. That's also, there'll be a lot more videos coming on breathing exercises in the program.
00:18:47
Speaker
Of course, the herbs, the supplements, all of this stuff, I can help you with the hormones and the gut health and the detoxification. But if you've had an injury in the past and you know whether you have some scars or you feel like your body is not aligned well, this is where we you you yourself, of course you can discuss it with me and I can give you my input.
00:19:10
Speaker
But this is where you have to start thinking, do I need further work beyond just the things we're going to be working together on.

Energy Body Introduction

00:19:19
Speaker
okay So the second level is the energy body. So first level, physical body.
00:19:24
Speaker
The second level is the energy body. So this is where we have things like feelings, you know anger, excitement, qi, so the qigong energy, the sixth sense and other energy perceptions.
00:19:35
Speaker
So the anatomical and conceptual designation is but the nervous system. This is still a part of the physical body, Because the nervous system kind of works with electrical impulses, it's energy. right We have the meridians, we have chakras, the aura, the bioelectric system. right So this is the related sciences here, our physiology and physics, and the diagnostic method.

Energy Body Diagnostics

00:20:05
Speaker
So of course, Dr. Klinkhart has Autonomic Response Testing levels 1 and 2.
00:20:10
Speaker
We can have things like thermograms, EEGs. so ah measuring the heart, EMG, EKG, VAS, kinesiology, there's things like Chinese pulses, Kirlian photography, x-rays, and MRIs, CAT scans, things like that. right there These are some of the diagnostic tools at the second level, the energy body.
00:20:36
Speaker
So as you can see, Someone like me, I don't... ah One day, hopefully, I'll have the autonomic response testing, full you know ability to to to and to understand, do and practice the stuff. But we don't have this kind of equipment, especially when we when we're working remotely with with clients. so But there's specific...
00:21:02
Speaker
techniques for treatment and healing at this level that you can actually apply yourself, right? So we have things like some more complex stuff or harder to kind of do yourself stuff like neurotherapy. You need a practitioner.
00:21:19
Speaker
We have microcurrent therapies. You need equipment, acupuncture. You know, you need a practitioner. Body work and touch is helpful at this area because it works at the nervous system level, right? Because when you touch a person, you kind of are activating the nervous system. So if you know what to do, you can have a lot of beneficial effects on a person.
00:21:39
Speaker
But things that you can do yourself would be things like yoga, qigong, meditation, and something that I can help with at this level is the the the breath therapy. So this is an area because remember, this ah this level, we're talking about Sure, some of the stuff is a bit more esoteric, difficult to conceptualize for many of us, like meridians and chakras and aura, but we have the nervous system here, right?

Self-help for the Energy Body

00:22:05
Speaker
And how you breathe directly affects your nervous system. right So you have the, as you know, there's a couple of arms or components of the autonomic nervous system. We have the rest and digest or the feed and breathe nervous system, which obviously that's the one when you're sleeping, when you're digesting food, that's the one that's activated.
00:22:30
Speaker
And then we have the sympathetic nervous system or the fight or flight. So the other one is parasympathetic. Rest and digest, parasympathetic.
00:22:41
Speaker
Or we have a sympathetic nervous system, the fight or flight nervous system. And how you breathe... directly affects that. In fact, I don't recommend that you do this exercise now, but if you if you were to take 10 very fast and deep breaths in and out through your mouth right now, like almost like um what do you call it?
00:23:07
Speaker
ah Wim Hof breathing, which is just literally just activating your sympathetic nervous system, just stressing you out, you know. I don't see any benefit in doing that because life is going to stress you out anyway.
00:23:19
Speaker
But that's a whole different topic for another discussion. If you were to do this exercise, you would and let's say you were measuring your pulse or you had something measuring your pulse in real time, if you you will notice that your heart rate will speed up, your pulse obviously it will speed up.
00:23:36
Speaker
If you had more sophisticated lab results, tools you could, ah you would see that eventually your adrenaline will start going on. So you you're activating the fight-or-flight nervous system simply by breathing that way. Now that's an extreme example, but the the autonomic nervous system from all the way to the most stressful part of the fight-or-flight nervous system, all the way down to the least, the most relaxed parasympathetic This is a spectrum. It's not a non-off switch.
00:24:08
Speaker
So how you breathe can take you somewhat into stress mode, into sympathetic nervous system mode, or a lot. Conversely,
00:24:21
Speaker
If you breathe more slowly and teach your body to tolerate less volume of an air per minute and allow your body to become more tolerant to the carbon dioxide level in your blood, that actually will allow you to breathe less but be better oxygenated and it will also lower your

The Mental Body's Influence

00:24:43
Speaker
stress response. So you can actually, using your breath, you can quite literally...
00:24:51
Speaker
lower stress right you can go from a more sympathetic tone of your nervous system to a more parasympathetic w rest in the digest tone so these are the kind of things that we can do ourselves at the energy body level the second level so breath yoga because yoga and qigong and meditation a lot of it of course you're you are
00:25:17
Speaker
manipulating how you breathe, not necessarily manipulating with meditation you're observing, but generally in a meditative meditative state, your breathing does slow down. And that's that's why it's beneficial for stress and nervous system. And yoga, qigong, similar.
00:25:30
Speaker
But of course, if you have access to a good acupuncturist once, twice a month, really an awesome thing to do. Also, if you ever want to try electroacupuncture, I've tried that.
00:25:43
Speaker
It's super awesome. um And then body work and touch again. this is So this is the nervous system, the meridian, the chakra. So you can actually have direct effect t these at this level through these modalities.
00:25:56
Speaker
Now, the third level, the mental body, this is where we're talking about thoughts, beliefs, attitudes. the This is where consensus reality. So this is our experience at this level.
00:26:08
Speaker
So for the most part, thoughts, right? Conceptualizations of the world, beliefs, attitudes, right? And the and anatomical and concept conceptual designation here is mind and mental field. So getting quite but Getting a little bit more esoteric. so Some of us that are a bit more, i don't know, left but i i hate this left-right brain sort of thing, but if you're more left-brain, quote-unquote, or logical, or kind of in more in the physical, don't believe so much in this airy-fairy stuff, it it does get a little bit harder to conceptualize, but I think we all understand that most of us, at least, understand you have thoughts and beliefs.
00:26:51
Speaker
These can shape not just your view of reality, but they can actually... so i had a but my friend, he's an amazing functional ah practitioner, he's

Methods for Mental Healing

00:27:05
Speaker
a leader in the space, Brendan Vermeer, and he talks, he says this really cool phrase that it's thoughts become proteins.
00:27:18
Speaker
but So you think something and you can literally, literally, And you can literally create certain hormonal cascades in the body, and neurotransmitter cascades in the body.
00:27:34
Speaker
So yeah just sitting here, if you were to just start thinking of being chased by like a dude with a knife down a dark alley, if you start thinking these negative thoughts and you were able to measure your hormonal levels and stuff like that, you could see your cortisol increasing or adrenaline increasing. You could see your heart rate increasing your breathing will probably speed up your blood will start to go to the extremities that's what the fight or flight response does and it goes away from the gut area which is where the rest and digest nervous system state this is where the blood and the energy is allocated more so this is kind of
00:28:20
Speaker
The sciences here, according to Dr. Klinghart, are things like psychology. and so we can ah also now Nowadays, I think so you can do psychotherapy, which you know so some of us don't really agree with their methods, especially when they start putting people on SSRIs and drugs and antidepressants and stuff.
00:28:37
Speaker
But you can have also psychology. You have things like positive psychology. You have things like... cognitive behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, stuff like, actually, according to Dr. Klinkhart, homeopathy works at this level, right?
00:28:54
Speaker
uh you can have applied psychoneurobiology which i think dr clinkhart is kind of uh developing that as well things like mental field therapy but also another modality that you may have heard of it's called emdr it eye movement desensitization and reprocessing so it's a form of psychotherapy designed to treat post-traumatic stress disorder but has a lot of other benefits so this is where basically like you move your eyes left right and this allows you to it's just another way of kind of processing and and sort of letting go and

Animal vs Human Trauma Processing

00:29:30
Speaker
allowing.
00:29:30
Speaker
If you can think of, let's say, trauma in the body, physical, psychological, whatever it may be, it's like if you can imagine an ocean and the this wave started to kind of form, but then it was frozen in time and it never sort of,
00:29:51
Speaker
the The wave never went through its course in order to merge back with the ocean. so If you think about a dog, for example, when a dog is scared, it starts to shake.
00:30:05
Speaker
And when the threat goes away, it will shake for however long to shake out this fear and did this quite kind of negative and emotions, quote-unquote, right?
00:30:19
Speaker
And then the dog, for example, my dog, she goes on her merry way, goes to the other room and then goes for a nap, no problem.

Mental Health Resources

00:30:27
Speaker
So animals have this innate, and humans, but animals more so are are attuned to this.
00:30:32
Speaker
We have this innate ability, they have this innate ability just to kind of shake out but the emotion. process it and not let it get lodged into their body.
00:30:43
Speaker
and So this is ah something that we also have in certain practitioners and modalities. actually That's what it's all about, getting the person to shake and vibrate the stuff out of their body. So this could be beneficial for you at this level, the you know depending on past experiences, stuff like that. Just as an example, I think I forgot the name of...
00:31:06
Speaker
The author, think it was the guy that wrote either The Body Keeps the Score or Waking the Tiger. And both of these books are about processing past trauma and stuff. And he, I think he had um a car accident and he was just shaking off after it and then they were like trying to stop him to shake the paramedics or whatever he's like no no this is good this way the trauma doesn't it doesn't become traumatic it just is an experience that you but it's like a wave in the ocean a massive big wave and then it splashes and crashes and then eventually just merges back with the ocean so this is kind of
00:31:45
Speaker
how we're supposed to experience things, ah did more minor things like, yeah okay okay someone cuts you off in traffic, like how you asshole. And then you know a few minutes later, the idea is okay, you got angry or whatever, you experienced the emotion, and then the the emotion subsided back into the ocean of the mental body, let's say.
00:32:06
Speaker
And it's no longer an issue for you. The problem that we have nowadays especially, or maybe we've always had this, is that through our thoughts, we tend to replay things.
00:32:19
Speaker
We have arguments in our heads. but We have some limiting beliefs, often from our conditioning, our parents, our early environment. We have attitudes about the world, about how people would treat us, about how fair it is, about the globalists or whatever.
00:32:36
Speaker
and Through various modalities, we are able to change and let go of of things that thoughts, beliefs and attitudes that do not serve us.
00:32:49
Speaker
And this is an area where I believe I can help to an extent, especially things around health, beliefs and thoughts and attitudes around health. But if it's something a little bit deeper, maybe a relationship with your parents,
00:33:01
Speaker
or maybe previous relationships with a romantic partners. This is an area I'm not trained in properly to offer.
00:33:11
Speaker
and So I may refer you to practitioners in my

Identifying Core Wounds

00:33:17
Speaker
network. I have friends who are, you know, i have one friend, he's a ah psychotherapist, body worker, so he can work with remote clients at at the mind level with in person.
00:33:33
Speaker
He can work on with the body, so the energy body level and the physical body level. um I have another a friend who's a practitioner. He's an NLP, cognitive behavior therapy. He does hypnotherapy and coaching.
00:33:47
Speaker
So I have quite a few different sort of directions I can help a person go in. So if you discuss these things with me, just kind of ping me in the chat, let me know, and then maybe I can help help to find some kind of additional thing that may help you. Because remember,
00:34:07
Speaker
we can if we If an issue is caused by a higher level, simple example, if something in the physical body is caused by something, that's the first level, if it's caused by something at the third level, of the mental body, and we're just looking at the physical aspect, like maybe getting chiropractic or, you know, let's say it's headaches, simple example.
00:34:32
Speaker
So you might try chiropractic or osteopathy and we might remove... gluten and you know we might do all of these things around neurotransmitters and stuff like that. But if that issue or the origin is at a different level of reality, which I know it sounds a bit airy-fairy to say that, but if it's at a different level, it's at the mental mental level,
00:34:58
Speaker
A lot of these things here will be kind of trying to mask the symptom, but we have to go deeper. And another amazing but practitioner I met recently, he talks about, you know, we have to, with ourselves, we have to identify our core wound.
00:35:13
Speaker
Was it neglect? Was it needs not being met? Was it some kind of actual trauma, physical, psychological? So if we can identify our core wound, you know, we are able to,
00:35:25
Speaker
finally, once you know it's there, what it is and what aspect of your life caused then we're able to actually move forward and kind of heal ourselves. So this is the reason why It may be beneficial to to look further if you know you feel like there's something in your past or even in your current life that's some something that is causing friction.
00:35:51
Speaker
Again, it could be a job, it could be a partner, ah it could be issues with friends, family. The stress of these may interfere with your progress at the physical level, at the energy level, the energy body level. i so And this is something that a coach or a therapist or some kind of other practitioner can help you to resolve here.
00:36:15
Speaker
And then it will unblock a lot of stuff here at the physical level and the energy level.

Intuitive Body Exploration

00:36:21
Speaker
So then the fourth level is the intuitive body. And this is getting...
00:36:27
Speaker
even more esoteric. So we have things like intuition, symbols, trance, meditative states, dreams. And then we have things like magic and curses and spirit possession, out of body and out-of-body experiences and near-death experiences.
00:36:46
Speaker
The anatomical and conceptual designation is the collective unconscious, right so no mind. So we go from mind and mental field, the individual level, we have the collective unconscious like Jung talks about. and The related sciences are mathematics and quantum physics. so this is For most of us, I think, not super accessible, but some of the diagnostic methods that Dr. Klinghart lists, so we have so applied psychoneurobiology, that's his thing.
00:37:17
Speaker
We have systemic family constellations, so this is a treatment modality that there's practitioners doing this. So this, for some people, especially when there's family issues, or there could be transgenerational trauma, which is the case for some folks, right?
00:37:35
Speaker
If your grandparents were in the war or something like that, That is a thing. And there was a great book on this by Mark Wallin, W-O-L-Y-N-N, I believe.
00:37:49
Speaker
so The book is called it Didn't Start With You. And he talks a lot about this sort of transgenerational trauma. Really good book. Also ah good audiobooks. You can get that on Audible.
00:38:01
Speaker
You also have things like sound and voice analysis, dream analysis, art therapy, and the healing techniques include, of course, the family constellations, color and sound therapies, hypnotherapy, right?
00:38:18
Speaker
In some cases, union, psychotherapy may be helpful. Things like rituals, shamanism. So this is this is getting a little bit, you know like I said, little bit more esoteric.
00:38:29
Speaker
And I genuinely believe now, having met more and more of these kinds of people, is that there are people out there, you want to call them healers or shamans or whatever you you want to call them,
00:38:42
Speaker
medicine men and women that definitely can help with this. And I think lot of it, the stuff around the rituals, I think it it does have an effect, even if it's just like ah placebo effect.
00:38:58
Speaker
placebo can be very powerful. and It can be like 40% of the therapeutic value of of an intervention. you know So this is where we, of course, like I said, it's it gets a little bit but deeper.
00:39:13
Speaker
And then, of course, the fifth level is the spiritual body.

Understanding the Spiritual Body

00:39:18
Speaker
And our experience at this level would be things like bliss, oneness with God, Satori.
00:39:26
Speaker
um The anatomical and conceptual designation here spirit, higher consciousness, and the related quote-unquote sciences would be things like religion and spirituality, And the diagnostic method here is knowing and awareness.
00:39:39
Speaker
And the healing techniques involved here or that can be utilized here are things like prayer, true meditation, chanting. You know, just this is...
00:39:53
Speaker
This is something that Dr. Klinghart is like, you know, you don't, this is no place for the practitioner to meddle with, you know, to insert themselves in.
00:40:06
Speaker
This is something that you yourself will work on and i think all of us are working on this in some way shape or form uh some of us you know want to like to pray chant meditate whatever this is this is your own sort of journey and how you relate to and communicate with if we can use this term uh verb with god or the creator or your relationship with spirit so this is
00:40:39
Speaker
It's not something that I will be able to help you with it or anyone will be able to help you with. This is something that it's our own personal journey for each of us and we have our own conceptualization of how this this all works. right So those are the five levels of healing. For me, it's it's interesting to kind of look at this model of Dr. Klinghart because
00:41:04
Speaker
I'm not saying that you need to go deeper necessarily, like that you need hypnotherapy or and neuro-linguistic therapy or EMDR or you might be
00:41:23
Speaker
You might have had a good ah upbringing without any issues and school was fine and you didn't have any sort of bad breakups and relationships and stuff like that. But you may also, you know, some folks may have had an accident or some kind of surgery.

Significance of Multilevel Healing

00:41:39
Speaker
or or a wound, a scar that could be contributing in some way to their health problems. So if that's the case for you, you just need to identify that and then you know we can have a discussion.
00:41:54
Speaker
Maybe you need some body work, maybe you need... um neuromuscular therapy, physical therapy, maybe osteopathy, or it doesn't matter. The point is that we need to just become more cognizant of this, that healing happens at multiple levels.
00:42:11
Speaker
And if an issue is related to a level higher, let's say again, like the example I gave, let's say the issue is at the mental body level, the third level, and it's manifesting as a physical symptom at the first level,
00:42:25
Speaker
We can do a lot of stuff at the physical level that could help for a while, but if we want true resolution, we need to figure out what is it at the at the third level, the mental body level, that is causing, contributing to this issue.
00:42:41
Speaker
that That's just kind of a very simple example, but I think you understand what I mean. So that that is the five levels of healing. and Hope you enjoy this kind of deeper at what we are. We're not just a bag of you know cells and water and and some minerals and and enzymes.
00:43:03
Speaker
There's many more levels to us as humans, as beings rather. So at the physical level and the energy level, a lot of these things They kind of make sense because we can touch and measure them even though they, and for example, like ah and MRI, CAT scan, we're getting data on a screen and we're getting pictures or graphs of this.
00:43:25
Speaker
So we still have some kind of ability to conceptualize the stuff. But as we go to the third and higher levels, like the mental body, even a thought, what is a thought? Can you yeah actually draw a thought?
00:43:37
Speaker
These are things that... are occurring in our mind. And each one of us has a different view and conceptualization of what it is. So it gets a little bit more muddy as we go up the levels.
00:43:51
Speaker
But the point is that we should be able to at least begin thinking, okay, maybe maybe some of my thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes could be stressing my body. Maybe I'm putting myself in a stress state through my thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes.
00:44:09
Speaker
And if that's the case, we have coaches and we have various kinds of other therapists that can help us with that. Okay, so ending here, hope you enjoyed the video and keep going with the rest of the videos and I will see you on a coaching call very shortly, hopefully.
