Yep, Letitia. Letitia Neal. And they ended up having two children, Joseph and Shirley. Okay. Joseph was born on June 19, 2000. Not long after, Jeffrey and Letitia got divorced due to her being pregnant with twins by another man. Whoa, that would do it.
