Do you remember the initial surge of inspiration and energy you felt the first time you envisioned yourself becoming an online coach?

If it was anything like mine you probably felt a whirlwind of possibilities, knew there was literally no cap on the amount of people you could help, the money you could make, and most importantly the freedom for life you could experience as a result.

There are 100,000s of online coaches working their tails off to execute strategies and reverse engineer systems they see working for other successful coaches, praying in earnest for clients and yet, they come up with less than satisfactory results, for years.

It doesn’t have to be like this.

Wow, beautiful. I love this. Well, um before Soul Shine and um just in the beginning of my business, like very, very beginning, I felt like I was just trying to force outcomes, trying to force my way into getting clients, force my way into like trying to have this perfect way of presenting myself, this perfect content, this And I never knew what to do actually. I never knew how to actually implement action in my business from an empowered and blissful place because I felt so disconnected. I felt like I don't know anything. I'm just forcing my way into all of this and none of that is actually working. What do I actually do?

So for me, this was my experience of the very, very beginning of my business and also before I came into Soul Shine. That is amazing. And I can so relate to the whole force does not work because when I first started my business years and years ago, I came from that, like, I'm going to just keep pushing and pushing and pushing and doing what I know to do. a fear-based place. It was coming from this fear of not figuring it out, of not making it work. And so when I would find somebody who was like, potential clients were like, I was like, ooh, you are my next victim. Maybe they'll wow that's good. That's good.

But it was like that because I was desperate. I was trying to find people that would want to work with me. And I think looking back and maybe this isn't your experience, but I know for me and and possibly some of the listeners, my experience was that these clients weren't necessarily people that I was going to be focusing all of my efforts on helping. potential ways in which I could prove myself to the rest of the world that I could do this, that this was something that I was going to be able to make happen and see, look, I have a client, like this person's getting results and I'm getting them for them. And so I was always forcing myself, but not just in the marketing, not just in like,

trying to constantly pump out value and content that I thought would help people. It was also in the way that I was getting clients and the way that I was working with them as well. So it was kind of permeating out throughout everything I was doing that forceful energy. a Yeah, totally. That's, that's so interesting to to see how we tend to relate no matter in what aspects of our business if we're forcing like it's It's so like, it's literally, it's eating our heart out. like It's really like, my experience of this was very similar to yours. um And I think that this is still something I'm integrating. But the thing that has helped me the most is just like, coming home to this place inside of me of eternal safety and wholeness, no matter what.

And this is what has allowed me to make the difference between, okay, am I actually doing this because it's making my heart feel like enlivened? Or am I doing this because that's what I think I need to do or should do or get to? Yeah, I totally understand

Simplicity and Authenticity in Coaching

And It's interesting that you are talking about the whole coming home to yourself thing because I really know from experience that coaching and the coaching business itself can be so simple and yet we come into it and we complicate all of it because we make it about ourselves by accident and then fear takes over because when it's about us and it's not about the higher thing, the bigger thing,

It becomes very convoluted, very complicated. The ego comes in to start, you know, making all of these different pathways that could lead to nowhere. And it's like, you know, really the simplicity behind coaching and behind, especially, um, spiritually based coaching, which is where you're really coming from a heart centered, soul centered place. But the simplicity of it really is just always bringing yourself and your clients back to themselves, back to yourself. That's the work. And when you get to that place where you've done enough work on yourself and you continue to do it, of course, because that's your job um and that's what elevates you and that's what elevates your clients. That begins to permeate out throughout your marketing. That energy, instead of the forceful energy, it becomes this easeful energy and the way that you explain it is more the feminine bliss. And for me, it's more of that like the the words that I use are like that higher self, that higher power, that expression. It's the same thing though. It's that who that's that inner nature, right? And that's what begins to flow throughout everything and people start to recognize that and it's the most magnetic force that we know on this earth because it's who we really are. And I think that's, so what's really interesting is, and and I started this call off by saying that Claudel sold her very first coaching program, um, on a Q and a call in soul shine. And by the way, soul shine is all about getting clear on your bet, your business direction from the inside out. from yourself and I think it comes down to that. like You can't really get what you don't give, what you don't allow yourself to pour into the world. you know And I love this. It's just the like the pumping out of content, the talk, talk, talking, the explaining things, the telling you about my method and about this product and about this thing that I'm doing. And it's like, Oh my God, everyone is fighting for the spotlight at this point, trying to talk about these things. And it's like, but,

How do we cut through that noise? How do we actually get people to hear us when you could say the coaching industry or any industry at this point is oversaturated? Because it is, right? But how do you cut through that noise and the way to do that? And I think this way is never going to fail. I think this way is literally timeless and it's it's just because it is so deeply rooted in our DNA to pay attention to it, but it's by being heartfelt. It's by really speaking from the heart and having that higher vibration that only comes from somebody who has clearly gone through the fears that are necessary to go through in order to get to that higher level of vibration. People feel that they can't usually explain it, but they know

that there's a difference in that person and in that frequency. And that frequency is again, the most magnetic thing to other people because it's what we really are. Bringing that out into the world because what is a lie for you is the only thing that's real. Because you're being real. And people are so used to everyone trying to be a cookie cutter experience of someone else who has made it, right? Everyone's trying to be mini-mes. Everyone's trying to reverse engineer success from somebody else who has figured it out, quote unquote. But the thing is, is they didn't figure it out. They literally learn how to be themselves, how to tap into their true essence of who they really are. I don't care who we're talking about. It could be the headiest person on earth. Elon Musk, like he still, he knows who he is at the core, right? And these people have dialed in on that and they stopped

paying attention to everyone else and what they were doing and they did something so effing different that could only come from them. That could only come from their zone of genius. We're all geniuses. We all have genius, but it's something that has to be tapped into by letting go of what everyone else is doing.

and learning how to do it yourself and do it in a way that makes you feel so excited and raises that vibration, raises that frequency. If it's a proving energy, if it's a forcing energy, if it's any type of energy that feels like it's getting stuck and stagnant or it's actually becoming a blocking energy,

It is literally going to reflect itself in the way that you receive. It's you're not going to get the clients that are so aligned, so excited to work with you that are just like magnetized to what you're doing because you're not being magnetic. So how could that work? It doesn't. If you're constantly emulating somebody else, constantly looking at somebody else's content and trust me, I've done this, right? Constantly looking at the way that they're doing things and then you try to pick that apart, spend your precious time and energy trying to implement what they have done. You're going to fail every single time because your time is being wasted and it's not just being wasted. It's being killed. You are killing time by doing that. The only way to make things real and happen in tangible is by living and saying what's true, alive and real for you in this moment.

and doing things that feel alive to you, not just in your business, but in your life. And then what happens is you take those raw experiences from life, right? Those real alive things, you bring them into your business, you show people this truth about you. And that is what lights other people up because they see you being yourself and they go, I want to do that too. I want to be me. And I'm watching person be themselves. That is the highest frequency. Truth is the highest frequency. It is the most magnetizing thing. That's it. Yeah, I love that. I absolutely love that round of applause as well. And what you're saying here is so amazing because what this, this is the thing that is the hardest though, because you have to release like

all of the excuses of why you cannot be yourself why you are not there yet why you have to heal more why all of this has to go and you just have to like invest in a higher level of faith right and just be in this place where you're like okay i decide that i want to be true to me i decide that i want to be real in my business in who i am okay this is my decision like i'm fully choosing this i'm not like keeping up with the excuses and This is why like, I don't feel that it's super aligned. And I have no judgment towards like coaches who, you know, do and have certain methods and all of that. But it's like, I think it's just about getting so clear on who you are and what you want. Like this inner clarity, which I think you teach about in soul shine. So that you are actually like this channel for

The one thing is learning how to strip away all of the things that are not you in order to reveal the true you and to actually be able to express

Aligning with Vision and Frequency

it into the world. That's the hardest work. And the work, so I read this last night in um the Gene Keys book. Highly recommend, super cool book, which you can read. But it's, um he was talking about how the first time you had your vision, right? You have a vision.

That the whole, that's just the beginning, right? Because then the work is to become the frequency of that initial vision. And so like for me, my vision came the day that I got sober, the day that I was given that like, Oh my God, clarity, where everything made sense and the whole world came together for me. in one millisecond. It was less than a second. It was like, oh my God, my big revelation was it's all me. Like every moment I have, every single thing that's holding me back, I can blame nobody else. It's all

me and not in a morbid reflection kind of way where now I have myself pity and I'm going into that. It was, oh my God, I am suddenly empowered with this realization that it's all me. I get to be a co-creator with this bigger thing And I actually am not a victim of my circumstances and the people around me. It's the way that I am and the way that I'm trying to control for all outcomes, circumstances, and things that I think I want.

and so When I had that realization, my energy and my vibe, it's called a pink cloud. So when you get sober, they literally have a term for this and it's called being on a pink cloud. You, if if you, not everyone has it, but if you've been relieved of the obsession to anesthesia size yourself, which I was relieved.

um then all of a sudden you're just on this higher plane of consciousness. You were literally relieved of this thing that had been holding you down, gravity. Like it just pulls you down to the ground. You hit your rock bottom, right? You've been living in rock bottom. And all of a sudden you're in the clouds. So you're riding this pink cloud, like having no lift going on really. And there's an end to this at that level because then the work begins. Then the work begins. Then it's all about maintaining that.

but you've got to clear out all the real shit that has happened to you in the past. You've got to be able to learn how to change your perspective of the world from one of fear to one of faith, from one of fear to one of love, however you want to say it. And when you do that, you literally become that initial vibration, that initial frequency that you felt when you had that initial revelation, when you had that first vision for the the genius that you are here to bring to the world, right? Yeah, yeah exactly. And I love what you're saying. I love this. This is amazing. I love this good first conversation. ah But I love it because it's like, allowing you to think when you're saying like holding the initial vision by, ah you know, being the embodiment, and, you know, sustaining that embodiment, it's like, learning how to, for me, the way that I see this, and I love this is,

learning how to hold like the level of power that allows you to hold what you want. like We all want that frequency. like We want more of than the desire. we want like you know When I talk about feminine expression and all of that, like I know that you as a woman, you don't just want the desire. and This is exactly what we're saying here. It's like in like being the embodiment and continuing to sustain the ground for you to be in your power around what matters to your heart. I was like, you're triggering me. I am unfollowing you and I can't stand you right now. Like I'm pissed off and I know it's because I want what you have. There's a seat of desire there. Like I want that whatever it is that I, you know, that

that seat of desire, wherever that's coming from. It's like, I know there's something I want here, but I won't look at it because it's too, the, it's the, the resistance is too big. The gap between where I am out and where I want to be feels too big. And I would be like, I'm not doing it. My, my hands. And in that we lose ourselves though. Like it's so beautiful to be able to say like, Hey, Oh my God, you're actually triggering me. Like I had a coach that,

I was really triggered by, but in a way where it was like a golden shadow. like I was like, oh my God, i like she's so amazing. She lives that kind of life. Oh my God, I wish I could too. you know And it was coming from this place of like, oh, I don't think I can achieve this. I don't think I can be this woman. But I'm so connected to her because I connect to the way she lives life, the way she like presents herself.

so In some way, that means I must, you know, recognize a part of me in her, you know, I must recognize myself or recognize that this is something that I want. This is something that I want to embody more fully. Yes. Definitely. I love that. And it's like, so for me, like my coach now Shoshana,

Oh my God, she triggered me so hard and it was so funny because at that time, like I said, I just wasn't mature enough. My, my own spiritual path, you know, I hadn't spiritually matured enough to see it as a blessing. It was more of a disturbance in my life and I chose a different coach first and I am really like still to this day. I mean, it's funny how things work out and I genuinely don't believe that there's any coincidences and I I think that it all worked out the way it was supposed to, but I look back and I go, I still don't know what I got from that first container other than like time, time to integrate what I already knew to be true and to prepare myself for the, the actual transformation that I was meant to receive from Shosh and, um,

It really just was more of like a timeline thing. It was like, okay, maybe I'm just not ready for this yet. But like you said, that's what keeps us from embodying our true selves because we're not allowing ourselves the permission to go do the thing that we want to do. And so in that it's like, um, the, the faster I realized now, especially from making that jump from the first coach to to the second in that, that moment, um, the faster we,

move through that resistance, the bigger the transformation and more juice you get out of it. And it's true. And for me, it actually was quite fast.

Um, it could have been faster, but now what's, what really came from that experience, the biggest lesson was that, was that when I do get triggered, it is, uh, Oh my God. Okay. I'm triggered. I can see it for what it is now though. It's a gift and the faster I'm lean into the resistance and stop questioning my higher self, the faster that I have that transformation and the more faith I i build within.

that that real faith that that faith in something bigger not just in my ego and in the you know like it's real confidence it's true comp it's core confidence yeah that yeah yeah that's amazing yeah i love how you're saying leaning into the resistance because you know our mind creates excuses and says like, well, no, you can't go there yet. We don't have access to this place. we We cannot dive into the resistance because you don't know what to do in order to. And all the mind, like it's really, really sneaky and really good at doing this.

And yet, if you can catch yourself and be like, oh, like I'm creating an excuse right now when I know I can dive so much more like deeper into my power and to actually hold what I really want, oh, OK, I'm going to go sit with it. Because that's what I want. And I am absolutely like, um how do we say this? I'm choosing this completely. you know like I don't have any time for anything else.

And then what's going to happen is You're going to have these natural connection points and maybe you have an offer, a paid offer, and possibly it's time to start asking people, inviting them in. Like, hey, would you like to be a part of this? I know this about you because you've taken the time to build this trust and to build this relationship and you know their desires enough to be like, hey, I've got this offer and I actually think it would be a perfect fit for you. Would you be interested? And if it's a really high level offer, high ticket, expensive, ask them if they'd be interested in a strategy call, something that you have to offer that's unique and give them the X factor, right? Like here's why it's so different from everybody else and why I think it would be perfect for you personally. And then watch what happens. They're going to go, yeah, that sounds great. And you're going to go, Oh my God. Wow. Okay. People really do. want What would I have to offer? This is crazy. Then I'm just going to end this here. It's like.
