This is supposed to be a business, right? And I'm supposed to be making an impact on people. But first and foremost, I'm also supposed to be getting to know myself on such a freaking deep level that that I am showing up in my creative abundance more and more and I'm feeling more and more in the flow.

So if you're not feeling those things, there's nothing wrong with you, number one. Number two, there is a way to to figure this one out, okay? It's not rocket science. It's actually pretty simple, but we need to call it out and call it what it is.

There are a lot of lies being spun in your own head based off of what you've heard, what you've learned. And it's your responsibility to be discerning between what is your ego now, right? The voice of your ego. And what is the voice of your soul?

And this isn't just with your business now, okay? Your business is a part of your life. We are not compartmentalizing anything. And so if that's true, that means that we need to take this discernment into the rest of your personal life.

And this practice of being discerning, of understanding what is your ego and what is your soul, is going, yeah the the reason this practice is so essential is because when you are, when you're practicing it in every single thing that you do, when it comes to your business and it comes time to make decisions to take action or not, you are going to have so much less friction around not only the thought process, but the the action itself, okay? Because honestly speaking,
Actions and Spiritual Alignment

The actions are what are going to produce the results, okay? You're not going to get results without taking action. And I think you know this on an intuitive level.

And it's something that really bothers a lot of us because we know we're sitting in the inaction. And it's like, okay, I realize that nothing's going to come of this i if I do not take action. But then...

There's the resistance, right? And you're like, I do want to do this, but also I want to give myself the space and the time and release the pressure and rest.

And I believe wholeheartedly that there is a time and a phase for that, right? That time in that phase is that first phase. That's when you you've answered the calling, right? You're going all in. You're like, yes, this is my path, right?

And then you realize like the strategy, the pushing, the pulling, all of that does not work. You can't force yourself to show up. You can't force yourself to talk about information. You can't force yourself to say things that have no depth and no weight, right? Because it's depleting and you feel that and you're like, I don't want to be depleted.

I want to feel so alive and so fulfilled from what I'm teaching, and what I'm saying right now that it's Every time I show up and I take this action, i don't get left feeling like an empty cup. I want to feel like I'm actually, I'm in more overflow because of the action.

That is the That is the goal. That is the goal, is that when you take it aligned actions, right, the ones that are coming from your soul, this is where the discernment comes in, when you're taking those aligned actions, you know it's aligned because you feel lit up after you take it. Maybe you don't feel lit up before you take it, right, because your ego is so strong, baby girl.

That ego is gonna come in and try its best every single day. This is the battle. This is the battle. Your being is the battlefield. Your body is the battlefield between your ego and your soul. And every single day, you have to make the decision to follow your soul and to take action from that place.

Spiritual Practices in Daily Life

So you make that decision in the morning. Let's just say you set that intention. And the next intention is to literally follow the will of your higher power, your higher self all day long.

Perfect. Okay. So what you're doing in that moment is taking spiritual action, right? You're actually asking for this. You're asking for the discernment.

You're asking for the ability to follow the will of your higher power, regardless of what that actually entails, right? You're asking for the courage to follow your path and to let go of it everything else.

That's spiritual action, right? Okay, so I'm making the point that when you are doing that, you are not just believing, okay? This is where so many people get stuck because there's no practice, right?

They say they believe in a higher power. They say they believe in soul alignment. They say they believe that there's a path in which their soul is following and that there are actual specific actions that they need to be taking in order to become the magnet that they know they were born to be.

in order to attract other people, like-minded people into their field and to share the abundance that they've found for themselves. And yet there is a lack of spiritual action. there's a There is a thought and there is a sentence, I believe, but there is a lack of spiritual action. So we start with the action in this place. This is where action starts, okay?

This is where the real healing begins. This is where the real discernment begins. You start to get in connection with your higher power because you are taking spiritual action.

You are asking for the will of your higher power. And you're not just saying, I believe. You're not just saying now, right? So this is a practice. And it then turns itself into the next practice, which is believe.

realizing that you don't just believe that you're going to have a business that makes hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, helps hundreds of thousands of people, if not millions. You don't just say you believe that.

You take spiritual action, You take aligned action from your soul in order to make that happen. No results are going to happen on this material plane without you taking action. And so it is so essential that in your whole life, right, you are taking aligned action with your soul. You're becoming discerning.

So I'm talking every situation, every circumstance, every person that comes into your sphere. You are making sure that you are making decisions from a place of soul, of spirit, and not of ego. How do you know? How how will you know?

Your emotions are your actual, like they are the discernment. You're going to know because when you take the action, you feel better walking away from the situation than you did when you came in, right? So for example, let's say something happens with another person. It's a relationship thing, right? Somebody's mad at me.

Somebody's at me for doing something, for saying something that they didn't like. Okay, this is so easy. This is a just ah an easy ego move right here where I could be like, well, that's my truth.

And I have boundaries and I get to say what I want. And I basically get to just...
Emotional Responsibility and Spiritual Actions

live in that. Like, that's my choice, not yours. You don't get to tell me what to do.

Okay. How does that feel? Not good. Probably. it probably doesn't feel amazing because your soul doesn't have skin in the game of being right.

It has skin in the game of being happy. So you can ask yourself in these moments, like, would I rather be right or would I rather be happy? And your function is to be full of joy. That is your soul's function.

And so you make that decision. You go, you know what? I can see where this person is hurt. And I'm going to acknowledge that. And I'm going to say, like That probably hurt.

And that was like, obviously not my intention. But also, um i will work harder in the future to not do that. And I can see exactly what you're talking about.

Right? and That's hard. That's hard work. That's spiritual action. That is you taking... Action from your soul. And when you do that over and over and over again repeatedly, and you get the results that come from that place, which are peace, which are joy, which sometimes just start as pure neutrality to life and the circumstances that come from it When this begins to happen, it becomes so much easier for you to make the next decision and to be discerning of what is my ego and what is my soul.

I think this is something that so many people have such a hard time figuring out. They don't know What what does my soul sound like? And what does my ego sound like? Your ego sounds like it's right.

It's self-righteous. And I work with so many clients and I ask them like, do you feel like, hi, Buenos dias. Do you feel like you are being self-righteous in this moment? And there's always this serious pause and this self-reflection and always a yes.

Like, yeah, I guess that is one of my self-soothing behaviors is to become self-righteous and to judge other people, right? So when we stop doing that and we start seeing everybody as they are, as a true spiritual being, the same as us, same as ourselves, and we start walking from that place, taking action from that place, meaning walking.
Aligning Decisions with Soul Desires

We acknowledge feelings. oh We actually say, I regret doing that. We make amends, right? we We see the truth in situations of where we were blind and we can take full responsibility and accountability for it and say, yeah, you know what?

You're right. I did do that. That's exactly what happened. I'm going to call it out right now and give people nowhere to go with that. Like, wait, what? This person is being honest about this? This is so refreshing. Nobody does that.

right? The more you do this, the more you take action from that place in your personal life, the easier it becomes in your business to be discerning and to say, okay, what is what is it that I really want here?

Right? Do I really not want to listen to this podcast? Do I really not want to go on this walk and do this and record this podcast?

Do I really... not want to show up right now and do this live? Do I really not want to create an offer? Do I really not want to sell? Like, these are real questions to ask yourself. And truly, like, if you're in the beginning phase, and you feel that you are still in that that moment of healing where you need to be completely paused, dismantling everything, right, in order to follow the will of your higher self and, again, become discerning of what the will is for you, what your highest will is, then by all means do that.

I dismantled my business for two full years. I worked on this healing journey by forging a true relationship with my higher power through meditation and prayer and clearing myself out with truth cleanses every single day for hours and hours a day. i clocked up like 5,000 hours in two years, okay, between the three practices.

And it allowed me to humble myself enough to be able to see like what my higher powers will was for me. That is my will, right? Your willpower, that's what it's all about.

And the reason we have willpower fatigue, right? When we go to show up and we go to create and we go to like go live and and make offers and, and sell and whatever. and And we're like, I can't, I can't even listen to this person talk right now, because I am so overwhelmed.

And I'm so burnt out, right? It's willpower fatigue. It's, it's ah it's a total byproduct of you having ah hard time making decisions in the rest of your life and compartmentalizing everything and trying to figure it all out.

The simplest solution is, again, asking yourself in the morning, like, what do I want here? And then making the decision to practice going towards the will of your higher power. So asking, taking action again, taking action, taking massive action to align yourself with that. So you're asking, you're asking your higher power, like, what is your will for me?

And please give me the willingness and the ability to carry that out no matter what. right? That's how you start your day. And then everything from that point on, at the very least, has that beautiful intention, that highest intention, jam-packed with energy behind it.

And eventually, you will find that your decision maker gets really, really, want to say lubricated, i as like a pipe where in the beginning there's so much friction because there's still so much junk in that pipe.

There's so much stuff and you're not sure, like it's hard to get into a flow because there is so much junk in that pipe and there's so much friction. But the more spiritual action that you take, the more aligned action that you take,

where you follow the will of your higher power, which is never to fight with people, which is never to argue, which is never to do anything other than take 100% responsibility and accountability for your part in every single situation that happens in your life, right?

What happens is you start clearing this junk out. The friction stops. And then this pipe gets like lubricated. it gets slippery, right? And then...

These decisions begin to flow and your willpower is being used so much less because it doesn't take so much effort for you to say yes to what you really desire, what your soul desires, because you've worked so hard to to practice doing the will of your higher power by taking action in the first place.
Interconnection of Spirituality and Business

And therefore, it becomes easier on the front end in your business when you go, do I really want to do this? Because now your decision's made for you. You know. You know what the higher decision is.

And you can take action from that place because you haven't just been saying you believe. You've been taking spiritual action, which then breeds...

into aligned action in your business. It's all spiritual action, right? This is your calling. No, like, is this your calling? If it's your calling, then this is absolutely a part of that.

If it's not your calling, then I would say it's ego again. And that's not, you know, sure, ego is a part of the spiritual spectrum. However, like, is it totally aligned with your soul and what you your purpose and your individual creation was intended to do, you'll know because it's going to hurt if you if you do it or it's going to hurt if you don't.

Right? So we take action. We take massive action. And I want you to know it gets easier as you take massive spiritual action.

And it's all spiritual action, but I'm talking about the kind of spiritual action where you are letting go of the outcomes completely. You are asking for the will of your higher power. You are doing that. You are following that. You are feeling the fulfillment come from that place without having any of the ego attachments to it, right?

Where it's like, oh my God, if this doesn't happen for me, I'm going to be so disappointed. If I don't make the sale, it's going to be so disappointing. Right? We practice having the fulfillment without the outcomes that our ego is asking us to have first.

We get really solid at that. And then we walk forward with the knowledge that we are discerning between what our soul desires and what our ego desires.

And then when we're ready, we Take action and we do not stop. And what you're going to find is that when you're ready and you show up and you take this massive action in both ways, right?

You're not just believing in your higher power. You are actually taking action to connect with it. You're not just believing in your business. You're actually taking action to build it, right? When you start coming from that place, the creativity, the ideas, the inspiration, the value will flow and it will not stop as long as you don't stop.

Don't stop your own flow, right? And then put more junk in the pipe to create more friction. That's the name of the game here. Okay. It is to clear that pipe out of the friction through discernment, right? Being discerning, knowing what's your ego, what's your soul, following your soul.

That's going to consistently clear that pipe out because trust me, if you start doing things only from that place, you are going to get so spacious. It's going to be so roomy. it's going to be so slippery and lubricated.

And your willpower is not going to have to be used nearly as much. You will not face decision fatigue, willpower fatigue. And you will be

And it's going to allow us to show up bigger, deeper, better every single time. It creates more. More is more. When you're coming from more, which is your higher power, you are going to have more regardless of how much action you're going to take. All right. The actions don't mean that you're going to get burnt out.

In fact, it should mean the opposite. And so if you are getting burnt out, it's to me an indicator that you might be coming from ah forceful place, which is not your soul.

It's your ego telling you to do stuff. And it might be time to back off. You might be right and it might be time to learn what is your ego and what is your soul to become more discerning.

And again, that is you taking that spiritual action in the morning, asking for the will of your higher power and to follow that no matter what with courage and faith and conviction. That will bring the clarity and the overflow, getting rid of the overwhelm.
