Omg ok, so I just got back from a wild in-person mastermind with my Vortex Alumni ladies (literally got my first tattoo at this thing, it’s of my husband’s name if you were wondering LOL).

Oftentimes if you attend an event where everyone’s a coach there’s an air of competition.

It’s steeped in the question, “so what do you do?” and it’s not necessarily coming from a “how can I support you without thinking of what I’m going to get in return” kind of energy.

This mastermind was 1000% different.

It was women staring into each other’s souls, with the cleanest energy looking for ways to lift one another up and support each other in our dreams of becoming fully expressed and wildly successful in business.

No competition, no bullsh*t, fake energy.

This is because in the world of authentic authority there is no competition, only collaboration.

I cannot wait for you to listen to this episode.

I think it’s gonna blow your mind while giving you a clear path to finding your own collaborative edge. This IS the easier path of least resistance to get yourself to where you ultimately want to be in the coaching industry.

Enjoy.

Introduction to Vortex Mastermind Event

00:00:01
Speaker
Hello, everyone. oh my God. i am so excited. i am like riding on the coattails of this past weekend. i was, if you didn't know, i was up in Denver, college Colorado for um an in-person mastermind with the Vortex alumni group that I am a part of. and It was 50 women and these are like the leaders of the healing and coaching industry. These are people who and when I say that, it makes me laugh because like if you saw us, you know, people were just asking us like, oh, did you guys just get back from a concert? And we're like, no.
00:00:41
Speaker
so We just got back from a business conference. And it's like these people that I'm talking about are leaders in the industry, not because they are buttoned up and because they know their stuff.

Rethinking Leadership Paradigms

00:00:54
Speaker
It has nothing to do with knowledge, right? That's not what makes a leader. And that is certainly not what makes a leader in the coaching or healing industry.
00:01:04
Speaker
And I think this is something that gets ingrained in us from day one when we start to start these, when we we begin our businesses, because were We're inundated with this old paradigm of thinking where it's like you, you, you. It's all about you and how you can do this on your own.
00:01:22
Speaker
And you can figure this out and you're going to build this thing and it's all about you. And to be honest with you, that's a really, really easy way to get so self-absorbed and so in your own head.
00:01:36
Speaker
Right. That you begin building it from that place. And then you think that you need to know more or there's like more information that needs to be had or absorbed or consumed when in reality, it's never been about that.
00:01:49
Speaker
And we're going to get more into this. But really, like there was such a difference between. where like the person that I was, you know, six years ago and the person I am today, of course, and the people that I find myself around now is just, it's night and day.
00:02:10
Speaker
So what I'm saying is, is that the people that I have surrounded myself with, you know, in this mastermind experience and on the daily basis by putting myself in these rooms these people are on a completely different level than what I would have ever, ever thought they would be um back when I first started my own coaching business.

From Competition to Collaboration

00:02:33
Speaker
I always thought of somebody that was successful as being like just my competitor.
00:02:40
Speaker
i mean, i'm just going to shoot it straight. Like I would think of these people that I looked up to as my competition And so how do I create something that is very similar to what they've created, but how do I do it in my own way? And when I say my own way, in reality, what that used to mean to me, if I'm really being honest about it, is how do I do it better?
00:03:04
Speaker
How do I take what they're doing and how do I make it better and cheaper? Right? It's like we become these cookie cutter versions of people who are teaching methods, modalities, frameworks.
00:03:17
Speaker
And we decide at some point that we're going to do something like that because they inspire us, right? They inspire us. We're going to do something like that, but we're going to do it better and we're going to be cheaper because at that point in time, most of us don't have the confidence that it takes in order to Charge not what you're worth. You could never charge what you're worth, right?
00:03:37
Speaker
yeah That's infinite. But to charge the value that would be perceived by somebody that is a fit for what you have to offer, right?

Personal Transformation and Self-Awareness

00:03:47
Speaker
And so, okay, this creates this whole ah can confusion around what we're here to do.
00:03:54
Speaker
And we think in the very beginning, and I know this is true for me, so maybe I'll just speak for myself here. But for me, it was like, I... in the very beginning, thought that it was all about competition.
00:04:05
Speaker
How do I one-up people? How do I do better? How do I make this better? How do I sound better? How do I put myself out there in a way that is more packaged? um it like And how am I going to get more attention on me?
00:04:19
Speaker
And ultimately, that came down to how do I learn more and how do I sound more articulate on these on these concepts? And that's just honestly like the hardest thing to do.
00:04:30
Speaker
And when you when you learn what I'm about to teach you, you no longer feel that you have to compete because you're no longer in a world where people believe in competition. You're putting yourself you're not compete.
00:04:47
Speaker
where the road is clear, right? There's collaborators and most people are not collaborators. So therefore, first of all, your first advantage is the fact that there's hardly anybody driving on this on this broad highway, right, of collaborators. Most people are competing. And so right there, like there is your competitive edge. It is the fact that you are no longer competing. It is that you are collaborating.
00:05:10
Speaker
um And getting yourself out of the mindset of the most, you know, 99% of other people who are staying on that congested highway of competition. But what ultimately needs to happen and what makes collaborators want to collaborate with each other is that there has to be something
00:05:35
Speaker
of value, right? That can be sensed by other collaborators, making them feel the value that you would be able to give to them if you were to collaborate with them. Now, what is that?
00:05:52
Speaker
What does that look like? How can you know that you have something of value for these collaborators who are who are looking for it, right? They're looking to put other people who are like them on their platforms to amplify their messages and to build audiences together because that's the easier way. It's the easier least path of least resistance.
00:06:18
Speaker
Okay, but what is it that's different? So when I was on this trip this weekend, it I've already this is something that like literally fuels my fire every single day. So this isn't something novel that I have recognized. However, it was to use the word amplified again here.
00:06:35
Speaker
But it was amplified this weekend because what i recognized once again, and it just affirmed this for me, is that these collaborators are uniquely situated in their um in their marketplaces, their businesses, and in their lives
00:06:56
Speaker
in a way of the fact that they speak truth. And it's not just personal truth. It is universal truth. And for somebody that has not gotten to the place in themselves where they are no longer just speaking from their own stories of of pain and resentment, right? Like these are the things that are better that are creating the storylines for them, right? It's hard to discern between what is a personal story, what is a personal truth, and what is a universal truth.
00:07:29
Speaker
A personal truth is a perspective, right? This is simply something that if somebody else was to experience or to be talking about, that their perspective could be very, very different from yours, right? So their experience of whatever the situation was might be like one of like, i that that did not bother me at all.
00:07:49
Speaker
right So you can know that that was that's a perspective. If somebody else could come into it and just go, that that was not as upsetting as you thought it was like to me, then we know that that's not a universal truth. That's not something that everybody would experience if they were to do the thing or have the experience that you did.
00:08:07
Speaker
A universal truth is something that when you have this experience, universally speaking, across the board, the experience is going to be the same.
00:08:18
Speaker
And so what everybody in this mastermind, for the most part, anybody that I talked to had ah going for them that was like very similar to everybody else is that they had a moment in time where they recognized that they were their own problem.
00:08:37
Speaker
Like that everything that was happening in their lives that was a problem was was made and born of, of them, right? Like, so they were the issue. And, and that happened for me true

The Power of Individuality in Growth

00:08:52
Speaker
too. That was like the universal truth here is that when you recognize yourself as your own source of suffering, like if you're suffering and you are not feeling healed, and of course there's lots of work to be done, you know, spiritual action to be taken. But if you actually are sitting there and you're wondering like,
00:09:10
Speaker
what is the problem and pointing the finger, right? This is like a phase in healing where you start seeing, i see your ego. I see your ego. I see everybody else's ego. But the thing is, is when you got your finger pointed out, and if you'll do this with me, point your finger out you have three fingers pointing right back at you.
00:09:27
Speaker
And the day that these people recognize that there were three fingers pointing back at them is the day that they changed. It's the day that they were like, oh my God, it's me. Oh my God, it's me.
00:09:38
Speaker
Right? And universally speaking, when you go, oh my God, it's me. And you recognize that on a visceral level, you change because that's truth.
00:09:49
Speaker
And that's the first taste a lot of us have had with the truth and with recognizing, oh, okay. I'm not here to blame. I'm not here to get.
00:10:00
Speaker
i am here to give and I am here to heal. And I am here to then dispense the gifts of something bigger than myself. And that is all that I'm here to do.
00:10:12
Speaker
That across the board is what these women are all about. They have all taken full responsibility for their own happiness and for the suffering that they, and I am not saying that, you know, a victim isn't a victim. A victim is a victim.
00:10:28
Speaker
There are atrocious acts placed on other human beings as a, as a by-product of unconsciousness, right?
00:10:39
Speaker
This is true. However, These things happen to us and it is our choice on how we decide to process or not these heinous acts, right? Traumas.
00:10:53
Speaker
How do we now handle these things? How do we process them? And do we, do we do that? And these women did do that. They did the work that it took in order to process these past traumas.
00:11:07
Speaker
And, Now living in the truth and knowing who they are, there's an authentic there's an authentic aspect that you cannot deny about them.
00:11:18
Speaker
And now we're really getting into this collaborative edge idea because what happens is when you are no longer stuck in that proving energy, that happens when you are attempting to be an expert in your field.
00:11:32
Speaker
And you then switch into a full on different mode of operation where you are, you're not trying to be something you are, you are actually just being a master.
00:11:46
Speaker
You are being a master at your own individuality, right? You go from trying to be an expert to being a master. This shifts everything. You go from trying energy to being energy, right?
00:12:03
Speaker
And what happens is that authenticity piece comes in and that collaborative edge then is the value that you begin to inherently discover about yourself in your own authentic nature, right? When you are able to just be and you become a master at being, being yourself, right?
00:12:30
Speaker
mastering your own individuality. The one thing, right, that is the same about all of us is that we are so unbelievably individually unique, right? When you hone in on that fact, that is what unites you with the whole thing.
00:12:50
Speaker
It's a paradox. It's the most beautiful paradox there is, is that your individuality is what makes you the same, is what unites you with your sisters doing something similar.
00:13:04
Speaker
And the beautiful thing when you think this way and when you know this is that there is a spot at the table for you, the the table of wholeness, right? Because your individuality, your individual value, which is your authenticity,
00:13:24
Speaker
is needed at this table in order to form the whole. Without you, it is incomplete. And when people are living in their truth, they know that.
00:13:36
Speaker
They know that the whole is incomplete without you. Therefore, they they bring a seat to the table when they see you and they go, come on, let's go. Let's do this together.
00:13:47
Speaker
Let's do this together because without you, we are not whole. This is not complete. And we will never accomplish what we came here to accomplish without you and your light and your authenticity and your unique value that you are here to bring to the world.
00:14:04
Speaker
And when you do that, and when they do that, The collaborative edge is natural, right? You are no longer competing with them because you couldn't, you never could, and they can never compete with you.
00:14:19
Speaker
You are now bringing a new opportunity to the marketplace. You are now an opportunity for them to leverage in their own communities.
00:14:30
Speaker
And here's an example of that, okay? Okay. For me, I offer the very unique value because it's my experience. And this is very important. Like the experiential piece of this is essential, right?
00:14:45
Speaker
I offer a very unique value add to other healers work or other coaches work because I know how to help somebody heal their perspective of the past, which allows them to be present in the moment and have a healed perspective of life in the present moment.
00:15:06
Speaker
And when you have a healed perspective of life, that gives birth to your healed full expression, right? Which that that's the clarity piece. That's you understanding what you're here to do, what you're here how you're here to serve, who you're here to be, b right? What does that look like? How does that feel?
00:15:26
Speaker
What does that sound like? This is you articulating complex concepts. from something bigger, right? Breaking these down in only the way that you can, but you can't get to that place until you have healed your perspective of the past. Because until you do that, you're not going to be able to see things and a clear with a clear vision, with a clear um but that clear perspective, with that healed perspective.
00:15:52
Speaker
That healed thinking is exactly what gives life to the healed material form, to the healed results that you're seeking. right And so if we're talking about business, what does that look like? That looks like a very, very clear, clear because it's coming from your higher self, the the authentic part of you. right It's coming from that clear part. So there's clarity in your mission and your message and what you makes you unique and the unique value that you're here to give. You cannot find this in a book.
00:16:23
Speaker
right So this value add is so important to other business coaches who do not have that perspective, who do not have that that value to give to their clients.
00:16:34
Speaker
right And how does this help? Because unless their clients have this essential piece, they will not bring there they their soul-called gifts to fruition through the field of business. So these business coaches are teaching business, but If they don't have this piece where it's very, very, um where they're helping their clients heal their perspective of the past first to get very clear on who they are now, right? It's goingnna be hard for that person to to to bring into physical existence the um the business that is desiring

Infinite Freedom and Unique Value in Business

00:17:12
Speaker
to be born. And they will quit and they will stop at some point if they never figure that out for themselves.
00:17:17
Speaker
It's not going to work and it's going to be too hard. And it's it's that's not why they signed up in the first place. They signed up for infinite freedom to build these businesses, to free themselves from the confines of an employer or or society or whatever it is.
00:17:32
Speaker
And so that is my value add is that I give them that that thought process of infinite freedom And they take that into their business and develop a business from that place. And it's ever evolving and it never stops growing and it's never stops being fun.
00:17:48
Speaker
So for somebody else coming into my world, a value add, like somebody that I think of is like Shana Raskin. She does body talk and um she wasn't at the alumni ah event this weekend, but she was, is a part of Vortex and she's incredible. She's semantics.
00:18:07
Speaker
And this is something that I'm just now getting into. So this isn't something that I am so masterful at, at this point that I feel excited to teach anybody about it. It's just not where my experience lies right the second. So it would be a beautiful value add to either give my clients her book, Body Talk, or to put her on my platforms to help my audience understand better the idea of somatics. And after you have healed your your um healed your perspective of the past, how important it is to now start incorporating not just the practical ah like
00:18:43
Speaker
um not just the practical teachings that I teach, right? When it comes to the fundamentals of spiritual healing. But now as you're building this brand new, beautiful identity born of love, as opposed to the one that you had to dismantle during the healing process that was born of fear, you're bringing somatics into the into that um new identity shift into creating this new identity.
00:19:07
Speaker
And it's going to help you embody this new identity and really ground into it in such a firm and beautiful way. And so she would be a value add to my audience.
00:19:18
Speaker
I don't see her as competition, although she is a another business coach, right? She's not competition. She is in her own unique authority and nobody can compete with her because it's her experience. It's her unique God given value coming out of her.
00:19:35
Speaker
It is the essence of her, right? This is the soul vibe. that I teach in the Soul Vibe recipe that's going to be coming out very, very soon as an offer. I'm so excited. um But this is like the stuff that she gets to bring as a collaborator to other coaches' containers.
00:19:54
Speaker
And these coaches are going to want to put her on their platforms because it is a value add for their people. It's not competition. And that's what you're doing. You're coming into the market and you are creating a brand new opportunity. But the only way to do that is by connecting to your truth, by connecting to your higher self.
00:20:12
Speaker
And that doesn't mean that you do that, by the way. like This is a huge issue. And this is I'm going to give you this little tidbit right now so that you don't go all over the map trying to figure this out yourself because that's actually the issue is figuring it out yourself, right? I started this whole conversation with this.
00:20:30
Speaker
You go around trying to dabble in all these methods and modalities, trying to heal yourself. You're trying to fix a sick mind using the sick mind that created the illness in the first place. It doesn't work.
00:20:42
Speaker
This is the most simple but fundamental but basic healing principle. And I'm going to teach it to you right this second. And it is literally just asking your higher power, whatever concept you have of that is perfect.
00:20:56
Speaker
Asking it for the ability to figure this one out and following that no matter what, right? That's it. This is up to your higher power. And for you, your job is to trust and rely in every aspect of your life on your higher power and what it tells you to do.
00:21:15
Speaker
And that's it. And again, like this is one of the fundamentals of healing that I teach in the soul vibe recipe, which is all about like you getting into that soul vibe and dripping in the essence of who you are. This is the value. This is the value add when we're talking about competition and collaborating. This is the value add that you add to collaborators' plates.
00:21:37
Speaker
Right. But the soul vibe is like the essence of who you are.

Soul Vibe Framework Introduction

00:21:42
Speaker
It is your value and it's going to be uniquely expressed in only the way that you can do it, but you have to connect with it and you have to embody it. And the only way to do that is through experience.
00:21:54
Speaker
And again, I'm going to be having soul vibe is going to be like, this is a framework. I call it a recipe, but it's going to be offered very, very soon. It's going to be a paid offer. And actually, for those of you that are in here, i have 10 spots available for free to those who want to go through this methodology, through this recipe for healing, healing,
00:22:16
Speaker
um I'm going to teach you like all the ins and outs of the actual healing your perspective of the past so that you're showing up present fully here in this moment.
00:22:28
Speaker
in your light, in your authenticity, knowing exactly what you're here to give the world and your collaborative edge, right? um The value. i am going to be teaching that for free to 10 people um who are willing to give me a testimonial after. So if that's something that you're interested in, DM me here in Telegram and let me know because I would love to get you in and give you a spot for that.
00:22:54
Speaker
And it's it's going to be in the next month here. So Um, I hope this was super, uh, helpful in terms of you coming into this world of coaching and healing and knowing that you don't have to be a competitor. And in fact, when you compete, it's, it's, there's no advantage to that zero because when you compete and you make yourself the cheaper version of somebody else,
00:23:22
Speaker
To be honest with you, like 100% of people are going to go to the more expensive version. They're going to go to the one that started all of it. They're going to get, this is technically, when you look at market shares, they're going to get 80% of the market share. And then 20% is going to be kind of like sprinkled out amongst those who are riding the coattails of that hire, that that person who is in the position that they're in teaching something from their own expertise.
00:23:46
Speaker
So if you try to become an expert of that, instead of becoming just a master of your own individuality, that is the risk that you run trying to share the extra little 20% of the market like that's being sprinkled amongst all the people that are trying to do the same thing. And that's thousands and thousands of competitors.
00:24:08
Speaker
And that's not cool. I don't want you doing that. So um whether you are in Telegram right now listening to this or on the podcast, please let me know if you are interested in being one of my 10 people. I only have 10 spots for Soul Vibe and you can get on the wait list right now.
00:24:25
Speaker
It's going to be happening in a month from now. I will teach you the ins and outs of that framework of that recipe for true spiritual healing success so that you're able to go into any market that you want in the coaching industry and not compete with a soul, but collaborate with anybody who is on that same level of truth and vibration with you.
00:24:46
Speaker
That would actually be able to, um that's on the same resonance with you. And has the same outlook on things and literally would be able to like amplify and and um catapult you to the next level in your own business through collab, right? Through putting you on their platforms and saying, hey, this is a new opportunity for my audience to learn more about XYZ. And I think it would be so beneficial to what we're already doing. It's a value add. Right?
00:25:15
Speaker
So if that's exciting to you um and you're on the podcast right now, we will include a link in the show notes. Go click that and you can you can sign up for the wait list for Soul Vibe.
00:25:26
Speaker
um And if you are listening to Telegram right now, just DM me and i will talk to you guys so soon. ah okay I hope you're having an amazing day. all right. Talk to you soon.
00:25:36
Speaker
Bye.
