What I Learned From My Stroke

On November 17th, 2022 I was taken to the hospital after suffering a long-term stroke. I wouldn't emerge for 33 days. Now, one year later, I can reflect on that time, healthier than ever.  My normal antics are muted for this one as I speak candidly about how I handled one of the most difficult periods of my adult life.
