Autumn Longevity Fact

00:01:09
Speaker
Now for our fun fact of the day. Studies have shown that people born in autumn months, September, October, and November, have higher chances of reaching the age of 100 compared to those born in other months.
00:01:23
Speaker
Yes, scientists have a couple of interesting theories about why this is the case. One is that autumn babies are exposed to fewer seasonal illnesses as infants, and another is that their mothers consumed more fresh vegetables and fruits during their summer pregnancies, giving them a better nutritional start in life.
00:01:43
Speaker
So basically, if you're a Libra or a Scorpio, you can probably start planning that 100th birthday party now. And since we're January babies, we'll probably be there in spirit. We'll be ghosts.
00:01:56
Speaker
All right.
