Overcoming Life's Challenges with Faith

You know the truth is that life brings challenges. With each new day, there are circumstances that if we're not careful and if we don't have faith in God and if our trust is not in the Lord, they have the potential to derail us and even turn us around and set us back.

However, for those who have chosen to trust in the Lord, those who have chosen to follow His way and allow Him to guide you.

and depend upon him for strength, and look to him as a source of knowledge and a resource for all that you need, then truly you understand that his power, his wisdom, and his might is unmatched and unlimited. In other words, he is a help like no other.
Personal Stories of Trusting God

I don't know about you, but I've oftentimes put confidence in other things. And sometimes that other thing was myself. And the truth of the matter is each time I came up short. However, anytime I've put my trust or put my confidence in God, I found out

that he was a source of strength, a source of knowledge, a source of wisdom, a source of power, something and someone.

that I could lean and trust in and on. You see, today, I just want to encourage you to put your trust and your confidence in God. He's a help. He's strength that's unmatched that no man can provide.
Biblical Psalms as Sources of Strength

In fact, in Psalm 124, stanza one and two, it says this, if it had not been the Lord who was on our side,

Now may Israel say if it had not been the Lord who was on our side, when men rose up against us, then they had swallowed us up quick when the wrath was kindled against us. You know, the truth of the matter is that man can only do so much. I've got friends, I have family who I am sure that if I were to call them, if I were to reach out to them,

that they would willingly try to aid and assist me with whatever it was that I needed. However, there's only so much that they can do. But God, the Lord, I always can look to Him for strength and I always can look to Him to be a strong foundation. In fact, the Bible says,

In Psalm 62, in God is my salvation and my glory. The rock of my strength and my refuge is in God. It says, trust in him at all times, ye people, pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us, Selah.
The Power and Protection of Psalm 91

It says in Psalm 91, he that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow

of the Almighty. You know, that's powerful. That's encouraging. That's wonderful to know that we serve a creator. We serve a God who can provide us help like no other. I don't know what circumstance you're in. I don't know what situation may befall you today. However, what I do know is we have a God who's able to handle anything.

He can do all things. There are no limits in Him. And I want to encourage you today to trust Him. I want to encourage you to focus on Him. And I want to encourage you to depend and lean on Him.
Encouragement to Trust in God's Plan

He's a help. He's a guide. He's a savior. He is our refuge. Trust him. Continue to walk with him knowing this, that he that hath begun a good work in you shall perform it until the day Jesus Christ. Be blessed in Jesus name.
