How To Speed Up Your Manifestations!

Alright! It’s time to speed up our manifestations! While our desires will come in divine timing, I do have some tools which I believe can speed up the divine timing of when our manifestations materialise! And these tools are quite simple and easy to achieve!

In this episode, we chat about how our perception of time can actually block our manifestations from materialising in our physical reality. What we do in the space between asking for what it is that we want and receiving what it is that we want, is really important. When we enjoy the process and are open to the myriad of possibilities that could occur, the universe has a chance to respond and work alongside us.

The stories we’ve been told and the expectations society has placed on us can create beliefs that certain goals and manifestations MUST take a long and hard amount of time to materialise. Perceptions of Time and Manifestation

How do we speed up our manifestations? I think what I want to start with is usually in the part of when you are asking for your desire, I will talk about this.

because it's important to know that you can ask for whatever it is that you want no matter how big or small that dream. The reason being is that the universe and the law of attraction and all of the energy that surrounds us to bring our manifestations into our real life, into fruition,

doesn't work with quantity, can't tell the difference and does not care about the difference between big and small. So I've said it before, I'll say it again, the universe and the law of attraction, for example, can't tell the difference between $20 and 20,000, big and small here or there. It can't tell the difference between a casual job at a fast food chain versus the CEO of a successful company, right? But you might perceive one dream as harder to attract than the other. You may perceive,

one amount as bigger and harder to get.

than the other. That is your perception. So you are limiting yourself. That is the energy that you are putting out, therefore the energy that you receive back. Just as the universe and the law of attraction doesn't work in quantity, the universe doesn't really work with time either. Yes, the law of rhythm backs kind of divine timing and things coming in the time that it is meant to for you. But if you really think about it, the law of attraction says that like attracts like.

It's energy attracting energy, and so much science backs this. We know this.

So therefore, it's not about the time that it takes to get something. Yes, we work with the law of rhythm going up and down, in and out, just like the ocean. And I really do encourage you to get comfortable in that flow of life where things go up and down and some things do take time, but it really does come back to your perception of time. Everyone's perception of time is different. Your perception of an hour, how you feel in an hour is different to my perception of an hour.

But the universe and the law of attraction and the energy that surrounds us every day does not work in time. If you raise yourself to the right vibration that your desire is sitting at, you make it possible to attract that thing into your physical reality.

Desire vs. Receiving in Manifestation

I think that this is so exciting because very often we will create these dreams, these goals, these desires that for us feel really big. Let's say that we are creating a vision board and we're putting our dream home. We're putting what we wanna see in our bank account. We're putting the dream partner, whatever it is that we are wanting to attract. We're putting it and we see it as a future thing. So we are in a state of desire. But as Haley Hoffman Smith says, when we are in a state of desire,

We are not in a state of receiving and they are conflicting energies. So we have to get to the point where we believe that we have already manifested that thing into our physical reality to be in the point in the state of receiving. Does that make sense? So I'll say it again. So Haley Hoffman Smith didn't come up with this. She read it in a book and I actually can't remember the name of the book. I'll have to get it and share it in the Facebook group.

But basically you cannot be in the state of desire and receiving at once because they are conflicting energies. So when you are in a state of desire, we are desiring the things that are on our vision board. For example, we are desiring that house, that partner, the dream dog, whatever it is.

So you are not going to receive it right then and there if you are still in a state of wanting, if you are still in a state of believing that it is not yours, that it is far away. It is your perception, remember, of time as to how far away it is. And social media and society can put these kind of stories in our minds that we then

implant into our subconscious as proper beliefs where we think, oh, well that particular job, it takes years and years to get there and to work up to it or a house like that. You need, you know, this amount of deposit and it's going to take me this amount of time to get that deposit. And you really shouldn't have a house with like a pool, like your dream house until you're like this age, really. So,

That is your perception that you do not deserve that house right now, not just deserve, but you are not in the believing state that you can have that right now.

So, of course, you will not manifest that right now. What we need to get to the state of is believing that time is kind of irrelevant when it comes to manifesting because manifestation is just energy attracting energy.

Societal Expectations and Limiting Beliefs

And if you believe that you already have this thing and you're moving into a state of receiving,

because you deserve this thing, you are worthy of this thing, you are seeing and believing that it is in your reality right now, then that thing will be in your reality right now. Remember Wayne Dyer's quote, and I've said this many, many times, and I'm probably going to butcher it now because I always do, but it's so powerful. It's like everything that was once imagined, no, it's everything that now exists was once imagined, which means that everything that is now being imagined

will soon exist. Yeah, that's right. I think it's something like that. You get what I'm saying. Basically, everything that we imagine, everything that we visualize and we think about and we dream about, it's already there because we've thought it up. It's just energy.

Now it's just a matter of bringing it into our physical reality. And we, as humans, have limiting beliefs that say we cannot have that thing until this time because of X, Y, and Z, but they are all limiting beliefs. And I know sometimes this is easier said than done. As I mentioned, society places these expectations that this and that is gonna take this amount of time and that amount of hard work, but that is a limiting belief in itself. It is allowed to be easy, that manifesting should be easy, that we get to do less and attract more. Now, I want to talk about my example a little bit here, which is actually kind of what I just said. So I am really in a state of desire at the moment around our next home. I dream of a home with a pool close to the beach, and it's our family home, and I just see us so happy there. And I do know and believe that it will happen.

However, I at the moment am working through some blocks because I don't believe it will happen soon. I don't believe it's possible to happen soon because of all of these reasons that are kind of external to me and have been placed into my subconscious because of what other people say and believe.

like I mentioned before, that you probably shouldn't get your dream home until you're like this age or, you know, the market is so expensive at the moment. The market is so hard at the moment. Things like that I have taken and I have chosen to believe. And I am working on releasing that and moving into a state of receiving where I know that if my energy matches the energy of this beautiful home that we will get to raise our family in,

It doesn't matter all the stuff in between like getting the money, getting the good broker, getting the good lawyer, whatever it is, finding the perfect home, all of that, all of the details, it doesn't matter. That's not up to me. The universe will sort that out. What I get to focus on and what I should be focusing on is the feeling that I would feel. And this is a really big way to speed up your manifestations.

The feeling that I would feel when we have that house. I would feel abundant. I would feel so, so happy. I would feel at home. I would feel proud. So I want to focus on those feelings while letting go of the how and the when.

A lot of the times when we create goals, we will put a timeframe on it. Now I am still, to be honest, unsure about this. And I don't have an answer as to whether you should do this or should not do this. So with my example, let's say I wrote in my journal, universe, thank you for bringing our family home to us so easily. It has a pool, it's close to the beach. We're so happy there. We feel so safe and abundant and proud that we were able to do this.

To me, that doesn't feel right. It feels constricting. Now, I wanna say two things. I don't know if it feels constricting because of the limiting beliefs I hold that, oh no, we'll have to get, you know, an old house and renovate it because we won't have the money or the houses that are that close to the beach are too expensive for us. Like that's a future, future, future dream. I don't know if it feels constricting because of that

or because if I put a year timeline on it the fear that it won't happen in that timeline and I think that puts that unnecessary bad amount of pressure on. So personally at the moment I don't like adding time frames to my manifestations. Some people work differently though and I know Gabby Bernstein I think

She does put time frames. She puts time frames definitely on signs, like when she's asking for a sign. So Universe, please send me a dragonfly if this house is coming soon.

I know she does that but I don't think she necessarily puts time limits on her manifestations because I think that is limiting you, it is limiting your manifestation and it's saying to the universe that I know when this should come and I know when it's right for me when you actually don't because for example, my example again let's just go with this, I don't know that

you know, our dream house could be even better than I'm expecting, even closer to the beach, even, I don't know, more perfect than I ever imagined, because I'm kind of pigeonholing myself to this one idea. So we need to let go of that outcome and that expectation that we know what is best and trust that either that or something better is on its way.

Now why this is so exciting is because when we have a dream like this that I personally right now am perceiving as big and hard to achieve. When we remember that the law of attraction is just energy working with energy. Positive energy attracting positive energy when you are on the right frequency you are bringing your desires into real life. When we remind ourselves of that

Time just is irrelevant. Time just doesn't make sense anymore. Which really excites me because to me that says well if I get on the right vibration and if I really believe that this house is already ours then it could happen tomorrow and it's not

My business how? Because right now, already, I'm human. In my head, I'm going, it couldn't happen tomorrow. It could not happen tomorrow because we do not have enough money. We're not ready. We're this, we're that. We're so far away. Again, that is my perception. And if that is my perception, it is going to be far away because I'm not in a state of receiving. I'm not in a state of believing that it is already ours, that it is already mine.

So I really hope that this can be inspiring for you in knowing that it is only you in the way of your biggest dreams. If you perceive your dreams as big and hard to achieve, they are big and hard to achieve. If you perceive your dreams as easy and fun and effortless, they are easy and fun and effortless. And if you really get your head around, you attracting your dreams is just energy, attracting energy that it literally could happen in a split second, then oh my God, how exciting is that?

Living Joyfully While Manifesting

Manifest something that you believe is fun and easy and effortless to attract for you. And when you manifest it just like that, you will show yourself how powerful and how easy it actually can be. Then you'll remind yourself that you know that the universe and the law of attraction

doesn't work with big and small, doesn't work with time. It's just energy, attracting energy. And if you can attract that one thing, you can attract another, but you have to change the way you look at things. You have to change your perception. So let's talk about another way that we can speed up our manifestations. So very often we will set these goals and these manifestations and we will put our happiness aside until we receive that thing. A lot of the time we can say things to ourselves like, I will be confident when I'm this,

amount on the scales. I will be happy when I have this much in my bank account. I will feel loved when I have a partner that, you know, shows me unconditional love. However, what we're doing then is we're putting conditions on our happiness and in that space and time between asking for our desire and receiving it, we are not enjoying the process. The manifestation that we manifest will not be that of good energy. It will be that of needy, unhappy energy because in the process we were unhappy, we were needy, we were waiting for something, we were desperate, we were kind of manic manifesting. When we're manic manifesting, we're forcing it instead of allowing.

I love the quote in between striving for our goals is this thing called life, which has to be lived and enjoyed. So we want to remember that while we're working toward something, even if we are in the state of receiving, so we're in the state of receiving, we believe that this thing that we want is ours. It feels so good. We feel abundant, whatever it is, we're in alignment.

We need to then distract ourselves to stay in alignment because what often happens is a couple of weeks pass and maybe our manifestation hasn't materialized and we start thinking, why? We start searching for reasons as to why and how we can fix it. We get in the way of the universe's plan. We start blocking our manifestations from coming in. So what we wanna do is we wanna distract ourselves with things that are bound to make us feel good.

in that time between asking for our desire and receiving it. So what is something you can do that you know is going to make you happy? Is it spending time with family? Is it going to the beach? Is it listening to podcasts? Fill your time with things that you know will raise your vibration. If your vibration is high, if you are feeling grateful, if you are feeling happy, if you are feeling optimistic, safe, all of those things, you are on the frequency of

those energies and it is very likely that what you want is sitting on a good frequency because we are often

of course, manifesting good things that are sitting on a high frequency. So distractions, distract yourself, remind yourself to enjoy the process of getting to where you want to be. The card I pulled from my deck this morning was the Relax and Enjoy card, and it was such a beautiful reminder and so needed. And the affirmation was, I am able to relax and enjoy where I am and the process of getting to where I want to be.

Visualizing Positive Outcomes

And I loved that so much and it's exactly what I needed to hear because we are able to relax and enjoy this life that we have been given in the process of getting to where we want to be. So we're thankful for what we have now and we're thankful for what is coming in as well. That is powerful and we know how powerful gratitude is.

So also in that space between asking for what you want and receiving what you want, I really encourage you to have fun with your visualizations where instead of going to what could go wrong and how is this actually going to materialize if your dream seems almost impossible because sometimes we are dreaming things that we perceive as big.

I urge you to visualize all of the things that could go right and not just the things that could go right. And I'm not saying you have to get stuck in the how here. I'm not saying visualize the process of how this is all going to work out. Like let's say if you're going for a promotion, okay, well that lady's going on maternity leave and then this one's

gonna move into her position and then I'll move in that way. That's how it's gonna work. I'm not saying get in the way of the universe's process there. I'm saying the end result of what it is that you want. You have this idea of what you want. But what if it could be even better?

even more exciting, even bigger. Have fun with your visualizations. What you are doing then is you are really feeling into Gabby Bernstein's affirmation that is, I accept this or something even better. So let's say if you want this new job, right? You are manifesting this job at this certain company because it pays more and it's closer to home, right?

Well, visualize that and feel that, get into the feeling, see it, believe it, do all of the things, but then maybe visualize something that could be even better. Well, actually, maybe instead of that job, you get a job in New York because you really want to travel. Not only is it paid more, you get put up in accommodation.

You also meet the love of your life there. You are enjoying this job so much that you end up meeting your idol at work and then they offer you another job where you get to work with them. Why does that have to be so far-fetched? Because it's your perception that that is so big and so exciting and probably not going to happen.

And then another one, okay, maybe that was one visualization that you had and it felt really good and felt really exciting. And when you come out of that visualization, don't let yourself stoop down to the reality that you are living now where you have no job, for example. Allow those feelings to sit in your chest, in your mind, in your soul, in your body, in your heart and relish in it.

Feel it, let the good vibrations roll. Then maybe you have another visualization where you do get a job at the company that you're asking for but it's a different role that fulfills you in a way that you could have never imagined and you end up meeting your best friend and then you and this best friend actually start your own company and then it blows up and you start to travel the world in that way. There are so many possibilities

But we have to be open to them and we have to believe that we're worthy and deserving. And we have to remember that the law of attraction doesn't care what it's giving you, but you may perceive something as hard or big or, you know, whatever it is. So have fun and imagine the abundance of possibilities that are available to you. Okay. Some other ways to speed up your manifestations. Utilize the time when you are feeling really bloody incredible.

when you are having those days where you're just in alignment, when things are flowing, when music sounds really good, when food tastes extra good, things might happen around you that would usually annoy you, but they just don't bother you, utilize that good energy to visualize what it is that you want.

and feel it and see it because you are at such a powerful state of attracting, you want to use it to your advantage. Also utilizing the time just before you fall to sleep. Now I don't know too much about the

science around the theta, I never know how to say it, theta state, but it's the time just before you go to sleep when you are basically in a meditative state and your subconscious is very alert to what is happening, but you are in like a sleepy state. That state is really powerful. So if you can try to say your mantras or visualize what it is that you want,

when you are in that really relaxed theta state, I think I'm saying that right, do it. So utilize that time. Also, first thing when you get up, utilize that time as well because you could be in a similar state, you may as well give it a go.

Spiritual Work and Guidance Signs

Another thing that I encourage you to do, which will definitely speed up your manifestations is to do the spiritual work. So do your meditations, listen to a spiritual self-development podcast like this one.

Do your journaling, do your card pulls. Get yourself in a closer state to you than ever before. Connected with your higher self, with your higher powers.

feeling that flow. When we are in that flow, that's when we're attracting signs and coincidences and synchronicities. Well, we are always attracting them, but that's when we are noticing them, which can also help speed up your manifestations because if we are asking for a sign like, am I on the right path? Or can you please send me a lady beetle if my manifestation is on its way and you start seeing lady beetles everywhere? It is so comforting to know that you are being guided and yes, it is coming.

So stay in that place of trust and faith. Trust and faith is one of the biggest things here. Trusting that in divine timing, and I know this can kind of be frustrating to hear because sometimes we don't want divine timing. We want it now. But all of these things that I'm saying, I really do believe can speed up the divine timing process. And if something really isn't right for you, it won't, it won't happen. But if something is really right for you, it won't miss you.

And I know that what I said just then, just now, in saying that if something really isn't right for you, it won't happen, or it will happen and you'll be taught some lessons. I know that can be frustrating and kind of scary and a little bit negative to hear, but it's not because it always brings us redirection and other positive things. With my own example is my whole acting story where for so long I was forcing something that was not meant to be.

And when I finally let go and trusted the process, that's when my life changed for the better in ways that I never ever ever could have imagined. Language, Energy, and Affirmations

to work. Not only is this a really simple change, but it's really, really powerful because not only is it something that you are saying, it's something that you are affirming. And when you are affirming, oh, I have to exercise or I have to go to work, you are in a low vibration. You are feeling restricted. It's something that you don't want to do. You are seeing yourself at work and not enjoying it. You are

expecting negative things to happen at work or you're expecting dreading the drive to the gym, whatever it is. So then you are bringing that negative energy into your life. Whereas if you say, I get to, all of a sudden it feels lighter, it feels nicer and your body and your vibration and your energy is feeding off this statement that you are saying to yourself, I get to go exercise.

Because I have legs that work. I have money to get this gym membership. And then all of a sudden you're thinking of all the positive reasons as to why you get to exercise. So really simple changes can create really positive change. Another one will be focusing on what you do have rather than what you don't have. Very often we focus on the lack of instead of the abundance of. What about all of the things in your life that are good?

all of the things in your life that are supportive, that make you smile, that make you happy, rather than all of the things that you are waiting for, that you don't have. It really does change things. Again, when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. When you do the spiritual work that I'm talking about, that is when you change little pathways in your brain and your soul just becomes lighter and happier.

That is when external things change in accordance with your energy and your vibration. If you change things internally, things externally change and it can happen so, so quickly because like I said again, it's just energy attracting energy. This is not something that you have to wait months and months or years and years for.

So that kind of decluttering your mind kind of comes under like meditation and journaling, going for a walk, whatever it is you need to do. But decluttering your physical space, let's say that you are manifesting a beautiful relationship, a partner, right?

Well, you better make room in your wardrobe if you're wanting this person to move in and you're wanting this, you know, real relationship that ends in a marriage and not ends in a marriage. That doesn't sound right. Like, you get married and it's great. You know what I mean.

So declutter your wardrobe and make room for this person to have a little space in your wardrobe. Do you sleep in the middle of your bed, like all stretched out? Well, maybe, you know, I know this doesn't really come under declutter, but it's making room for what you want to materialize. Start sleeping on one side of the bed because you are making room for this person to come into your life. Decluttering your physical space as well, just in the sense of cleaning up, lighting some incense.

you will feel a sense of pride and accomplishment knowing that you've done that and what you do when you are feeling accomplished is you're raising your vibration. What you do when you are raising your vibration is you are allowing the universe to work with you and bring your desire or something better to you because you are at the vibration where you are able to receive

other things, people, circumstances, opportunities vibrating on that same frequency as well. Are you getting to where I'm going here? So these little things that you can do and change in your everyday life actually make room for what it is.

Not sweating the small stuff is a really big one and I might do a whole episode on this, but so often as humans we can take something small and our anxiety can step in, our fear can step in, preconceived beliefs can step in, where we make that small thing huge, we presume in our head where it will go, where it will end and all of a sudden we have created this

huge complication in our mind of how it's going to end up. And we know that our mind cannot tell the difference between what we are imagining and what we are seeing and experiencing in real life. So let's say that a small thing happens, like we don't receive a text back from a friend.

Right and all of a sudden we are thinking back to something we said two years ago that may have hurt their feelings and all of a sudden we think that they hate us and they have remembered that thing and we have created this situation in our minds but

The thing is our mind can't tell that that situation is not actually happening in our physical reality. So we are lowering our vibration and our mind and our soul and body and vibration and everything is believing that that is happening in real life. And if that is happening in real life, we are feeling yucky. We're feeling scared. We're feeling vulnerable, whatever it is. And that's what we will attract right back.

Same goes for let's say that you apply for a job and you haven't heard back and all of a sudden you start to think that the world is against you and we're taking these small things. I know that some of these things can seem big as well, but essentially if you're going to forget about it in a couple of days or a couple of weeks or even a couple of months, it's a small thing and it does not deserve the time and space in your mind in that moment because you will not be enjoying that moment, but also because by giving attention to these small things instead of just letting them go,

You are allowing your energy to lower, therefore you are getting in the way of manifesting your desires. Okay, I wanna finish on when we are asking for something, right? When we are manifesting something, we ask the universe.

Trusting the Manifestation Process

I want you to imagine that you are placing an order online or you're in a restaurant and you ask for something. You just trust that that meal is going to come to you, right? Or you trust that your online order will come to you at some stage in the mail.

We might have some limiting beliefs around, Oh God, they've forgotten my meal or, you know, it's gotten lost in the post. But you know what I mean? When we place an order, we know that something is coming and we trust that it is coming in some way, shape or form. We want to treat the universe the same. When we ask for something, we need to get into this place of full, complete trust and faith that this thing in its right time that we perceive time is coming to us.

How we utilize our time is up to us. Haley Hoffman Smith talks about this analogy where let's say you've just put some water on the stove to boil, you're making pasta, and you stand there staring at the water for the five or 10 minutes that it takes to boil.

That time, that five or ten minutes will be quite frustrating, quite boring and quite agonizing if you're standing there waiting for it to boil and it will feel like quite a drag. Whereas if instead you go and listen to a podcast that uplifts you or if you go and do some cleaning that makes you feel accomplished, that time will feel good and uplifting and then all of a sudden your water is boiled.

So you get to choose how you utilize your time. You get to choose how you utilize your time in between asking for what it is that you want and receiving what it is that you want. So choose to use that time as good time. You are not putting everything on hold until you get this goal or get this manifestation. If you were doing that, what you were saying to the universe is I am depending my whole life and my whole happiness on this one thing happening.
