In today’s episode, I wrap up my entire tour experience ~ all the shows, all the moments, all the feelings that came with it.

OH MY GOSH, I did it - it was incredible, my Smilies it was so incredible to meet you, the energy at each show was electric! It was honestly just all amazing! Thank you for all the support, its been such a long journey that you all have been on the ride for, and what a ride it was!

I share what the lead-up to the tour was really like for me, emotionally and mentally, and how much was going on behind the scenes that I didn’t always show.

A big part of this episode focuses on the Gold Coast show, where I really felt myself spiralling in real time. Allowing moments of self doubt and insecurity wash over me about things I couldn’t control. It pulled me out of presence and into my head in a way I didn’t fully expect.

I also open up about forgetting parts of the show and the pressure I put on myself in those moments. It was a real lesson in how easy it is to turn on yourself when things don’t feel perfect.

But I also talk about the shift I had to make ~ choosing to come back to myself, to the room, and to the reminder that no one knows the “perfect” version of the show except me. It became about not letting self-sabotage take over, and learning to anchor back into what was actually happening in front of me.

Across the tour as a whole, there were so many highs, so many learning moments, and so much growth I didn’t fully realise until now.

This episode is proudly sponsored by My Jewellery Shop [https://myjewelleryshop.com.au/?srsltid=AfmBOopggI56V2GC_HSrRocuVY04NStE_bpvpAbnAc0XvRIvX5HKBocU], and also marks our partnership sponsorship for the tour.
Special thanks to Sarah Rachel Makeup [https://www.sarahrachaelmakeup.com/] for my gorgeous makeup and hair for the Gold Coast show ~ she was incredible.

This episode is your reminder…

That even in moments of self-doubt, you can come back to presence.
That you are allowed to not be perfect.
And that the way you speak to yourself in those moments matters more than anything else.

Post in the community!!!

If you’ve been following along this tour, I’d love to hear what resonated with you the most.

Have you ever caught yourself spiralling in a moment and had to bring yourself back?

Share with me in the Smilie community ~ I’m reading everything

I DID IT! My Live Tour is Complete, and here is the tea ☕

In today’s episode, I open up about my anxiety as my live tour creeps closer ~ we are officially only days away!!!! As always, I share what’s been going on behind the scenes, why I haven’t been showing up as consistently as I’d like, and what’s been on my heart during this lead-up.

I also chat about the exciting plans I have for the podcast in the second half of this year… there is so much magic coming ✨

Then, we let the oracle cards take the lead for this episode and they knew EXACTLY what we needed to hear.

The cards we pulled:
Be Fearlessly You - It's time to become fearlessly you. This is the most powerful step you can take toward living your best life.
Let It Out - You feelings need to be felt, acknowledged and talked about with a trusted person or professional. A positive mindset isn't always achievable.
I Am Brave - With confidence, I am able to speak my truth and take a leap of faith. I trust that I am protected.
Believe - I believe that I am worthy and deserving of all the good that is coming my way. Thank you for waves of prosperity, I am ready.

This episode is your reminder to show up as your true self, to feel what needs to be felt, and to trust that you are supported as you step into your next level.

JOURNAL PROMPTS

 * Who are you today?
 * Who are you wanting to show up as?
 * How are you wanting to feel?
 * What do you feel you need to be happy?
 * What is success to you?

I finish the episode talking about how disconnected I had felt from my old self. I had a breakthrough with my psychologist and it could not have come at a better time - just before my first show! When you go from maiden to mother, you are born again as a new person. And I feel like I am only now rediscovering parts of myself.

Post in the community!!! Who resonated with this episode? What are you manifesting? The cards were all about speaking your truth, so I encourage you to come to the Smilie community and LET IT OUT!

Let the magic begin,
Cleo xx

The Oracle Cards Led Today's Podcast and OFFT! A very clear message for you all....

In this episode, I’m opening up about a month where things didn’t quite go to plan. I’ve experienced rejection, opportunities falling apart, and moments where I could have easily slipped into doubt. But instead of seeing these moments as things going wrong, I’ve been asking a very different question…

What if this is happening for me?

What if the right person is about to appear?

What if a better opportunity is on its way?

What if this moment of resistance is actually an invitation to expand?

We dive into the power of reframing the challenges in our lives and how the energy we bring to our dreams can either push them away… or magnetise them toward us.

I also talk about:

✨ Where resistance might be showing up in your life ~ and how to shift your perspective

✨ Why the energy of desperation repels what we want (and how to play a little “hard to get” with your dreams)

✨ Why we shouldn’t chase our dreams just to feel something ~ we need to embody the feeling first

✨ The difference between a higher power and your higher self

✨ How expanding your life sends a powerful signal to the universe that you’re ready for more

✨ And I share the oracle cards I pulled for the year and how they’re already unfolding in the most magical ways

If things haven’t been going the way you hoped lately, this episode is here to remind you that you still get to choose your story.

Let the magic begin.

What If Things Falling Apart Is Actually Things Falling Into Place?

Today’s episode is a powerful one! I’m joined by the beautiful Rochelle Fox ~ founder of Mindspo and a woman who is doing truly transformative work in the world of meditation, manifestation, and reconnecting with your inner voice.

What I love most about Rochelle’s work is that it comes from lived experience. Her journey into meditation wasn’t just curiosity or trend-based spirituality. It came from navigating deep anxiety, trauma, and eventually being diagnosed with PTSD. She shares so openly about how suppressed trauma showed up in her life ~ hypervigilance, attachment, wearing a mask, people-pleasing, even lying in certain situations because she never truly felt safe.

She describes having an inner voice that felt like “the meanest girl in school” constantly in her ear… and how meditation quite literally changed her life.

In this episode, we talk about:

 * Following your true calling and going off the “script” society hands you
 * How anxiety can sometimes disguise itself as intuition (and how to tell the difference)
 * A powerful story about listening to intuitive nudges
 * The role of EFT and shamanic shaking ~ and how animals naturally shake after life-threatening experiences (and how we can relate that to modern stress like emails, bills, and pressure)
 * Rochelle’s road to being diagnosed with PTSD and how that awareness shifted everything
 * How manifestation isn’t just mindset ~ it’s alignment between your body and your mind
 * What to do when your manifestations haven’t materialised after months
 * How to step into the version of you who already has the life you desire

We also dive into a really magnetic chapter of Rochelle’s life in Budapest, where she felt deeply aligned, spacious, and in flow ~ and how that version of her was able to manifest with ease compared to times she felt blocked or contracted.

If you’ve ever struggled with a loud inner critic, felt disconnected from your intuition, or wondered why your manifestations aren’t landing… this episode is for you!

In this episode, I’m taking you right behind the scenes of the Pass Around the Smile tour.....the magic, the momentum, and honestly… the many, MANY challenges that came up for me in January.

I’m sharing the real emotional rollercoaster of bringing this dream to life... the excitement, the fear, the self-doubt, and the moments where I questioned everything. This is a raw recap of what it looks like when you’re expanding, even when it feels uncomfortable.

We then dive deep into frequency and vibration — the true drivers of manifestation. I break down how the beliefs we repeatedly feed (often without realising it) keep us stuck in negative, stagnant cycles… and how shifting what we feed our mind and nervous system can completely change the reality we experience.

We talk about:

 * How we let our current reality control us — when reality is actually shaped by our perception
 * How we unknowingly create distance between ourselves and our desires
 * Why feeling the emotions of your dream before it happens is so powerful
 * The difference between hoping and truly believing with conviction
 * Overthinking, self-sabotage, and the Law of Rhythm
 * And a very personal realisation: how constantly telling people how scared I was of this tour was actually blocking what I was trying to manifest

This episode is for you if you feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but still feel stuck… or if you’re on the edge of something big and fear keeps creeping in. ✨

Let the magic begin,
Cleo xx

2026 Star Sign Readings ~ Your Yearly Affirmation & Oracle Message

Honour YOU by giving yourself 3 days to transform your mindset, reset your nervous system and manifest your dreams in 2026. P.s. you only need less than an hour each day for 3 days! And I promise you, the shifts will be huge and instant! I’m so excited!

In this episode, I’m joined by my beautiful mum for an open, and thought provoking chat. Together, we pulled questions from The Imperfects’ Vulnerability House Cards, and wow, they have goooood questions.

We answer:

💭 What would you tell someone you once knew who has now passed away?

💭 What triggers anxiety in you?

💭 What fear would you like to be free of?

💭 How would you like to be a better person?

💭 In what ways do you fear you could negatively impact your children?

This conversation spans so many areas of life, from anxiety and fear, to boundaries, confrontation, protecting your energy, talking to loved ones who’ve passed, and how we can become better, kinder, more grounded humans.

It’s a heart-to-heart filled with vulnerability, laughter, and plenty of honesty. I’m so grateful to have shared this one with my mum, and I hope it encourages you to reflect, open up, and maybe even have one of these deep chats with someone you love.

Anxiety, Fear, Love & Growth Ft. My Mum

In this episode, I’m sharing one of my recent realisations….the magic we crave isn’t something we wait for, it’s something we create. And when we make that decision, the universe responds.

I talk about my birthday and how I made it my mission to notice and celebrate every little moment…. the tiny things that made the day feel magical. Then I realised… why don’t we do this every day? It’s our perception that alters our energy, and that energy dictates what we manifest.

I also reflect on my 32nd year and read something I came across on social media and found SO powerful:

“What a privilege to be tired from the work you once begged the universe for. What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by the growth you used to dream about, what a privilege to be challenged by a life you created on purpose, and what a privilege to outgrow things you used to settle for.’

This episode is full of stories, lessons, and synchronicities, from manifesting my incredible tour manager Ainslee (who was manifesting me too!), to the moment I switched from fear to trust and watched the ideas, help, and inspiration start flowing through others around me. IT’S AN EXCITING ONE!

I also share a story which reminds us that often the help we’ve been asking for has already arrived, just not in the way we expected.

This episode is a reminder that…
✨ You don’t have to wait for miracles, you can create them.
✨ It gets to be easy, it gets to come through others, and it gets to feel good.
✨ The Universe responds when you choose to create the magic instead of waiting for it.
✨ Abundance of opportunities, great people, experiences, travel, money ~ it’s all there, you just have to be open to receiving it. How? I tell you in the ep!

Whether you’re manifesting a big dream or just trying to bring more joy into your daily life, this episode will inspire you to shift your perspective, open up to help, and start building your own magic today.

Coming into 2026, I want this episode to feel inspiring and exciting. I want you to (and you can) create positive change in 2026. I want it to be a year of expansion for you, and IT CAN BE! How exciting is that?! I have so many episodes you can scroll back and listen to, and loads of helpful resources and magical products on my store, passaroundthesmile.com [http://passaroundthesmile.com/]

And keep an eye out for my new year course! A 3 Day Manifestation Online Course which will be PACKED with resources, meditations & rituals to help create a magical start to your year. I will announce this soon. Make sure you are subscribed to passaroundthesmile.com [http://passaroundthesmile.com/]’s email list!

Let the magic, begin!
