I couldn’t be more excited to share this episode with you! Ryan Shelton has been on the top of my guest wish list since I started Pass Around the Smile. His episode on the Imperfects Podcast on Shame, Jealousy and Purpose changed my life. And today, I hope this episode can have a similar effect on my beautiful community!

Ryan and I have a very open, casual, yet vulnerable conversation about the struggles we have both faced within the film and television industry. Trusting the Process: EFT, NLP & Manifesting with Reese Evans from YES SUPPLY

In this vulnerable episode, I share a moment I’m not proud of ~ a quiet judgement I made about someone else that caught me off guard. But instead of pushing it away, I looked at it closely… and realised it had nothing to do with them, and everything to do with a fear I hadn’t fully healed in myself. With a focus on social media, in this episode I chat about the pressure we feel as a society to prove to others that we are 'happy' or 'successful,' or looking and feeling good. However what I've learned, is that success doesn't have to look loud. When I felt into this ~ the need to prove to others how 'well' I was doing melted away. It allowed me to breathe, the pressure melted away and I started becoming  enjoying my life a lot more! 

This episode is also for anyone who’s ever felt irrelevant, behind, or like their best achievements are already behind them. I explore how we measure our worth by the last “big thing” we did, and how that pressure to constantly top ourselves keeps us stuck in self-doubt.

We also dive into;
~ The freedom that comes when we understand our projections
~ Why we over-explain and justify ourselves when we’re feeling unworthy
~ How letting go of the need to prove our success to others brings a refreshing, peaceful energy.

10 Minute Meditation for Clarity, Peace, Motivation & Manifestation  

Hello my Smilie’s, I want this episode to inspire you to do a little ritual for yourself, made up of whatever spiritual/self development practices are right for you. On March 20, which happened to be the Equinox in the Astrological world, I did the most healing, magical ritual and in this episode I share with you exactly what I did. I was so excited because this ritual was not only healing for me, it brought so much clarity, peace and enlightenment, and it reminded me of the power that we humans hold!

We are constantly looking elsewhere, outside of ourselves for answers, guidance and direction ~ but the answers are already within you. And you have access to them now.

One thing I did which I think is really important - is I released the pressure. I was not doing this ritual with a goal of feeling completely healed, I wasn’t aiming for closure, or perfection, I was just doing it to experience and allow myself some ‘spiritual’ me time. It’s amazing what can happen when you release the pressure.

In this episode I share some powerful techniques and exercises that you can do yourself the next time you sit down to meditate, journal and do your oracle card readings. JUST WAIT until you hear about the oracle cards I pulled, and how my yearly spread for the months Jan, Feb and March have aligned so ridiculously well.

I dug deep in this episode, reading out some personal segments in my journal. I felt pulled to do this, so you could see just how powerful journaling can be.

To be completely honest, I was dreading doing this ritual! I was scared of disappointing myself, I was afraid of reliving parts of my life that were so life changing and I didn’t want to feel uncomfortable. But wow, when you allow yourself the space and time to this, the universe and your angels finally have a chance to connect with you ~ and what comes with that connection, is everything!

The Ritual That Brought Me Peace & Enlightenment and How You Can Do It To!

HELLO MY SMILIES! In this episode, we dive deep into The Art of Allowing ~ the powerful practice of surrendering, letting go of control, and getting out of our own way. When we learn to truly allow, we become magnets for miracles, effortlessly attracting what is meant for us.

In this ep, I also explore the concept of expanding time. Lately, I’ve been feeling like time is moving too fast, and I’ve become conscious of my desire to slow it down. But here’s the magic ~ when we allow ourselves space and time to simply be, that’s when the signs, synchronicities, and coincidences appear to guide us forward.

By shifting our perception of time and releasing the limiting belief of “I don’t have enough time,” we not only create more mental space but also physical space ~ allowing room for the universe to bring us new opportunities, people, and experiences.

So, ask yourself: Are you truly moving forward, or just moving?

I also touch on the importance of resting before you actually need it. Rest isn’t just a reward for hard work—it’s a prerequisite for alignment.

I close the episode with a few powerful questions for reflection:

✨ Am I taking action from a place of trust, or from the fear of not having enough?

✨ Who am I without the next goal?

✨ What do I need to release to allow the next level to come to me with ease?

✨ Where can I do less and receive more?

The Power of Water, Energy & The Mind & Body Connection with Holistic Psychotherapist Sianai Hadley 

In this episode, I open up about how, in January, I found myself being quite unkind to myself, often in ways I didn’t even notice at first. This realisation sparked an idea for this episode. Hehe, something good did come out of it! 

We all know that when we’re in a negative rut, we can self-sabotage in obvious ways. But what about the subtle, everyday ways we’re unkind to ourselves...the thoughts, habits, and small self-criticisms that feel so natural, we don’t even question them? Because they’re hard to identify, we rarely make an effort to change them. They almost feel like a part of us.

I hope this episode helps you cultivate more kindness and compassion for yourself. We often fail to give ourselves patience and grace...whether we’re struggling with something personal, feeling unmotivated at work, or dealing with hormones. Some of what I share comes from my own experience, and some from research, but what I’ve learned is that we all do this in one way or another.

These “small” moments of self-neglect aren’t so small after all. They build up over time, affecting our self-esteem, happiness, and even our physical well-being leading to stress headaches, anxiety in the chest, or that uncomfortable feeling in the tummy Yet, we rarely pause to work on these things because we assume they’re just a normal part of life. The good news is, they don’t have to be. I hope that thought is refreshing to hear for you!
