Hello and welcome back to another Pass Around the Smile episode. This episode is another meditation. It is a powerful affirmation meditation, and this can of course be done as a normal meditation, as you're sitting or lying down, shutting your eyes in your special Zen space. But it can also be used as kind of like a background track when you are cooking or when you're driving, as long as you're focusing on your driving still, of course. It can also be done while you're walking, which I know many of you will be really excited about.

I just haven't had the complete inspiration to do so yet and I want to save my energy to make it really, really good. This meditation in particular is also really powerful when you are falling asleep because your subconscious mind will become really alert to the affirmations that repeat and will soak in how they need to.
