Latoya's Personal Journey Through Abuse

I was young. And I had already experienced sexual molestation in elementary school and sexual assaults outside of school in other different areas um and other experiences.

So when I share what happened going into the domestic violence relationship, I described myself as prime target. And I think this description is really important. Right.

for women who have gone through this and who are healing because there is still an element of that a lot of women are healing through in that they feel like somehow... it was their fault or somehow they're still carrying the guilt.

Maybe it wasn't their fault, but now they are unworthy of love. They're unworthy of moving forward. They're unworthy of luxurious, juicy relationships.

And part of it is because of this element. And so it's really important to this description. I was prime target. I was targeted by this individual, right?

Because of my experience, um because of the abuse, because of the molestation, i really had a low self-worth. So I was not decisively, but passively, sexually promiscuous.

I was desperately looking for love And I was just wanting to feel valued, just wanting to feel appreciated. I'm really not wanting to go into the depths of the story. If you are wanting more details, you can go into, i think, episode one where I share my life or episode two.

What I am wanting to say is this. I, like many, many, many women, gave gave my all. I spent my last dimes and dimes I didn't have on this person.

Clothes, computer, and computers were still you know kind of new coming on the scene at the time. um So it was a used computer for sure. But clothes, computer, phone bill, electricity, rent, his beer, his cigarettes, his trips to the club, to the Cape, where he was...

you know, cheating on me and being with other women, to music studios, insurance on the beater car that I bought.
Self-Worth Beyond External Circumstances

All of this I did to feel loved and valued.

And he took all of it while telling me that I would never be loved, that I was unlovable, that I was ugly, that I was stupid, that I was useless.

And the crazy thing is that I believed it.

And actually, there wasn't much in my life telling me otherwise. And this is really important because a lot of us particularly women, goddesses in our own right, make the judgment of our worth and our value based on context, based on what's happening around us, based on material and physical happenings, happenstances, circumstances. circumstances

And then we make, we develop our beliefs about ourselves, about our value, about our worth, based on what we see.
Rediscovering the Capacity for Love

I remember sitting in a psychiatric hospital for suicidal behaviors, and this was a couple years earlier than the domestic violent relationship. And I remember thinking, I no longer have the capacity to love myself.

Not only am I not loved, but I don't have the capacity to love anymore either. I don't even believe in what this thing they call love. I no longer believed in what I thought was this fantasy thing that they call love. It was so painful.

And yet nothing could be further from the truth. I love, I love a lot. I love deeply. i love immensely.

love for no damn reason. i go, i travel to so many different countries and experience so many different different cultures and I'm like, oh my God, I love these people.

I love joyfully. Like it fills my cheeks up with sunshine smiles when I am vibrating at my highest peaks of love frequency. When I tell my clients, I love you, or I'm in my group, the the collective, the goddess collective, and I'm like, I love you. And I'm sending hugs.

I mean that shit. Like I really love love. I love because I am love.

I, like you, swim in an ocean of love frequency. That love substance that is all around me.
Love as Universal Essence

And I'll get to that a little bit more in a minute. But you and i by definition of being energy... We are love. And at our highest vibrations, we are love frequency. I am love.

There is a substance of love within you and I, and that makes up the substance all around us. The oneness. the universal grid, some call source, some call God, some split into various gods.

I hold space for it all, believe me. But it is love and you are made up of that same substance. It's beyond lines on a graph that flow from our brain waves and our heart waves.

OK, so now once you really practice sitting in your core essence, connecting with your sovereignty, and moving in your core source of love, unfiltered, undefined, uncategorized, unjudged.

Love's Influence on Wealth Consciousness
