Stop Waiting for the Right Time

Fear of being seen comes from somewhere. Hesitating to press the publish button, delaying and delaying the live stream, terrified to record if you're not in your make-up, finding every justifiable reason and excuse not to take a photo ... these are all from the visibility wound. You can change that. You can heal from that. You are worth more.

Let's talk about it.

Healing the Visibility Wound & Why It Matters

We keep talking about breaking generational patterns like it's a mindset shift. It's not. It's a subconscious code, written in ancestral, religious, cultural, and societal programming, running your wealth, your purpose, your relationships, your sex life, without your permission.

In this episode, we go past the mantras and the motivation and into what actually overrides the code: clearing the mental fog blocking your progress, supporting the body that's doing the heavy lifting of change, and finding the courage to become the one who breaks the cycle,  even when it means walking alone for a while.

In this episode, you'll learn:

 * Why breaking generational patterns takes more than mindset work — it takes overriding the actual code
 * The "brain fog" that shows up as writer's block in your life, and how to clear it
 * What your body actually needs to support you through deep, lasting change
 * Why courage — not confidence — is the real requirement for becoming the one who breaks the pattern
 * Three simple, often-overlooked places to start today

If you've done the workshops, the therapy, the journaling, and you're still bumping up against the same old script, this one's for you. Time to override the code.

Rewrite Your Old Scripts: Breaking Generational Patterns at the Code Level

Imposter syndrome isn't about confidence. It's the fear of believing in yourself. Here's how to release it and make your mind up for good.

What if it's not the fear of failure or the fear of success that's running your life. What at the root, it’s the fear of believing in yourself? In this episode, we go straight into the root of imposter syndrome and self-doubt: the quiet fear that if you fully believed in your own power, you'd have to face being wrong, being seen, or not having the impact you thought you had. We unpack the fear code keeping spiritually awake women playing small, the gap between your infinite potential and your right-now reality, and how to make your mind up about who you are regardless of the metrics, the numbers, or who's watching.

In this episode, you'll learn:

 * Why imposter syndrome and self-doubt are really about the fear of believing in yourself
 * The difference between fear of success, fear of visibility, and this deeper root fear
 * How ancestral wounds around being seen, heard, and valued show up in your everyday self-doubt
 * Why releasing over-attachment to metrics and "proof" is the real path to confidence
 * A powerful mindset shift, inspired by Rosa Parks, to diminish fear for good

If you've ever felt like a fraud even when you're doing the damn work — this episode is your permission slip to stop waiting for proof and start making your mind up.

Confronting The Fear of Believing In Yourself: Healing Imposter Syndrome & Self-Doubt at the Root

If your body's been acting like you failed or you sometimes deal with that, this one's for you. In this episode, we get real about the difference between a failure mindset and the actual fear of failure, and why confusing the two keeps you stuck in shame you were never meant to carry. This isn't spiritual bypassing.  It's a raw, honest look at what failure really is (and isn't), backed by wisdom from some of the greats of our time.

In this episode, you'll learn:

 * The real difference between feeling like a failure and the fear of failure, and why the distinction changes everything
 * Why "false evidence appearing real" doesn't cut it, and what fear actually is
 * How to stop letting a failure mindset define your identity
 * A body-based practice (the 4D's) to detach and release the story before it becomes who you think you are
 * How to give yourself the grace no one else gave you

If you've ever laid awake replaying what went wrong, this episode will help you come home to your power. You are not your outcomes.

"What the hell am I Doing?": Why this feeling happens and what to do about it

What if timeline shifting wasn't a spiritual achievement or something you had to work at? What if it was just a decision? My daughter figured that out before I could overthink it. On this episode of Freed and Powered Up, we're getting playful, getting real, and getting you actually moving into the life you keep saying you want. Less ceremony. More shifting.

Shifting Timelines is Easier Than You Think!

You were handed a script you never auditioned for and they've been counting on you to perform it perfectly ever since. My good friend and expert guest Charmaine Diallo founder of Recall Truth, are pulling back the curtain on the programming used to keep women small, and checking in with ....

 * The threatening programming we need to talk to our daughters about
 * Why the Divine masculine is needed to fix some things and reshape the balance
 * Why your sexuality is a threat and played on to keep you in roles you didn’t ask for
 * Why perfectionism in your role is a form of control and strips you of your safety
 * Is it ok to not be nurturing? Are you still a woman? Still motherly?
 * What is your worth as a woman tied to? Cooking, having children, something else?
 * Where Parental control is coming from in many cases
 * Who’s gaze might you be performing to and what to ask yourself to let that go
 * Where you get to adopt some more “who cares” energy!
 * Why it’s time to create your own table
 * “Go ahead and walk off the witness stand”
