And what I know is, and what I teach is universal law is always in effect, right? Universal law is always in effect. And so I i feel it's been taught wrong, right, that we we we have to activate universal law or we have to you know magnify universal law. no Universal law is always in effect because it is law.

Right. It is law throughout the universe. So cause and effect is universal law. and It has come through so many schools of thought. Right. What goes around comes around. You know um what you you you reap what you sow. Right. And all of those
Power of Living in the Now

And so we have been dealing with how do we move in flow with, how do we move in alignment with this universal law that is um in a way that it is for our highest and best good? Because we are always living in universal law of cause and effect.

What happens though is that sometimes we're living, accepting, um embracing the effects of the cause that happened in the past. And a lot of times our fear of the future is based on some causes that happened in the past. So what we want to do is live in the now. What we want to do is live in our creative power of causing in the now so that we are reaping the effects, right, of what we're sowing right now. And it requires that we live in the now. It requires that we really, truly embrace

embody, tap into that source energy that is within you, that creative energy that is within you in this zero point of right now. Right. Fear of judgment, fear of um criticism, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of, right, um death, fear of the ending of something.

Fear of the unknown. And so we've allowed fear to come into our lives and stagnate us and cause us to procrastinate and cause us to do a lot of things. Right. It has become ah a large part of our cause, especially when we're doing with wealth when we're dealing with wealth consciousness.

But what energy is even more powerful in the negative aspect than fear? That's what I want to talk about right now. And that energy is doubt.
Limits of Self-Doubt

Yeah, doubt in all its forms. Doubt that has come in, and then when it has come in, doubt that has transformed into self-doubt. And let me explain why it's a little bit worse than fear, right?

they're both defined as an emotion. They're both defined as a feeling like in its dictionary definition. Right. But doubt is defined as a feeling of uncertainty or lack of conviction. And that's where we want to dig into right now, because there, there is a substance of the energy of both emotions.

They both carry a substance of questioning. Right. And, By definition, if you if there's a lot of question energy in the emotion, then that questioning is eating away at the conviction. And the conviction is what you need to be able to stay in creative power, stay in manifestation power, stay in your groundedness, stay in your purpose. It's required. You need conviction. especially in these times. And you know what's happening right now in the media. You know what's happening in social media. You know what's happening in the political world. You know what's happening right in media. And so it's hyper important. It's vital that we're able to stay grounded, that we're able to stay grounded in what we believe, um our convictions, our purpose to elevate the collective.

So lack of conviction will eat away at your creative power, and your manifestation power. It is stronger than fear. So if we're talking about the energy of questioning, right?

Fear leaves more question. Doubt closes the gap of questioning. And let me explain what I mean by that. Fear gives a little more flexibility. I'm afraid of what they will say.

Right. But there's still space that they may say something fantastic. Right. I'm a fear. I have fear of success that I won't be able to maintain it. but there's still some space that you will be able to maintain it, right?

So this is fear leaves a little more flexibility and therefore is a little easier to work with when you're doing your tapping, when you're doing your manifestation work, when you're activating your reticular activation system, right? When you're visualizing, it leaves a little more space for you to convert the energy of fear into creative power.

Doubt has a little more definition to it. I fear that I won't be able. I doubt that I will be able.

When I say those two phrases, you can feel the difference. You can feel the difference in energy. When you say, I doubt, what you're saying is I lean more to the not be able. I lean more to it's not going to happen for me. I lean more to it probably won't than it probably will. right It leaves a lot less flexibility. So when you are thinking and feeling, even if you don't speak it, this self-doubt

That I promised, or else it wouldn't have come to you. So now the question is, where did the doubt come from? Because where do you get to send it back to, but right? Because we know energy is not destroyed, but we can convert it.

We can transfer it, right? We can transmute it. So I want to ask you, where did the doubt come from? And don't spend a lot of time there because truly at the end of the day, it doesn't matter, right?

It's for awareness so that you may not have to reconnect with where that doubt is coming from. But really what you want to decide is where is that doubt going? Because it can't stay here.

Let me say that again. You get to decide today in your now energy, in your cause and effect energy, where is that doubt going? Because it can't stay here. And when I say here, it can't stay in your heart space. It can't stay in your I am space. It can't even stay in your mental body because it will keep you stuck in like strategy, perfectionism, right? It can't stay there. It can't stay in your energetic field because you're creating from that field.

So where is it going? You get to decide in the right now because as you're deciding right now, doubt cannot stay with me and it cannot stay in me.

Experiences and Conviction

It is important, vital, that you drop into heart space, you drop into solar so plexus space, you drop into conviction.

and you decide within your I am self, you decide with your God energy, you decide with your creative power. This doubt cannot stay with me. Where is it going? Where do I get to transmute it?

A lot of why doubt is so dangerous is because it does carry some of that negative decision, right? It does carry some of that, um the negative decisiveness.

I doubt that I can do this. oh it's just It literally like imagine a sandwich. It eats half of the sandwich of your possibility and your potentiality.

So right now you're listening to this and there's another level of heightened awareness and awakening that's happening. It's vital. However you're experiencing this self-doubt, whether it's comparison as you're reading and you're watching and you're perusing, whether it's healing. Hearing voices that come from your past again, whether it's it has been lodged in your energetic body. And so there's a cellular memory that comes back when you're getting ready to do something new, something exciting, something that's unknown to you. And you're getting ready to step in the path of discomfort because that's what it takes for growth.

Then that self-doubt might surface for you wherever it came from. And then it manifests itself in other symptoms. Self-sabotage. Perfectionism.

Right? I got to get it absolutely perfectly right so that I can override this doubt. Right? Procrastination. I doubt that I can do it so I delay it and I delay it and I delay it and I delay it.

I look at this post and I'm like, oh man, she has so many followers or she has so many this or she's, oh, she manifested this in her life. And then you start thinking, oh man, I'm not good enough. Why not me? How come I didn't get there yet?

All of that is coming from a core source of, I doubt myself. I doubt my potentiality.

It's slowing you down in your creation. It's slowing you down in letting people know about your creations. It's slowing you down in um manifesting. It's slowing you down in receiving.

Right, that's an important one. You've created, you've manifested, but the receiving is like on slow-mo. And it's because the energy of doubt is seething somewhere.

Right. An effect of self-doubt is you're putting it, you're putting your creations, you're putting your energy out into the world. And now you're seeing the effects elsewhere. You're seeing the manifesting elsewhere. You're seeing the the ah the positive outcomes elsewhere and you're not seeing it in yourself.

Probably self-doubt energy is in there wreaking havoc. Right there. The other effect is downward spiral of emotion because it may start with self-doubt and then, OK, low self-esteem and then, OK, it spirals. I can't do this. And then it spirals. OK, I'm not going to do this. And then it spirals. You don't show up for a week, two weeks. Right. It's it keeps spiraling, spiraling. And and the cause is that seed of the energy of self-doubt.

Cause and effect. If the effect right now in you is some self-doubt that surfaces here and there, when nobody's looking, in the dark, when the doors are closed, right?

There's a cause. And we get to work with that cause. We get to clear that cause. We get to transmute that cause.

We get to render that cause zero point energy and of no more effect in your life. This is the year of the nine. The year of the nine is the year of completion. The year of completion of cycles, the year of completion of patterns, the year of completion of things that no longer belong in your life. The year of completion of things that have been slowing you down, stagnating you, um been in the way of what it is that you desire and that you're worthy of. This is the year of completion, but it will only manifest itself in its entirety if you flow with the energy of it.

If you don't fight against it, if you open yourself to it, if you begin to make moves in accordance with completion, if you begin to make decisions in accordance with completion, if you begin to let go, let me speak to your subconscious, if you begin to let go according to the energy of completion, it gets to be complete in your life. We keep saying this is the year, this is the year, this is the year. No, we are going to make it the year. We're going to flow in the energy of completion. We're going to do the energy work that it takes to make sure the things that get to be complete are complete.

So then doubt comes into your mind. Right. And I stopped telling people my vision, my vision's for that reason. Absolutely. And the thing about it, the thing about, oh, let me just keep it up there. The thing about other people's doubt is it comes from their own doubt about themselves.

Embracing Completion

They have been able to harness that energy of doubt for themselves. And now they want to gift you with the energy of doubt for whatever reason, to keep you safe, right. To keep you safe from failure, to keep you safe from, um being in the unknown because it's such a scary and dangerous place to to keep you safe in the system to keep you safe in what we have always been told and taught the way that it needs to work the way that it has to be and what I know about all the women that come into my field and everyone's watching this right now you are here to disrupt

You are here to bring change. You are here to revolutionize. And so, yes, they're going to cast out because it feels uncomfortable. But you are here to bring the uncomfortable.

you are here to open the discomfort. So, yes, they're going to cast doubt. And you may have been in the position that I have been. I i shared the other day I was.

in my 11th grade classroom when an African-American professor came to me and said, you ought to think about something else than a PhD because you are black and you're not gonna get the money.

And the tragedy that I feel is that I believed him. It is tragic that he said that and that he believed that. What's more tragic is that I believed him. And what we don't understand is when that is happening, there's an energetic transference So now I had a belief and a conviction that I will not be able to, right?

I remember when I, I have been in so much doubt casting. When I first got to Iwakuni and there was some real, you know, like trauma going on with my selection and, you know, a certain officer said to me, well, I'm glad it worked out with you. And I said, what do you mean? And he was like, yeah, because I didn't think you were going to make it. I have heard that so many times in my life.

I went and did most of my undergrad when I was, I did most of my undergrad in Mexico. One of my classes was Greek. So I had to study Greek in Spanish, right? I had to study the third language through the second language. And ain't gonna lie, it was difficult, but I made it. And I was an A student. The professor said to me at the end of the second semester, he said, well, I'm gonna tell you the truth. I didn't think you were going to make it.

So even if they're not telling you verbally, you ought to know that it's it comes from some their own stuff, their own convictions, their own beliefs about who you are. And now this is the year of completion.

It is complete, the cycle of receiving their beliefs about me and acting in their beliefs. That cycle, complete. That cycle is done.

I now choose to believe what I believe about myself. I now choose to work and walk and speak in my convictions about myself. I now choose to share my vision with those who I intuitively understand have the capability to hold it in high and positive frequency because they do exist.

You know, Kendrick Lamar said backhanded compliments, right? But now we get to feel beyond the words. We get to feel beyond the text. We get to feel intuitively, energetically. This person cannot hold the frequency of what I'm manifesting. And so our interaction gets to be complete in a way. For some people, it gets to be complete altogether.

And for some people, it's the amount of time that we were spending with each other that gets to be complete. Or the amount of energy that I was pouring into you or the amount of energy I was allowing you to pour into me, that gets to be complete.

Number two. Conviction, i I cannot stress how important your conviction is. And let me say something. When conviction drops into your body and it drops into your energy body and it drops into your heart space and your solar plexus space, there is no stopping you. I'm to say that again. When conviction drops into your energy body, it comes out of the mental and and it drops into your energy body, it drops into your heart space, it drops into your I am, your solar plexus space, there is no stopping you. Conviction by its organic nature will eliminate and transmute the energy of doubt.
