And they're like, okay, I thought this was supposed to be about entertainment and we sit and talk about our lives for the first five, ten minutes.

So if you are new to the show and you haven't heard. So I am a I'm an elementary school teacher. I um that's what I do on my day to day everything.

And it starting on August 11th, I have been just nonstop going because we have a whole week of ah prepping up and getting ready for our classrooms. Right. So we're preparing our classrooms for kids to come in.

But then at the same time, ah the kids don't start for another week. And so it's like, We have a whole week without kids, but it's still being teachery stuff because we got to make lesson plans and figure out class lists and all this other stuff.

And then the when the kids come in we're still trying to do those things. So...

So I am not a teacher and I've only been to school. I've never had a friend that was a teacher. i don't think I have. I'm sorry. But you have to get those lessons plans approved, right?

You have to go over everything and then submit like what you're going to learn through the year and how you're going to do it.

So every school district is a little bit district different. Ours, um we don't. We don't have to have it approved prior. Now, um what we have in our district is um they basically set out the core...

And then what we do is every week we put together a what's called a collaborative learning um meeting. And we put all those informational parts into like guidelines of what we're supposed to do as a teacher, when we're supposed to submit it or to, um you know, give it to the kiddos.

And then what's our objective in that learning. Right. And then I guess technically we do submit it to the county, but it doesn't have to be approved. It's still just going to be what we're doing because the county basically sets a ah ah guideline of what we have to do.

And so they just look for, are those parts in there? But anyway, so yeah, I mean, there's just there's a lot of things that go into getting kids started for the first week and um it gets it gets pretty crazy.

I walk in I'm like, okay, my seat number is this number. I turn the corner and I look in the middle of the row where I'm supposed to be seated. And there is another person sitting right there. I'm like, you gotta be kidding me.

And so I'm like, okay, well maybe it's just the buffer chair. You know, maybe somebody likes that row as well.

So umm I'm going to tell you a fun story because, so we're, we're in this theater, my son and I,

And we're like three rows back, so we're not cracking our heads trying to watch the movie. And um i'm I'm desperately trying to remember the movie we went and saw.

But um ah anyway, my so my son and I are sitting there. And next thing you know, oh, it was ah um is one of the more recent Spider-Man movies. And um this couple comes in and sits right in front of us, which is fine. It's not a big deal.

But... Where we were sitting, we you kind of had the um metal bar right in front, you know, so you can kind of put your feet up.

So we go to put our feet up, but their seat's like right behind. And um then next thing you know, I realized that they've got two kids with them, which is fine. I don't have a problem taking kids to theaters.

But you can just, you can definitively tell that this child is very sick. Very sick. And not like the i' I'm coughing and sneezing kind of sick. No, it's the the kind of sick, right?

So i you you start hearing this kid retching in front of us. And then they they're like standing up in front of us in the middle of the movie as this child is like retching.

And of course, it's now blocking our view, right? And it's like, okay, come on. You're like, again, a whole freaking theater. You sit right in front of us and then you stand right in front of us.

And it's like, I'm like, are you are you kidding me? And then next thing I know, i hear the mother say this, not even joking. I hear the mother say this. If you're going to throw up, throw up inside this bucket because I'm not leaving the theater.

I'm like, are you kidding me? So, and i say I say all this because this kid is like flailing around. And at one point he flails around and all of a sudden my son goes, oh, dad. And I went, what? And he goes, something just hit my leg. And I was like, are you serious? He goes, yeah. And it was wet.

So we decided at that point, we're like, we're done with this. So we get up and move like several seats down. And I kid you not, they take the kid and they move him down because they don't want to hear him retching.

The trailer, it alludes to a whole bunch of stuff, but it also, you like, oh, you're giving away so much of the movie. And if you remember weapons is what we're talking about and the trailers, it kind of explains everything.

The movie pretty much starts out with all that stuff that's in the trailer, like the kid talking and talking about a city and all this other stuff. It happens right at the beginning. You're like, oh, okay, cool. It's going to be one of these movies where they don't give a lot towards the end.

Granted, some of the things were towards the end of the movie, but they're more of the intense stuff that they want to show you to get you to bite on the ticket, right?
