All right, so the movie starts, Kendall, and right away it's it's a little weird. Something's going on that we're not quite sure of, and he wakes up. It's like a little dream, and that's a little bit of a other story, something that happened with his parents. It doesn't really get to anything other than at the beginning.

It's a little fixer-upper. Really small town. Like the third day in, they decide to go on a hike because there's a ton of trails and scenery around. So they go on a hike. They get lost.

And they have fun little banter back and forth. Like, well, we're lost. And he pulls out his phone. He's like, I have a compass. He's like, that way is north. She's like, what do we do with that information?

He ends up falling down a little hole. And he's holding on. And she's trying to grab him. But they both end up falling down. And it's this weird little...

It's not like a cave, but it's kind of like a building, but not really. And they can't get out. So they decide to go further down in and they get to the end of it. And there's kind of like just this water well that's got like all these weird, like what looks like tentacles or roots coming out of the water.

And they're out of water by chance, you know, because they were on a hike. You drink it all. So he pours the thing in. He's like, okay, it's it's good to drink. So he ends up drinking that, but she doesn't want to. And he reaches in the bag and there's a bottle of wine.

So I think she just drinks the wine that night and he drinks the water. This is where everything starts to begin when you can see it in the trailers where they just kind of start to be even more attracted to each other, let's say.

And he can't leave. He has to follow her. So he makes it to the school and stuff happens. And this is where you finally start to see things becoming together.

And then it's a whole part where she's got to go to the neighbor's house because he is the only neighbor that they have. And he's also the teacher that teaches right next to her. So they introduce each other.

So that was really creepy scene. There was a lot of creepy scenes, Kendall. Some of them like were half dreams where you, it's kind of a dream within a dream where you wake up and you could kind of hear something and you're like, babe, stop, stop breathing.

Or, you know, well, don't stop breathing, but ah you turn over and then all of a sudden somebody's looking at you or it's something completely disgusting.

And he's like, you got to clean your room three days in a row. You got to clean it. And then the fourth day, the dad is sitting there and he's like, I found it. And he's like, what was it? And he tells him what he found.

And the fact that the smell had been so gradual on him that he didn't notice it. And that every time he was doing something, it was basically cooking something that was making the zest, the smell.

And um I remember sitting in the theater and it was exactly that. There was actually one point where, so where someone says something and I was like, well, he's not doing that again. And I said it out loud and everybody in the theater started laughing, but it was just it was one of those weird moments where everybody was like stunned because it was the scene where it, um,
