And the more present that you feel in your body, the more you're going to be able to achieve when you finish this session and when you step back out into your day-to-day life.

Now taking two more breaths, just like that. Slow, long, deep breaths, following my voice. Inhaling through your nose, breathing all the way down to your belly.
