You may see it as a ball of energy. It may be a dark black cloud. It may be an image or a memory. it may be an image of someone you know.

It may be a memory from earlier today. Go ahead and see that negative energy, whatever represents the negative energy that you were feeling today.

And as you look at this ball of negative energy, see as you.

That's right. This negative energy is no longer inside of you because you are looking directly at it.

You are becoming aware of it.

And you already know that whatever you gain awareness around loses its grip over you.

So just by bringing awareness to this negative energy, it's already losing its grip over you.

You're already taking your power back over your energy.

Good. Now breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. And as you exhale, breathing that negative energy away, pushing it away, using your breathing, letting it go using your breathing. That's right. That negative energy is being released.

You are releasing that negative energy. You are choosing to let it go.

I'll see it all there and in a moment I'll count you down even deeper and when I arrive at one a cosmic vacuum cleaner will appear in your sacred space and you can use that cosmic vacuum cleaner to vacuum all of that negative energy up to clear it out to clean it out and as you do this you are cleaning your inner slate you are setting yourself free You are opening yourself up to new positive and empowering energy.

Getting ready, taking a deep breath in. Three, deeper, deeper, deeper down. Two, getting ready to vacuum up that negative energy, releasing it from your energy field. And one, vacuum up that negative energy.
