anger and you need to root down, ground down before you step back out into your life. All right, let's begin. My name is Gianna Badeau. I'm a certified hypnotherapist. Guidance for Safe Participation

So go ahead and close your eyes. The best place to do this is wherever you are right now. Just make sure you're not driving. If you're driving, stop the vehicle, take a pause, make sure you stop it somewhere safe.

That's right, if you feel heightened, if you feel stressed, if you feel angry, if you feel agitated, start to feel yourself cooling down.
