Speaker: All right, let's dive on in the top four habits of highly successful people to help you become the most successful version of yourself to help you embody the energy of a high performer. These are literal habits that you should be doing every single day. If you are wanting to reach your next level of success, your next level of self and These habits are essential and they are lifestyle habits.
Speaker: All right, let's dive right into it Number one is do hard things first. This is so important. If you want to be a high performer, if you want to be a high achiever in literally any area of your life,
Speaker: Because when you leave the hard, big projects for last on your to-do list, one, you are not going to give them as much time, effort, and energy as you would if you just did it first.
Speaker: And two, you are likely procrastinating. And high achievers do not procrastinate. High achievers go right for it. They get it done. They do not wait.
Speaker: The mindset of a high performer is let me get this done first. Let me give this the quality time, energy, and effort that I can actually give it if I give enough time and get this done first.
Speaker: So no more leaving big projects, important projects for the end of the day, for the end of your to-do list. When you see what you have to do every day, you do the hard things first.
Speaker: and Hard things doesn't always mean it's the things you don't want to do. Hard things are things that require a lot of time, are the things that require your highest level of energy, of effort, of focus.
Speaker: So whatever is on your to-do list that requires a high level of energy, of focus, of effort, of time, do it first. High performers do the hard things first.
Speaker: First, they do not wait till the end of the day. They get it done in the beginning of the day. And when you do the hard things first, you're also going to create energy and momentum for all of the rest of the things that you have to do throughout the rest of your day.
Speaker: So that is number one. You do the hard things first. So tomorrow, when you pull out your to-do list, look at that list. What requires the most time, energy, effort, and attention?
Speaker: You start there. And then you go through that list based on what is the hardest. You do not save anything hard for last. And again, this doesn't mean it's the things you don't want to do.
Speaker: It's the things that require your highest level of focus, attention, awareness, time, and energy. So you do the hard things first. us Number two move your body every single day. If you want to be a high performer, you need to be moving your body. And it's also a metaphor, right? If you are a high performer, you are moving forward in your business, in your career, in your life.
Speaker: And so you train yourself to move forward in your life, in your business, in your career by moving your body every day. And by moving your body every day, you're also moving out stuck energy in your body, right? Literally stuck energy sits in your body until you move it out.
Speaker: So you may think it's smart for you just to get into your day, to get right to work, but the best thing that you could do before you even dive into your to-do list and start that big hard project that I just mentioned in number one is actually some movement for even just 20 to 30 minutes, whether that's walking, yoga, lifting weights, whatever feels best for you. It does not matter what you do. It matters that you actually move your body, move your energy. you're You're going to feel better throughout your day. You're going to have more energy throughout your day, and you're going to get things done faster because you started your day moving energy, moving your body, right?
Speaker: what you don't move out of your body gets stuck and stagnant. And so if energy is getting pulled up and stuck and stagnant in your body, you're going to end up feeling burnt out, exhausted, tired, and you're not going to feel like doing things throughout your day.
Speaker: If you start your day by moving your body, you are going to feel ah million times better. And you know this because you know the way you feel after you work out, after you do a yoga class.
Speaker: I do not do anything in my day until I work out and do yoga. That's right. Most days I am doing 20 minutes of lifting weights and then 30 minutes of yoga every single day. And I have a one-year-old baby who works from home with me.
Speaker: who I work from home with. So there are no excuses. You have to find time for it. My mom, she is an executive. She wakes up and she works out in her basement with her weights for an hour every single morning at 4.30 to 5 a.m.
Speaker: You have to make the time. There is no excuse. And again, it doesn't need to be this big, long workout. it could be 20 minutes. It could even be 15 minutes. Walk the dog.
Speaker: ah just go outside and move for a little bit. This is so, so important and so, so essential. Number three on the list is visualize with self-hypnosis. High performers visualize the reality that they want to create. High performers visualize the success that that they want to achieve in their mind before they achieve it.
Speaker: The most successful athletes use self-hypnosis, use visualization. Tiger Woods used hypnosis. He visualized becoming the greatest golfer in the world from a very young age using hypnosis.
Speaker: This is getting in a very relaxed state and simply visualizing the reality that you want to have in your day, in your life, in your month. Now, this is something I highly recommend you do every single day, if it's for two minutes.
Speaker: When you wake up in the morning, keep your eyes closed for a few extra minutes and just visualize yourself having the day you want to have. The day going exactly as you would like it to go. Getting things done in the exact order that you would like to get them done.
Speaker: Really visualizing the reality that you want to have. each day before you even get out of bed. And if you want to go even deeper on this, spend 30 minutes once a week, visualizing your big end goal, visualizing the goal that you want to achieve.
Speaker: And you can do this through again, self-hypnosis. It's going to power your visualization and help you manifest whatever it is that you're looking to manifest 10 times faster.
Speaker: Because when you close your eyes, when you get into that deeply relaxed state and you visualize the reality that you want to create for yourself, you are going to start creating it because you've pre-programmed your subconscious to create that.
Speaker: And your subconscious mind is your operating system. It is the operating system that dictates everything you do and say in your life. So if you're using self-hypnosis to program your operating system for the goal that you want to achieve, you're naturally going to start acting and speaking in ways that allow you to achieve what you want to achieve.
Speaker: So spend two to five minutes every day visualizing what you want for that day ahead. And also on a deeper level, spending time each week in a deeper visualization, visualizing yourself with that big end goal, achieving that goal, really feeling yourself as that version of yourself who already has what you want, who has already achieved what you want. Do this every single day and on a deeper level once a week and watch how quickly you start to achieve what you want watch how quickly you start to truly embody the energy of a high performer of of the most successful version of yourself and if you want to utilize the power of self-hypnosis using some pre-recorded audios make sure you grab access to the rewired app in the notes below there's over 30 audios already recorded for you that you just need to press play on there's audios from five minutes to 30 minutes
Speaker: So there is a recording for no matter how much time you have each day. And number four, the fourth habit of a highly successful person is to hydrate and take care of yourself.
Speaker: Watch what you are eating. Watch what is in the food you are eating. If you are eating highly processed food, you are putting chemicals and contaminants in your body, toxins in your body,
Speaker: And the reason why this is so important is because what you input is what you output. So what you visualize is what you manifest. It's the same thing with food and water.
Speaker: What you input into your body is what your output is going to be. So if you are taking care of yourself with organic natural foods, drinking high quality water, hydrating yourself with electrolytes,
Speaker: your output throughout your day is going to be 10 times more effective. So no, you shouldn't not be eating all day because you have a lot to do. In fact, you should eat more. You should pre-plan in advance and have lots of healthy snacks.
Speaker: What you input into your body is what is going to be your output and making sure you're eating as healthy as possible. Again, also means eating as organic as possible. There are so many chemicals, contaminants, and toxins in the food that we eat nowadays, unfortunately.
Speaker: So making sure that you're eating as healthy as possible, as whole and holistic as possible is so, so important. So those are the four habits of highly successful people. so So if you want to be a high performer, one, do hard things first every day. Two, move your body.
Speaker: Three, visualize what you want through the power of self-hypnosis. And four, take care of yourself. Hydrate and eat organic, natural foods every single day.
Speaker: If you do these four things, you are going to show up in your highest level of energy. And when you show up in your day with your highest level of energy, you're going to get more done. And in the long run, you're going to be 10 times more successful. You're going to be a high performer.
