Everyone wants to know, how can I get more things done?

Speaker: How can i have a higher level of performance in my work, in my life, in all areas? And the answer is not more caffeine. In fact, you don't even need any caffeine to be at your highest level of performance. You don't need supplements.

Speaker: You don't need caffeine. You don't need any of that. I was once a caffeine junkie, so I am living proof of this. I was once a very intense caffeine junkie, multiple coffees a day, nootropics, different blends of caffeine, mushroom coffees with extremely high levels of caffeine, which I still love my mushroom coffee. But the one I drink now is ah very low caffeine level, which the ones I used to drink were like,

Speaker: 200 to 300 milligrams of caffeine all day, every day, multiple times a day, high, high level to caffeine. Every time I had to sit down to do something for my business, for anything, clean the house, I would need to have coffee. I would need to have some form of caffeine.

Speaker: It became somewhat of an addiction. So what changed that for me and what made me realize that I didn't need any caffeine at all to be productive and get things done?

Speaker: Well, first and foremost, pregnancy. When I got pregnant with my daughter, couldn't drink caffeine. which they tell you you can have like 200 milligrams a day. But I took it seriously. I'm someone who really is very cautious about my body, even though you just heard me say I was a caffeine junkie.

Speaker: You know, it was still organic caffeine and the highest level possible products, but it was a lot of caffeine. But when I got pregnant, I took my nutrition to a whole new level. I was still eating everything organic, of course, but really,

Speaker: Took a hard look at everything I was putting in my body. So I got pregnant, but I still had to run a business. I still had so much to do every day. So I learned that I could actually operate on decaf.

Speaker: Instead of drinking ah double dose of espresso and organic, high-charged French roast coffee, i switched to dark roast decaf.

Speaker: And at first, I was like, I'm going to be so tired. i don't know how I'm going to survive. i was totally wrong. I didn't need all that caffeine. So something I did do to replace the caffeine was I started working more intentionally with my mind, really programming into my mind the things I wanted to get done that day.

Speaker: Now, this is the work I do. I'm a hypnotherapist for high performers. I help people take charge of their minds all day, every day. But the one area I was not doing that for myself was when it came to how I structured my days.

Speaker: I had eliminated so many mental blocks using hypnotherapy, my money mindset blocks, blocks around food, blocks in my relationships. You name an area of my life, I've improved it with hypnotherapy.

Speaker: But something I had never done before I got pregnant was start visualizing and working with my subconscious to program my brain for the performance I wanted for that day ahead.

Speaker: Now, because I was pregnant, I literally could not drink caffeine. So I was forced to do this because I needed to get a lot done. And because I was pregnant, I was racing to prepare my business to take time off for maternity leave and to have a newborn.

Speaker: So I had so much to do. I started the podcast during that time. I created so many new products. I added so many new audios to the app. new audio recordings, meditations. I was working with clients left and right.

Speaker: So I was like a machine and I had so much energy and I couldn't believe it. It actually took me a few months to realize like, wow, I am getting so much done without caffeine.

Speaker: It blew my mind because I'm talking about years and years about being a caffeine addict. Years. Probably like 15 years.

Speaker: And here I was pregnant for the first time of my life and not drinking any caffeine. and I am launching a podcast, working with one-on-one clients all day, creating new products, new programs, new workshops, new audio recordings like a machine and feeling good while pregnant.

Speaker: Crazy, mind-blowing. How did I do this? It was by wiring my brain, using my subconscious mind, using self-hypnosis every day to see myself and identify as a person who is a high performer.

Speaker: Instead of identifying as someone who is tired and pregnant, I identified as someone who feels really good pregnant, who is a high performer while pregnant, who is preparing her life for a baby to come into her life.

Speaker: Two different identities, right? And it's okay if you're tired and pregnant. That's okay. We all have our days of feeling tired when we're pregnant. But I was very intentional at not allowing my pregnancy to knock me off my game.

Speaker: Now, if I needed to rest, of course I would rest. I did not push through pregnancy and not take care of myself. I took care of myself better than ever did in my life while pregnant and still do today.

Speaker: That was the one of the many gifts of pregnancy. I learned so much about myself and I learned how to take care of myself at the highest caliber possible. but And part of that was getting rid of caffeine. and And when I got rid of the caffeine, I utilized my subconscious mind.

Speaker: the work I do with clients. I tapped into it for myself on a new level. And so what I would do every day is I would look at what I have to do, what was on my to-do list, what I wanted to accomplish, and most importantly, how I wanted to feel in the process of it all.

Speaker: And I would visualize myself doing it. I would visualize myself getting it done, feeling how I wanted to feel while getting it done. I would close my eyes and I would go through a beautiful hypnotic practice, taking myself to a calm, serene place in my mind and seeing myself doing the things I wanted to do. So I am prescripting and programming my brain for what I want for the day I want to have and setting, letting the day happen to me.

Speaker: And it may sound too good to be true, but when you do this, you get shit done. You get shit done. i again, accomplished more than I ever thought would be possible while pregnant just by hacking my subconscious mind and utilizing self-hypnosis instead of caffeine.

Speaker: Again, I had no choice. If I had a choice, I would have drank the caffeine. ah And just happy to say I'm actually still drinking decaf. I've actually switched to matcha, which is even crazier. It's even crazier.

Speaker: My whole life I've been a coffee connoisseur. But you can do this and you can rewire your brain for peak performance by pre-scripting your day into your subconscious before the day happens to you. This is becoming an intentional creator of your day.

Speaker: Instead of the day happening to you, you're happening to the day. You are coming at the day. This is becoming an intentional creator of your life, of your business. And you can step into peak performance without any level of caffeine, without any nootropics, without any brain tablets. You don't need any of that stuff.

Speaker: I took it all. And all it did was, you know, make me feel jittery. i don't feel jittery anymore, but I still get shit done. I don't need to feel jittery to get shit done. And you don't either.

Speaker: You can be a high performer without caffeine. My mom actually is a executive and she doesn't drink any caffeine. She doesn't drink any caffeine.

Speaker: She gets more done than any person I know. She is literally a machine and she doesn't, she can't drink caffeine. She drinks decaf and she was on the decaf train long before I was pregnant. And I thought she was crazy, but now I'm the same way. Yeah.

Speaker: So you can do this through the power of self-hypnosis. And essentially what self-hypnosis is, is intentional visualization. So forget all the misconceptions you have about what hypnosis is.

Speaker: it is intentional visualization where you are intentionally programming your subconscious for the reality you want to experience, for the way you want to feel, for the desires you want to manifest, for You are pre-scripting your life by programming it into your subconscious. That is the ultimate key to high performance.

Speaker: It's not a new to-do list. It's not a new AI productivity software. It's using the power of your mind. It's shaping your brain, reshaping your brain. So there's this thing called neuroplasticity, which essentially means that your brain can shift and change Through the power of these powerful visualizations I am telling you about, your brain can literally shift and you can align with this new identity, this new high-performing identity.

Speaker: you don't Again, you don't need all the added supplements and caffeine and nootropics. I've said this a million times. You need to wire your brain for the level of productivity you want to have. Even now, i run a business and I'm also full time taking care of a 12 month old baby. Yes, she's a year old now and it's crazy.

Speaker: but I'm doing it because I had this vision that I will take care of my baby and I will still run my business. Right now she is being watched outside of this room by her grandma and this is my day to get things done.

Speaker: in the office space. And I, of course, get things done on other days of the week while she's napping and in between. But it was really important to me that I could become a high performer and get things done in a more effective way while taking care of her because I don't want anyone else taking care of her. I don't want to send her to daycare.

Speaker: I want to be the one raising my daughter. So she has her grandma on days like today on Wednesdays when I am recording and working with clients. And then it's me and her every other day of the week.

Speaker: But I would not have been able to have this reality if I didn't have this high performance mindset of this being possible. So many people told me, you can never do that.

Speaker: There's no way you're going to work with a baby. You're going to need a nanny. You're going to need to send her to daycare. And you know what I said? No, I won't because I don't accept programming from other people.

Speaker: find a way. And that's a high performance mindset. That's only accepting the reality that you want, not the reality that other people are trying to give you because that's all they've ever seen.

Speaker: You have to create your own reality. You have to create the life that you want to be living. And you do this through the power of your thoughts, through the power of your subconscious mind. So how to rewire your brain for high performance, for peak performance.

Speaker: It is taking on the identity of a high performer. It is pre-scripting your day every day, seeing yourself doing things exactly how you want to do them and feeling exactly how you want to feel.

Speaker: in your brain before you start your day. Do this every day and I cannot wait to see what starts to happen for you.
