Speaker: And what I mean by that is a team of top 1% thinkers, people on your team that are incredible at what they do. In the beginning at startup, let's face it, you're wearing a lot of hats and likely a lot of people in the early stages of building a team are also wearing a lot of hats for you in the business.
Speaker: And that is what needs to be done at an earlier stage. However, as the business becomes more established, it's really important to understand that it is far better for you to have a team of a players, a team of Olympic athletes on your team that are really capable and are experts in their given area to help you lead your business to success.
Speaker: When you think about putting a winning team together, always think about finding the best possible person that can help you achieve your goals and think about the who, not just the how.
Speaker: You want to be able to have people on your team that you can rely on and you can count on and are experts in their given area so you can focus on what you're meant to be doing as a CEO and what's highest and best purpose for you as a visionary.
