And that requires a very strong mindset to be really committed and tenacious without seeing a tangible result.
Speaker: As the business starts to grow and scale and enter a more mature stage of business, The mindset that's required at a later stage of business is still extremely important, but you're thinking about different things at that stage and you're applying a different set of skills at a later stage of business than you are in the beginning.
Speaker: And that's why it's really important when working with clients to be able to build their CEO confidence, not just in their ability to lead their team, but also in their ability to self-lead as well and be really convicted in the decisions that they're making so that they can build self-trust with themselves to know that they're capable of making good decisions quickly, they're able to lead themselves, they're able to lead their team, and ultimately, they're able to lead their business through all stages of growth.
