The Initial Crisis: Missing Princess

Where were we? Ah yes, that's right. Three strangers, brought together in a time of crisis, joined together to search for the missing princess, Calissa Galtris. They traveled to the C.D. Copper District in search of Clay's friends, and were greeted with the flash of daggers in the dark.

It was also revealed that Una was concerned someone had been following her. A deal was struck wherein Riggs would reveal everything he knew in exchange for finding the third member of their crew, Patrick Fast Hands, who hadn't been seen since the day before. The three set off into the night in hopes of finding Patrick at one of the taverns he liked the frequent. They started with the tungsten flask, where they met a charming and extremely talented, not to mention good-looking, musical genius whom they rescued from a brutish patron with.

These heroes three sent a mob of sailors after the perfect Fletcher, and as the bar was quieting down, they confronted the musician who was performing there. He was playing a new mandolin, Patrick's.

Mandolin. He took them to an alley where he claimed to have found the missing instrument, and after searching around, they found Patrick's mutilated body, stuffed behind some crates, bearing the insignia of Humiliation House. They hurried back to warn Riggs and Oona, only to discover. It was too late. Riggs was torn in half, and with her dying breath, Oona told Clay, he knows about you. You already said all that, did I? My apologies. Anyway, on with the story.

You see Faunalyn kind of pacing, shifting from one foot to the next, kind of close by you, but it doesn't appear that there's anyone outside the three of you in here. Um, Glimpkey is going to come back into the room then too.

The door was kicked off its hinges. You see that there is an indent, a single indent. It took a single strike. Maybe it was kicked, maybe it was punched, maybe it was bludgeoned off with a weapon. Knocked off the hinge, you see a single impact point. It did not take more than one strike for this individual to knock the door down, which tells you they are very strong.

Second, you start looking around. This room, a lot of blood, a little bit of dust, you start to notice different sets of footprints. You start to count them up.

Clay, Glimky, Phonolin, and one unidentified set. This tells you whoever did this acted alone. One person killed these two. Holy crap.

Third, you start to poke around the bar and you kind of pick up a bottle. You notice a lot of these bottles dusty, one of them squeaky clean. You grab it. And with it, a little piece of the shelf slides away, revealing a hidden compartment. Oh, shit. You pop it open and you find a box unlocked, but also unopened up to you if you want to open it.

It's like a, it's dark, so it's kind of hard, you know, you're using your dark vision, so I think it's kind of cast in shades of gray, but it seems very pale, just like a very pale, not quite sandy, but like, it kind of seems to be like moving and shimmering in this bag. There are several towers, each of them circular and ending in rounded points, and at the center of the palace is one final tower that stands above the rest.
