out All right, let's dive in. Mindfulness and presence in your life and business. Why is this so important? First and foremost, life is meant to be experienced. And unfortunately, many of you are operating through your life on autopilot, part of the programming in your subconscious mind, and you're not actually experienced.

feeling and experiencing what is happening, what is going on, what you're hearing, what you're feeling, what you're smelling. You're not actually alive in your life.

Now, many of you may hear this and be alarmed. What do you mean I'm not alive in my life? I am breathing, I'm here, I'm doing the things. But are you actually all there?

Are you actually experiencing the beauty of your life? I know you need to work. I know you need to get through the to-dos of your day. know there's so much that you need to get done every day.

But what is the point of all of the things that you're doing every day in your life and in your business if you don't feel truly alive in it all? You're meant to feel an experience your life. And every moment of your life may not be happy and joyful, and that's okay. You can still feel alive in those moments, though. You can still feel the emotion of something challenging happening. This is about smelling the smells around you, seeing the vivid colors around you, really deeply looking at the person in front of you and seeing them as the individual they are, really having conscious, connected conversations in your life and in your business versus just responding on autopilot.

That is living your life asleep. You are living in the dream state. You are not actually alive in your current reality. You're operating on autopilot per the programming in your subconscious mind. You are operating unconsciously. You're not actually ah conscious, deliberate creator in your daily reality.

Challenges of Mindfulness vs. Wealth

And mindfulness is one of the most biggest buzzwords in the industry today, But it's also one of the most challenging tasks that anyone could ever accomplish. In fact, being mindful is harder than making a million dollars.

That's right. Being mindful is harder than becoming a millionaire because to be mindful, You have to consistently choose the present moment and all that it is offering you, the good, the bad, whatever is there for you, you have to choose and accept it.

You have to own it and invite it all into your experience full force. You can't run from the moment just because you don't like it. You have to be all there. You have to be all in it.

Every moment of your life is there to teach you something extremely powerful, extremely important. Even the challenging moment, most challenging moments. They are there to teach you things.

And by running away, by pushing down emotions that you don't like to feel, you aren't living in a sleep state. You are living in a dream world. And there is so much for you to experience by choosing to be truly and deeply alive.

Mindfulness and Success in Life

And this is the power of mindfulness. Not only you actually feel and experience your life on a deeper level, the more mindful you are, the more successful you are going to be in every area of your life.

your business, your relationships, your money, all of it is going to thrive and excel when you are mindful because you are going to be present in the actions you are taking. You are going to be more present in the words you are speaking.

The more present you are the more successful you are. Your presence is quite literally your superpower in every area of your life. And many of you aren't working on your presence.

You're too busy taking actions towards your goals. You're too busy focusing on making more money. You're too busy on the surface level aspects of your life and business.

And you're skipping over the deep stuff. You're skipping over the part of your life that is actually going to not only make you feel more alive in your life and experience more life,

but the part of your life that is actually going to help you become more successful. And that is the inner work. That is your presence. That is this deeper part of you that you need to tap into, that you need to feel connected to.

It's an energy. It's a feeling in your body to be present. Being mindful is choosing the present moment. It is allowing whatever is happening around you to be there no matter what it is, you are accepting it.

You are looking into it. You are fully and truly with it. The colors, the sounds, the sensations, all of what is happening around you and the outside world and in your body, you are open to it and you are allowing it to happen again.

And again, that is what you're here to do. You're not just here to be a robot.

You're not just here to get shit done every day. you are here to experience life. You are here to experience joy. You are here to hear the birds chirping as you lay in bed every morning and not just zip up out of bed because you have shit to do today.

Gianna's Mindfulness Journey

truly is. And I know because I've been working on mindfulness and presence for years, I've traveled all over the world studying mindfulness and embodying presence. I have traveled to India, Tibet, Cambodia, Thailand, studying Buddhist teachings and Buddhist philosophies and Buddhist psychology and Eastern and spirituality.

And going deep down that journey, I learned that it's not just about attending a lecture. It's not just about watching ah video. This is ah practice. You can travel halfway across the world like I did and still come home and be deeply disconnected from the life around you.

If you do not have a solid mindfulness and practice around allowing yourself to feel life more fully, to be more present. And the practice is simple.

The practice is allowing the present moment. You can meditate, you can do self-hypnosis. Those tools are going to help you in building your presence tremendously.

But the real practice is allowing whatever is happening around you to be happening.

Practicing Presence Daily

allowing yourself to be fully in it. That's right. This means you're not escaping from what's happening around you.

You're not scrolling on social media while you have your family members in front of you. You're not tuned out in front of a television while you're hanging out with the people you love or a friend or your children.

You are in the moment with your people, with your family When you're reading a book, you are all there with that book in whatever is coming up for you and whatever it is inciting from within you. You are all there in it.

When you are in your business, you are fully all there as you are writing emails, marketing campaigns. You are fully all there as you are showing up on social media, as you are talking to a screen and hoping that it reaches the right people, you are fully embodied in whatever it is that you are doing. And you are allowing whatever feelings and sensations that are there come up so you can learn from them. So you can grow from them. If there is discomfort showing up on social media to share your gifts, allow that discomfort.

Ask yourself, what is this here to teach me? What am I meant to learn from this? Okay. If there is exc excitement coming up, allow that excitement, let that excitement drive you and move you to do more showing up, to show up even more in your life and in your business, whatever is coming up, you allow it, you embrace it, you enjoy it You enjoy it.

Subconscious Programming through Mindfulness

That is truly being alive because when we're not mindful, when we're not present, again, you are in a sleep state. so And the way the subconscious mind comes into this is the more you allow yourself to be in your life, the less you run from the things that are uncomfortable, you are going to program presence naturally into your subconscious mind, which means you are naturally going to become more present in your reality without needing to try so hard with the repetition and the practice, right? Like I mentioned before, you can meditate, you can watch videos, you can learn about mindfulness, you can learn about how to be more present, you can read all the books out there, but without the practice, there is no repetition, there is no

embodiment. There is no programming this new reality, this new way of living into your subconscious. So to truly embody mindful living, we have to practice it as often as possible. When you are standing in the line at a grocery store, when you are in traffic, when you are in any situation, you are choosing that moment. You are allowing yourself to notice what is happening in that moment. Not only what is happening like outside of you, but also noticing and allowing what is happening inside of me.

Is there discomfort? Is there frustration? Is there joy? Is there happiness? Is there sadness? Allowing whatever needs to come up to come up because then it can transcend. When you push emotion down, you block it from releasing and what you push down needs to come back up eventually.

That's right. What you push down always comes back up. And when you push it down, the way it comes back up is usually very tumultuous. It's usually like a hurricane, like a storm taking place. That's when the worst reactions come out of you. That's when you snap. That's when you say things you don't mean to the people you love because you push down.

what you didn't want to feel, you weren't present with yourself, and then you had a poor reaction. Then you made a bad decision. Then you made a bad investment. Then you played small. You didn't take a risk.

Whatever the case may be, you need to transcend and transmute energy from within you And we do that by embodying the practice of presence, by doing it every single day as often as you can.

Right here in this moment, I am all here with you recording this video. I am all here in this episode, recording this episode, all here it.

I'm not thinking about anything else happening outside of this room. I'm thinking about the message that I am delivering and I'm feeling the energy in my body because I feel so passionate about this message. It's been one of my greatest journeys of my life, embodying more presence, becoming more presence. And let me tell you something, it's a journey I'll be on for the rest of my life.

will always be working on my presence because it is the hardest work that I'll ever do on myself. And it's the hardest work that you will ever do on yourself, but it is a commitment that you need to make that i want to feel more alive. I want to be more present. I want to feel exhilarated by whatever it is that is happening around me.

And that comes from having this commitment to the practice. Now, again, Things like meditation, breathing, and self-hypnosis are going to help

Mindfulness in Daily Challenges

this process, but it's not the only part of the process, right? You can be in a state of mindfulness and meditation, again, while you are in traffic.

You don't need to just sit down and do meditation to practice mindfulness, right? That is going to help you become more present in some of those other moments outside of meditation, but it's not the only part of the practice. It is actually practicing this in daily life, allowing your life to be a mindfulness meditation, right?

And self-hypnosis is actually and incredible asset to this journey because it's going to train people your mind to do this more frequently, right? Hypnosis helps you program your subconscious, right? Meditation is great for stress relief, for deep relaxation, for mindfulness, but hypnosis is extremely effective and in helping you hardwire those practices into your subconscious so that they naturally happen, that you don't need to try so hard to be present.

You just are because you programmed your subconscious to be more present, to feel more alive. so I highly recommend meditation. I highly recommend self-hypnosis. They offer two different powerful, powerful outcomes, but they're different.

So you can try on both of them. And you can use mindfulness meditation to bring you more in touch with your body. And you can use self-hypnosis to help train your mind for the outcome that you want. Train your mind for the reality that you want. Train your mind for the energy that you want to embody, for the behavior patterns that you want to embody. Okay? This is really powerful work. And I invite you to become more mindful.

alive in your life. This is the work, right? You can read all the books, but until you make a conscious decision to become more alive in your life, you're not going to feel alive in your life. You're going to be operating on that hamster wheel, running through your days on autopilot.

Instead, you can be here. can fully be in this moment, in this experience that you're in right now and whatever it is coming up for you right now. So this is the work. The practice is, you know, in meditation. it is in self-hypnosis, but it's also in your day-to-day life.

It's in the traffic. It's in the tough conversations that you have with your partner. It's in your business. It's in your relationships. It's in everything you do. It's the moment you're sitting there filling up a water bottle, waiting for the water to fill it up to the top.

You practice mindfulness literally anywhere, and it's going to amplify not only your experience with life, but it's going to amplify your success in every area of your life.
