Loving Your Doubt: a conversation with author Adrian Ashton
Loving Your Doubt: a conversation with author Adrian Ashton

Adrian Ashton helps the leaders of charities and not-for-profit organisations to turn those, some one should do something about this into, I will be that someone action plans.

He tells Michael Millward from Abeceder what people who want to create change must do before they can start to create that change.

Adrian explains that creating a change requires

  • understanding the history of challenges and solutions help people to adapt to change.
  • learning how relationships between people with different aims and objectives work.

One of the factors that can limit the successful implementation of a change programme explains Adrian is the confidence of the people trying to achieve the change.

Adrian argues that we should embrace these feelings of self-doubt or what is often called imposter syndrome and learn to love our doubt.

In his book Loving Your Doubt Adrian Ashton debunks the myths that surround imposter syndrome and explains how to boost your self-confidence.
