The blooming marvellous Ruth Penfold-Brown! Over the years, I have watched Ruth heal, bloom (which happens to be the name of her women-empowering business), and start a new life adventure with Mr. Brown in the US. She describes herself as a Coach, Advisor & CPO, and she also happens to be a yoga teacher and one of my favourite humans.
