And then the other two teams tried the sledding and had to switch to the building that nomad tent dwelling. So there was kind of a big gap between Nick and Vicky and the last two teams.

Yeah, so the um the volleyball players say that they're at the back and they're like, one of them says, i think it's better being at the back. And her friend is like, what? Why? you mean? She said, because it's less anxiety and you don't have to worry about everybody else. You just have to do your own thing and, you know, try and make it up. But yeah, I see her reasoning. Yeah.

Yeah. They don't know that that's what it is, though. It just says Norwegian Christmas Ritual. Yeah. And when they get there, they find out that that's what it is. So they decide to go for it. And so it's like, oh, is she actually going to do it? If she gets there and finds out that it's eating a sheep's head, that is like the least vegetarian thing you can do. Yeah.

And, but she goes for it. They do it. And, um, I mean, do we want to just finish out? um Yeah. they We cut back to them like maybe once or twice and they're just like really choking down that meat. It's pretty gross. Like they have to like peel everything off of that skull and eat it. Yeah. So, and you can see the teeth and the bones and yeah. Yeah. So they're eating just like face meat. Yeah.

And they're like, what does that mean? Like taken for now? Is somebody in there doing it? Or like we have to wait? And they are just so confused.

um But Claire is really struggling to get up. She is like exhausted. She says her arms are going to fall off. She's crying. I think it's interesting. So when Michael and Gary, there're the i mean Kevin and Gary are the first ones to go down.

and the clue says they have to they have to um like summon a boat. Signal one a signal boat to come. And it looks like they have to like sit there hanging at the bottom to wait for the boat to get there. But the other teams that are right behind them don't have to wait for a boat. Because they were there for... Kevin and Gary. So like Claire and Jonathan or Claire and Thomas don't have to wait for boat. It seems like there was like two sets of rope too. But only two boats. Yeah.

So for bike, they have to choose a pair of bicycles, taking note of the color of the bike lock. Then ride a grueling course to assign where they must match the combination to the color of their bicycle lock. Then ride back to the starting line and use the combination to open the lock.

And then boat is they have to make their way to a fishing trawler using the map on board, direct the captain to a certain spot on shore and disembark. Then on foot, deliver two large cod and a chainsaw to the summer lodge and then go back on the boat.

And I don't know. ah This one would be hard because if you are good at biking, that one was faster. But some of that was hard. Like going up, it was like slippery rocks and it was uphill.

But, yeah, and then this is where we find that bike is definitely the fastest because Jill and Thomas and Gary and Mallory finish before the other two teams that did boat. ah

Vicky is finishing the roadblock. She was really excited to do the roadblock, the rappel. um And she's strong and she did really good. Like she was fast. Yeah, because Chad gets there not long after. And when they're ascending, she is like way faster than him. Yeah.

And he says, Vicky killed that. Yeah. And then when Katie and Rachel get there, Katie does it. Mm-hmm. um So Michael and Kevin, when they are on the boat, they get to the shore to deliver the fish and the chainsaw while Mallory, Gary Mallory are riding bikes and Jill and Thomas are like neck and neck with them. um And they get the bike, the bike lock codes and go back and unlock their bikes. Jill and Thomas finish the detour first. Yeah.

They get a clue that says drive along the coast to look for the Ancanis Marina, a World War II military stronghold to find the pit stop for this leg of the race. The last team to check in may be eliminated.

But then something happens, like, as they're driving yeah to the pit stop. It seemed like, because they kind of have to drive back towards the bridge that they did the rappel. But I think, like, right before the bridge, there's a turnoff that kind of goes down towards the water.

But Jill and Thomas miss that turn, and so do Michael and Kevin. So they are, like, just, like, keep driving. But Gary and Mallory don't miss the turn.

don't know. don't I stop and something? So Chad and Stephanie – oh, Nick and Vicky arrive. They choose bike, which is good for them because they're pretty good physically. And Chad and Stephanie choose boat.

And – It was pretty funny actually to see Nick and Vicky doing the bikes because Vicky was like – She was like going uphill. Well, Nick says, I've been doing BMX since I was 12. I am so good on bikes. I can do this so easily. was so confident. And then he got tired way fast. Yeah. And she he was like yelling at her to like hold leg weight for him and stuff. And she was like doing so good. You know when some of these bikes started going, I could tell that their gears were really low because their feet were pedaling. And it reminded me of oh yeah that um funny home video that we have. Yeah.

i think i was I think I was eight or nine when I got that bike. it was It's so funny, and we should try to find it and maybe like put a clip on or something on our social media. But I got a bike for Christmas. Like her first mountain bike. Yeah, and it was like too big for me, too.

So I could barely even reach the pedals. and all the i didn't know you could switch gears. So it was like in gear one on each side. so You just see, so like the video camera is faced towards the road and I am like off screen and then i come I come into the picture and my little feet are pedaling so fast, but I am going so slow.

Yeah. And she's like, yeah, putting everything she has into it her little body, and it's not going very far. we laugh about that one all the time. It's pretty funny. It was so good. um So, and Thomas, oh, wait.

Yeah, Jill and Talma finally stop and ask for directions. They drove across the bridge, though. Yeah. So they kept going, and they saw Katie and Rachel doing the roadblock. Yeah, and when Katie and Rachel saw them, they thought that they hadn't done the roadblock yet. Yeah, they thought they were lost, and that gave them a lot of hope, but that was... Not true.

And we didn't even happen. You don't really even see it.
