And this was in Dhaka, Bangladesh. the the ah ah In Phil's little introduction, did you hear the part where he said, oh like, the the population density is the equivalent of taking the whole population of the United States and Mexico and putting them into the area of the city of Los Angeles. Yeah. That is insane. Yeah.

the city. Leaving this populated city. um Jill and Thomas depart at 825 a.m. m and The clue says fly 3,500 miles to Hong Kong. When you land, make your way by bus and ferry to the Chinchou Island to search for the Cheung Po Sai Cave to find your next clue.

So they go to a travel agency and they find out that the only flight getting them there is departing at 11.55 p.m. So they have a long time to wait. So everybody's on the same flight. Yeah. And they go back to the hotel. Yeah.

So, yeah. 825 to 515. Yeah. off That's crazy. So, they yeah. They go back to the hotel to get more sleep, I presume. Which I'm sure was not hard. Yeah. To just fall asleep. but That was a well-timed um equalizer.

Because... That could have just got the rest of the race going pretty. Yeah. If they were able to get on a flight early in the day and just like keep finishing everything before people even had a chance to depart, then it would have been great for them, but not very exciting to watch. Yeah. And I'm sure that the producers really like tried to avoid that since that happened in season one.

um But the other teams just go straight to the airport. Yeah. and have a long time to wait until the flights leave, but they do all depart at 1155. And Nick in their little in an interview, it looks like it was like the pre-show interview because they're in different clothes.

And then they pepper those in like throughout the episodes and stuff depending on like whatever situation is coming up. When you U-turn someone, you never see them again. Well, they see them at the airport. And they were like, Brooke and Claire said, we just really want to know why. We want to know your logic. And they said, well, it's the point of the game is to eliminate the best competition. We think you guys are the most, um the biggest threat. and they're like, why would you say that? Because the doctors have taken first place more than us or whatever. And they're like, well, yeah, they've almost been eliminated. All this stuff. and they're like, you should take it as a compliment. Like we thought you were like the biggest threat to us. And so they end up just being like,

They're like, fine. But throughout this whole thing, Brooke and Claire are like, we really want to confront Thomas. We want to confront Thomas about this. And then Thomas says, you should take it as a compliment. And they're like, yeah, thank you, Thomas. And he's like, what do you like why aren't you saying anything about Jill? She was part of this team too. And they're like, we know you are the mastermind. We know the mastermind behind it.

We hope you stay a while. um The population of Hong Kong is about seven and a half million people. The area is 426 square miles, which is about half the size of Rhode Island.

Yeah. So their flight lands in Hong Kong. Jill and Thomas get off the flight and onto a bus before the other teams do. And all the other teams are like on ah the next bus. So they get to a ferry and they get tickets And they're on the ferry kind of waiting to see who is going to make it. The second bus pulls up.

It's not right at the ferry port, though. They kind of have to run to get there. And all the teams from that second bus are trying to make their way there. and on the way there, Vicky kind of has an asthma flare up.

And she is struggling to keep up. And she says that the humidity is really getting to her, which makes sense. Yeah. Nick is not happy about it telling you to hurry, all this stuff. So ends up being all the other teams make it on that first ferry and Nick and Vicky just miss it by a couple of minutes.

It didn't seem like she was walking that slow. It seemed like she was still keeping up. I think they just kind of had a hard time even finding the ticket place. Like, I don't think it was just Vicky's fault. Yeah. Also, you guys didn't get off the plane fast enough. Like, just, yeah. it's a Yeah, a combination of all these things. But nick um at when they get on Well, no, when they see that they had left, the fairy had left without them and they're just kind of waiting for the next one. Vicky says, I'm sorry. it was my fault. And Nick says, I'm sick of you being sorry. And you better hope we can keep up because I'm not waiting for your asthma. I'm not stopping next time. You better suck it up.

Every other... leg on this race like vicky has carried you guys so for real she really has and he's being very very mean about it quit crying and if the roles were reversed vicky would be very kind and yeah like understanding and he would be yeah Just wouldn't be this way if the rules were reversed. No. So that first ferry arrives on the island and the teams are running. It seems to be quite a distance from the ferry to this cave where the clue box is. And so they're all running to get the clue.

And Claire is having a hard time keeping up with the group and with Brooke. And Brooke's getting frustrated. And like a similar thing. Brooke's like, I'm not trying to be slow. I'm trying to keep up. I'm just not a runner like you are.

They're not athletic either. and they all are very athletic they're all very in shape like nat cat jill and thomas yeah they're all pretty and claire is not out of shape what you know whatsoever just like i don't know i am when it comes to running like it just i cannot yeah i can't and i can't run fast i can't i don't have the endurance and i'm sure if i practiced And did it consistently, I would. But like even when I was running like almost every day and like training for 5Ks, which is not very far, but it's probably further than like what they had to run.

I feel like just like fast walking at a consistent pace is probably faster than like trying to sprint and then having to stop and then trying to sprint and having to stop. So just kind of like Slow and steady wins the race. Yeah.

I was going to say, did we know where we're going or was I not paying attention? Travel by ferry to the Kowloon area of Hong Kong. Once there, you must locate Majesty Chinese Restaurant to find your next clue.

And when they arrive, there's like people singing karaoke. And i think for a second, people think – well, not for a second. But um people think that it might be something to do with the karaoke part of this experience. But then the word peckish yeah definitely has to do with food.

So they're doing this. They say in Hong Kong, they're famous for making fake food that looks very realistic. That's used for displays. They're they're known for lavish buffets but also elaborate fake food displays. Yeah. and um there's only five items on the whole buffet. And there's probably like over a thousand oh yeah food items. so For sure.

There's like... sushi egg rolls fish mussels oysters yeah and i don't like any of those things so it would be really really hard for me to do this task if chose it yeah like i think i saw somebody eating orange chicken at one point and i was like i could eat that but that's about it on the po orange chicken like please one of these be fake Yeah, I think at the end of it, the ones that they had picked, um, Nat's was... was like a salmon. a salmon.

And then she says, of all the roadblocks I've gotten, they've all been terrible because I thought that they were going to be something else. Yeah. I always get the worst ones. In the scene, Lee's character walks into his apartment discovers his fiancée has been beaten and A thug fires a gun, at least character, as he walks into the room. In a film shoot prior to the fatal scene, the gun was used as a prop.
