And some will do it out of love for you, wanting you to stay in survival space because that's all we know and because that's all they want us to know. And some will do it under the pretense and the mask of love because that's all they know.

And that's all the ways in which they know how to express that love. But here's what they don't get. What you have is yours.

What you have is within. It's your coding. It's your gift. It's your design. It can't be stolen. It can be copied. It can be cloned.

It's yours with purpose, on purpose and for purpose. So when I was living in Virginia and my husband was um ah full time active duty, i was at the height of my preaching gift. Right. I was a super dedicated and loyal Christian in a very conservative denomination. Right.

which I am no longer, but I was, and I was really hoping and wanting and desiring and feeling called to be elected as elder in the church, um, to be recognized for what I'm called to do and to be given the permission and the green light to share that gift with, with the world, right?

To use my gift and to advance my career. So here's a side note, right? That when your career is spiritual in any way, shape or form, There's always this collective thought to demonize you for wanting to advance or elevate or be paid or be respected for your gift and be respected for your desire to serve.

Right. This is a projection and mostly a projection on women. Right. Men don't get that demonized, but women. Yeah. You get demonized demonized for wanting to advance, for desiring to be at the top of your game, for desiring ah you may want a ah certain position or, you know, to be positioned in a certain way. And for you as a woman, that is sin in itself.

You don't have to take on that truth as your truth. And I declare boldly, it is no longer my truth. We are worthy and deserving to be respected, to be paid, to be elevated.

As we're moving in our calling, as we're moving in our purpose, as we're moving in our desire to give back our gifts and our power to the collective, to elevate the collective as a whole, we are worthy and deserving. And not only are we worthy and deserving,

But the very desire is in fact divine. It is in fact righteous because it was downloaded to you. Your calling, how you're feeling pulled, how you're feeling um drawn to be the absolute best and the top of your game in whatever it is that you are feeling called to do.

The Right to Soul Expansion and Growth

righteous. It is divine. And it is worthy and deserving of elevation in all its rights.

Because expansion is in fact your soul's birthright. Okay, so let me drop that right there. So after creating bond with me, you know, communing with me, coming to my house, talking to me about my goals, my gifts, what I'm offering in the space, in the church, um and really creating that bond with me, opening up to me, letting me know that he knows he's not really a good speaker. He's never really been a great preacher and that it would be great to to be able to collaborate in this way.

He then went to a board meeting and told the good people that I couldn't be trusted, that I was egotistical and maybe narcissistic and that I needed to be humbled. I really need you to hear this.

He told the board that I needed to be humbled. And you know, I hadn't, I hadn't planned this, but hold on. Let's, let's talk about this word humbled. Okay.

Hold on a second. Let's talk about this word humbled because this often comes up with my clients. The word humble or meek, the definition is having or showing a modest estimate of one's value or importance.

Okay. It's not being arrogant or here's this word right here, self-important. So what is the projection of society that it is wrong to be self-important, to really honor the importance of yourself?

Why is it that you must be modest about your value? Okay. right? The second definition of low social administrative or political rank low.

I really want you to feel the energy of the words that I'm speaking, right? Of modest pretensions or dimensions, so right? Cause to feel less important or proud.

I really am hoping that you feel the heaviness of the energy and the frequency behind this word and how it has been projected on mostly and mainly women over years and years and years in different contexts and in different aspects in your life.

You must be humbled. Why? So that you can have a lowly, um estimation of your value, of your worth, of your power, of what you bring to the table, of what you bring to the collective, of what you bring to your area of expertise, you must feel and be humble because when you feel and you are humble,

quote unquote humble, carrying this this lower energy, this lower estimation of yourself, then you can't shine as brightly as you were meant to shine.

Right? And so when I say that, I'm even thinking about um the YouTube video that I did about you the sun in your Vedic chart, and I want you really to go watch that. When you are carrying this energy, you are not shining as brightly as you're meant to shine. You are not touching all the corners and the shadows that you're meant to touch. And therefore you're not necessarily creating the impact, the change, the elevation that you came here and that you are meant to have. And the reason why I know you specifically are meant to is because you're listening to this podcast.

Not everybody's listening to this podcast. And it's not that my podcast is the only one. who's meant to elevate the frequency, but I know that this one is meant to elevate the frequency. I know that this is what I am here to do. I know that this is my purpose. I know that people who are called to hear my voice and hear this frequency, they are called to trailblaze. They are called to make a difference. They are called to pioneer. I know this and I know this without doubt.

So I'm asking you to take a moment and release within your body that heavy frequency that you must be humble about your self-worth, about your self-value, about your self-importance, about your power and what you are here to bring and how you are meant to shine. And I don't mean that word shine in like, you know, a corny, uh, way. I mean, literally accessing the solar plexus.

Critique of Hierarchical Structures in Spiritual Communities

Yeah, he told the board that I need to be humbled. that I should be sat down, that I should be quote unquote lowered to the position of usher.

And yeah, so there's so much there, right? I'm i'm i'm so, I'm so disconnected and,

in disagreement with hierarchy within any spiritual um organization or aspect. I don't believe that usher is a lower position or a humbler position than elder or pastor or minister.

Now, to be clear, I am outside of organized religion right now, but I just want you to hear the mind fuckery that goes on.

As if ushering is somehow a lower standard of importance or value. It's insane to me. Okay. So yeah, he says, ah you know, she should be sat down maybe as an usher, but no more preaching definitely.

And they agreed with him. So their agreement with him was painful It was painful to me, but I know what it comes from. I know it came from, you know, the indoctrination of really just following the pastor, right? As sheep um coming under submission to um his words and right. His words were God's. So yeah, I was emotionally and spiritually hurt.

I was surprised. I was stunned. stunned. But also I was submissive. I was meek. I was humble.

So when he asked me what I was planning on preaching on that Saturday, you know, as he dropped this bomb, he took careful note of what I was planning to preach.

And then what did he do? I want you to guess. Guess what he did. ah You probably guessed exactly right. He preached the sermon that I was going to preach.

And then he comes up to me after the service and he whispers in my ear, see what I did there?

As if he was doing me a favor.

And I responded, yeah, I saw what you did.

I want you to know that I didn't stop there, right? i I didn't let it squash my dreams, what my dreams were at that time, but I realized what was happening.

I realized that he was attempting to steal what was mine, to steal my gift, to steal my positioning, to steal really my dream.

But what is yours is yours. And I want you to hear that so very clearly. What is yours is yours.

He could never take my preaching and speaking skills. He could never deliver the way that I do. He doesn't have my unique and personal experiences, my stories, my diction, my flavor, my movements, the synergy that I have within me. He does not have it and cannot take it. He cannot steal it.

And it's not a dig. It's just a fact. They can never be you. So if you're comparing yourself or worried that they're going to steal your gift, they're going to steal your magic, good they're going to steal your idea, they're going to steal what was downloaded to you, they may, but they will never be you.

So needless to say, I went on to become elder. I went on to become minister. I went on to become ordained in a different denomination. i went on to be selected as active duty chaplain with a heck of a reputation for my invocations and my speech.

That even though I've moved on and i've I'm not in the military anymore, I'm not even in ministry anymore in that sense, this legacy of who I am and how I gave invocations and what my speeches were like is still my legacy in the places that remember me.
