Abbasida started the independent minds because we realised that the first time many employees heard about a change project is when that change project directly impacted them.

Very often their first and persistent reaction is a negative one. They put the barriers up. Removing those barriers is a difficult task for both the employer and the employees.

We wanted the independent minds to be a place where people could hear about other people who had seen a problem and thought someone could do that more efficiently, more effectively, differently, better.
