Speaker: All right, let's dive in. How to handle setbacks. Now, if you are goal-oriented person, you are going to face setbacks.
Speaker: You are going to face challenges along the way to where you're going. You are going to have setbacks. You are going to have failure. You are going to experience lots of challenges on the way to your big end goal.
Speaker: And the thing that separates the people that actually make it from those who do not are the ones that don't quit. So it's really important that you master the art of managing your mindset through your setbacks, because if you don't, you're going to end up quitting or pausing what you're doing and putting ah delay in the timeline to help you get to where you want to go.
Speaker: The only way you actually do get to where you want to go is if you learn how to effectively manage your challenges and setbacks, because again, they will come up. You are going to face challenges. You are going to fail along the way. It is part of the journey.
Speaker: And if you quit, that is when you are going to actually fail. The only way that you don't get to where you want to go because if you quit. That was actually my favorite mindset when I first started my business. The only way this doesn't work is if I quit because there were so many challenges. There were so many reasons to quit.
Speaker: There were so many things that constantly came up, roadblocks, challenges that were getting in the way of me feeling like I was making any progress at all. And I repeated that to myself over and over and over again.
Speaker: The only way this doesn't work is if I quit. The only way this doesn't work is if I quit. That mantra is so, so powerful and so, so true because the only way that you fail is if you quit.
Speaker: If you keep going, if you learn how to strategically and effectively, if you learn how to strategically and effectively move through your setbacks and your challenges and your perceived failures, there is no way you will not get to where you want to go.
Speaker: The only way you won't get there is, again, if you quit. And the only way that you won't quit is if you have a strong mindset. You need to have a mindset of resilience. This is so, so important if you're an entrepreneur or really if you're working on any goal.
Speaker: Having a mindset of resilience is what is going to help you get to where you want to go. So what is a mindset of resilience? It's having a mindset that is strong enough to get through any challenging situation.
Speaker: In fact, it is a mindset that sees a challenge as an opportunity. That is a mindset of resilience. A challenge comes up and you look at it and you say, what can i learn from this? What is this trying to teach me?
Speaker: How is this going to help me grow? How is this going to help me grow closer to my goal? That is a mindset of resilience. A victim mindset is when a challenge comes up and you're like, oh no, I suck. Oh no, I should quit. Oh no, this isn't meant for me.
Speaker: This is getting really hard. That's a victim mindset to get to where you're going, where you want to go, where you really, really want to go, then you need a mindset of resilience and you need to effectively learn how to navigate the challenges and setbacks that are again are going to naturally come your way.
Speaker: So how do you build a mindset of resilience? You need to program that mantra I just shared with you into your subconscious mind. The only way this doesn't work is if I quit because that mantra is so powerful and holds so much truth and really carried me through some extremely challenging times in my business in the early stages. And I still repeat that to myself today.
Speaker: I face challenges and setbacks all all of the time and it's normal to feel like you may want to quit especially if you're not seeing the results that you want to be seeing right now it can be really really hard to keep going when you're not seeing the fruits of your labor but that's when you have to keep going when things are falling to shit when everything's falling apart that's actually the moment that you're about to break through i've learned this so many times within myself and with my clients that when everything's falling to shit, when everything's falling apart, that's actually the moment when you're about to make a massive shift and you're about to break through to a new level of yourself.
Speaker: And if you quit, if you give up, then you don't actually get the chance to break through. You just threw in the towel. You didn't actually get a chance to get to that breakthrough, right? Because it got too hard and you said, fuck it.
Speaker: Because it got too hard and you said, oh, well, not meant for me. But the truth is, the more challenging something is, the more meant for you it actually is. The challenge is the way.
Speaker: The challenge is your teacher. The challenge is the opportunity. If everything were easy, you would not enjoy the journey as much. The journey wouldn't feel as rewarding either.
Speaker: The challenges actually are what make your success feel as good as it does in the end. When we go through challenges, that's when we really are able to enjoy the success that we're working towards.
Speaker: Otherwise, if you had no challenges, again, the success wouldn't feel so good. And what's the point of success if it doesn't feel good? You'll just get to that goal and you'll be ready for the next thing.
Speaker: You won't even celebrate what you got to because you'll just be like, okay, next. That's not the point of life. That's not the point of being an entrepreneur. It's not the point of going after goals.
Speaker: It's about enjoying the journey and really reaping the reward, the feel-good reward of your success. Enjoying the process, being in the moment throughout it, being with the challenges throughout it, building resilience that will help you not only in your business and in your goals or in your work, but also in your relationships. Also in your life when really hard things happen, you have built a mindset of resilience that can help carry you through it.
Speaker: And the only reason you likely don't have a mindset of resilience right now is probably because you weren't programmed with a mindset of resilience from when you were a kid. Again, this always comes back to the subconscious mind.
Speaker: So to build a mindset of resilience, you have to program your subconscious to believe that it's safe for you to be resilient. It's safe for you to go through the fire of the challenge that you're in front of.
Speaker: It's safe to walk through it. You're capable of it. You're worthy of it. And in fact, doing it is what will bring you to the other side of where you actually want to be. The harder things get, the more you're going to enjoy the success at the end of it if you stick through it, if you push through it, if you allow yourself to grow through it.
Speaker: You have to grow through what you go through. When you grow through what you go through, the success on the other end of it feels so good. And this is a mindset of resilience. It's a mindset of strength.
Speaker: It's looking at every challenge, every hardship as an opportunity, as an opportunity for growth, for perseverance. And so to build this mindset of resilience, again, you have to program your subconscious mind to believe that it is safe and possible for you to be resilient, that is safe for you to go through the fire and to avoid that fear mindset that keeps you playing small, that keeps you stuck, that wants you just to throw in the towel and quit because, hey, that feels safer.
Speaker: It's not safer because when you throw in the towel and you quit, you're going to regret it. And there's no worse feeling in the world than the feeling of regret. So the challenges that you face are never going to be as hard as it feels to hold the feelings of regret later on.
Speaker: I would much rather feel hardship, feel struggle, and go through the fire than to feel regret of not trying at all. Because regret really sucks.
Speaker: You may have felt it in the past. Go ahead right now and remember how you felt when you're in a state of regret. It does not feel good and it never feels good. No matter what situation that you're in, when you're feeling regretful, whether it's business, work, relationships, the feeling of regret is the ultimate lowest vibration on the energy scale.
Speaker: On the levels of energy, the feeling of regret is so low, which means it makes you feel extremely low. And when you feel low, you magnetize and manifest more things around you that are of low vibration.
Speaker: Going through the fire facing a challenge takes courage, takes strength. And the energy of courage and strength is high vibration. It's going to bring more high vibrational manifestations around your energy field, more high vibrational people to help you in your energy field.
Speaker: So you have to get out of that victim mindset that says you're not good enough, that says you should quit and forge ahead with that mindset of resilience, that mindset that no matter what happens, as long as you don't quit, you will not fail.
Speaker: that mantra, that lovely mantra. The only way this doesn't work for me is if I give up on myself as if I quit. Because if you don't quit, you never fail. That is a mindset of resilience.
Speaker: So hardwire that into your subconscious. And you can do this through the power of self-hypnosis. It is the most powerful tool to brainwash yourself, to allow your mind to believe something that you don't naturally believe already.
Speaker: So get yourself in a really calm, trance-like state. You can utilize the audio sessions on the Rewired app to help you do this, to get you in that relaxed, trance-like state, and repeat that mantra to yourself.
Speaker: The only way this doesn't work is if I quit. repeat it to yourself over and over again. And I guarantee you will wake up stronger, you will feel stronger, and you will go through your challenges 10 times stronger than you would have without this mindset of resilience.
Speaker: It is so important. It's going to help you not only overcome challenges, but it's going to help you get exactly where you want to go. And that's why you're on this journey. So it's about allowing your subconscious to believe that what you want is possible for you, that it's safe for you to overcome challenges, that it's safe for you to walk through the fire of whatever is in front of you, that you can do it.
Speaker: In fact, another way that you can hack your subconscious to help yourself believe that you can do this is think of a time in your life where you overcame a challenge and it served you well. This shows your subconscious that you've done this in the past in some capacity and you can do it again. And if you can do it once, you can do it twice. You can do it three times, four times, five times, as many times as you need to.
Speaker: There's no limit on the amount of challenges that you can face. And there's no limit on the amount of challenges that will come up for you when you're in route to a goal. There will be endless challenges. And as long as you don't quit, as I've said 3,000 times already, long as you don't quit, you're going to get there. You just have to have that mindset of resilience.
Speaker: I got this. I can do this. I'm going to keep going. It doesn't matter that this challenge is coming up. This challenge is here to teach me something. And then another challenge comes up and you say, it's okay. Let me look at this. Let me see what I need to learn from this.
Speaker: This door closed. I'll go through that door. This door closed. I'll create my own door. That's the mindset of resilience. You have to have this strong subconscious belief in yourself that you can handle it.
Speaker: You can do it because the truth is that you can. That's the only thing that separates the successful from those who are not successful. Successful people are resilient.
Speaker: They do not give up no matter what happens. If you go and you look at success stories of the most successful people in the world, of the most successful people in your industry, I guarantee you they have a story of not giving up.
Speaker: They have a story of intense and extreme hardship that they push themselves through. to get to where they are today. Go back and look at some of those stories of people who have gone through hardship and reached success.
Speaker: Let them inspire you because you're not alone on this journey. You're certainly not alone. You're not the only one who has faced a lot of challenges, mountains and mountains and mountains of challenges. We all do.
Speaker: You just have to climb that mountain. And at the top of that mountain is everything you want and more. And it feels 10 times better at the top when you actually went through the fire to get there.
Speaker: So that is a mindset of resilience. That's how you overcome setbacks. It's all in the power of your mind. More specifically, it's on the power of your subconscious mind. So when you have your subconscious mind on your side, there is absolutely nothing that you cannot accomplish. Nothing, not one thing.
