Men can struggle, too.
In this episode, I have a conversation with eating disorder advocate, Jason Wood about his own experience of living with an eating disorder and his road to recovery.
Throughout the episode, Jason shares his knowledge with us about the importance of creating space for men to know it’s okay to struggle and also things we can actively do to create safer spaces for men to be human.
We also chat about our sexuality and how that influences the ways that we view our bodies.
