We know the sacral chakra is about your passion, your creativity, your sensual energy and pleasure and joy and fun. So yeah, that's sexy to work with, right?

The solar plexus, one of my favorites to work with is about your inner authority, your spiritual power, your I am, right? Your universal and infinite potentiality ah core self. That is what the solar plexus is about. And so yeah, when you hear that, you're like, absolutely, that sounds sexy, right? And so some of the other centers, they sound powerful, they sound more sexy, they sound more juicy to work with. And so because of that, the root chakra is often overlooked, but it is so important.

Your root chakra, which is an energy center, it sits below your pelvis bone, right? So right below your private part. we know that our energy is off. It's not aligned, right? And and it's not um it's not feeling balanced and and centered and at peace. And you will feel that. How does it look right when things coming in affects your root chakra? So let's just talk about it practically. right How can your root chakra be affected? Well, um if you are worried and you're feeling stress about how you're going to pay your next bill, you know about the rent or the mortgage or where your client's coming in, If you're feeling stressed about those things that help you feel secure and stable and independent, right then your root chakra energetically is going to be off. It's going to feel misaligned. You're probably going to start rotating counterclockwise. right If you have people who are consistently in your field and they are attacking, and I do mean that word, attacking, right they're coming against who you are, what you believe, your standards, your boundaries,

him Right? Your boundaries. And when I say your boundaries, I mean the standards that you set up around yourself so that you feel safe, secure, stable, rooted at peace, enjoy, right? So if there are people who are continually in your space and they are coming against those things, then your root chakra most likely will be affected and will be off, right? It'll be off balance. It'll be counter.

Right? It doesn't necessarily that mean that that person needs to be physically in your field. It could be over the phone. It could be, you know, this person, you've had conversations and you continue to think about that conversation. You continue to think about what that person thinks, how they're judging you, how they're, you know, making plans for you, how they are critical of you, whether they approve of you or not, whether you are enough for them or not.

I'm speaking to you, right? If these things are ruminating over and over and over in your mind, yeah, a lot of times we think we need to we need to do some mindset work, right? We need to do some shifting of belief work, but what we don't understand is there is an energetic work that now needs to happen because it's not only seeped into your subconscious, but it's also seeped into your energy body and is affecting your root chakra, right? so Yeah, if you another way that is so subtle and we don't even think about it often, but you could be so in your mode, right? You you wake up, you work out, you're doing your work, you you know you're you're just continually go, go, go, go, go mode. And you don't have time to reconnect with nature. You know what's funny is we think about nature as something outside of ourselves. You ever thought about that?

We think of nature as something outside of ourselves, right? Going to the beach, being there to water, putting our feet on the ground, putting our feet in the grass, right? We think, do you know that we are also a part of nature?

And so I bring that up to say that it's not only necessary because you know we need to be out and let nature refresh us, it's necessary because we get to stay connected to who we are. Let me say that again. It's necessary because we get to stay connected to the true I am that is within you, the divine nature that is within you.

We are a part of creation. And so it's so important that we take the time to reconnect with other parts of creation. And so all those things that I mentioned, they are important to help keep your root chakra healthy because you are also a part of nature. You are also a part of the creative nature in you, wants to be reconnected to other, other, um,

elements of creation. So you want to step out into the green, you want to step out into the blue and the white that is above you and the grays and the beautiful pinks and oranges that come in that sunset and sunrise. Our feet want to be on the ground because it wants to reconnect the root chakra to the earth. It wants to reconnect with what it means to be rooted and grounded and feel supported and stable and feel independent and feel secure and feel safe and And like I said, connected. It wants to do that. And so yes, it's important for us to go out and put our feet on the grass, to put our feet on the stand, to put our feet in the soil, to put our feet in the ocean as it comes and it laps up on the shore and then it in it wheels back in. These things are important to help keep balance and peace and in alignment our root chakra.

But what we don't understand is we are one, right? And there's a whole system of flow in our energy system. And so if your root chakra is off, if your root chakra is counter, right, if your root chakra is shut down, then it's blocking off

And I needed to say that because oftentimes when I'm doing an energy body reading, women will come and they're like, well, I think my self expression, you know, I feel it in my throat. And yes, this is often true, particularly for women, right. And they'll feel they'll feel stress tightened up in their chest. And so we're working with the heart chakra and the solar plexus, of course, right, they feel blocked in the writing, right, and and the creativity portion. And then of course, they're thinking, you know, it's probably sacral, and sometimes they feel it

you know, blocking up in this portion. But what we don't understand is some of those blocked up portions is because the root chakra is shut down. And I have seen it like, where the energy is just not moving. And it's something that a lot of women were like, huh,

It surprises them, it takes them off guard. It's like, huh, the root chakra, huh? Yes, yes, it's so important. And it's so tied to everything else. So now let me get to the to the meat of this thing, right?

If there's blockage in your energy flow within your body and you're and and you are in the process of expanding, which I believe you are, right? You're in the process of expanding your business. You feel that it's time to expand in clients. It's time to expand in reach. It's time to expand in in um impact. And let me tell you, that when you're in that that mode, there's the excitement, and there's the fear, and there's the the anxiousness, and there's the eagerness, but there's also this, ah. There's also this portion which doesn't actually feel so good. It's the portion of like where the root is trying to break through ground, right? It's that portion of, ah, because what? Things have to change.

And when you're preparing for things to change, that's when the strength, the health, the vitality, the power of your root chakra is so vitally important. When you are in the midst of powerful expansion change, your root chakra is vitally important. You want to be supported by a healthy root chakra, right?

Here's the thing, here's the thing, because we are in that space where it's uncomfortable, we're in that space where some things feel murky, some things feel dark, some things feel confusing, right? Not sure which way to go, which person to trust, which person to connect with, which person to collaborate with, right? And there's some of this, some of this which which method should I use, but which coach should I go with, right? There's some of this murkyness because their expansion is getting ready to happen.

It's during those times where some really powerful, important, and scary decisions have to be made. So let's talk about them, because that is where your root chakra gets to support you, maybe the most. You get to decide now, what are the new beliefs that you are installing?

What are the new standards that you are now installing and that you're getting ready to live by? And that you're getting ready to require that other people who come into your field get to respect and honor also, right? Otherwise known as as boundaries, right? Yeah, what are the new standards? What are the new beliefs? What are the beliefs that you get to now let go of?

What are the thoughts that you you you get to now shed? What are the layers of trauma that you get to now heal from because you are now moving into a space. You are now expanding out of that space and into a new space. Therefore, you get to step in the newness of yourself.

And some things have to be shed, some things have to be let go. So let's talk about it and in terms of root, right? Let's just imagine the root. What does the root need in order for vitality, right? We're just painting a picture here because really what it needs is an energetic activation, energetic clearing, energetic balancing, right? But we can come, we can do the balancing, the clearing, but we have to understand the whole picture, right? So let's talk about the whole picture.

What does the root need in order to support this change that's getting ready to happen? Well, sometimes the root needs to be replanted. Oh, come on. I know y'all heard that. Sometimes the root needs to be replanted. Sometimes you need to change the soil around the root. Why? Because the root is now growing out of where it used to be. It's expanding out of where it used to be. So that soil needs to be changed. Sometimes you need to move. Maybe you need to release that house. Maybe you need to move location. Maybe it's a community that you now get to, you're expanding out of. And so now it's time to find a new community, a new tribe, a new circle, right? Maybe it's not find, maybe it's create. That's why in the Dada's collective, I decided not to go one-to-one because the vortex is so important and powerful for the support of that route.

for the support of the expansion, right? That vortex gets to support and celebrate and hold you and hold space for all the changes and the expansion and the energetic activations and the releasing and the healing, right? And so for some of you, that soil needs to be changed. And sometimes that's a physical move. Sometimes it's a it's a mouth it's a word like we get to change the circles that we're around. It's the water. We know the root needs to be watered, right? And as you were growing up, you got watered. For some of you, the string was efficient. It was enough before. For some of you, it was a babbling brook. And that was enough water for you before, right? People who were trickling in um support. They were trickling in the way that you um support and motivation and inspiration in the way that you got rejuvenated and refreshed, but now you are expanding out of that. Now you need more. You need a flow of a river. You need to be around the ocean where the waves are just crashing in. You need the view of the waterfall to understand that there is

Come on now, you were in this box and you've got rays of the sunlight. And sunlight used to come in through the holes and through the cracks, right? But you have expanded out of that box. Maybe that box is the military. Maybe that box is government work. Maybe that box is corporate. Maybe that box is your your former um business. Maybe that box is the way your business used to be

Maybe that box for you was a religion or denomination, and the life that used to come in was enough for you, but now you are expanding into your next level of purpose, prosperity, and power. You know now where the root chakra is, you know its importance, and you know where you get to start working with it. Listen, a lot of energy workers are going to go, um and I don't mean this in a demeaning way, but there are some superficial things that you get to do to work with your root chakra, right?

being out in nature, putting your feet on the ground, even um eating grains and nuts. I learned that from my energy practitioner. These are important things. These are these are good for maintenance, right? um Keeping the lower half of your body healthy and a movement in movement and exercises, right? Yeah, being very grounded, firm. If you're feeling out of sorts or out of alignment emotionally, affirmations can affirmations that that help you realize, you know I am here. This is what I'm here to do. This is my purpose. This is what I stand for. These are all going to be very helpful. Listening to music that has that's very earthy, that has um earth sounds in the background, that that has drums. Drums are very grounding and very helpful for their root chakra. All of these things are wonderful, and you get to use them and practice them. And I'm encouraging you to listen to this.
