I want to talk about what it means to have a growth mindset, the importance of it for success, fulfillment in your personal life, in your business, and in the relationship, especially the relationship with yourself. So before I get started, I want to really talk about what the word growth means to me. When I think about growth, I think of the word transformation.

When I think about growth, I think about elevating. When I think about growth, I think about excellence. And most of my life has been about growth. I'm always want to do better. I want to improve. I want to enhance my vibration. I want to enhance my energy. I want to become wiser. I want to work on myself. I want to create products and things to help the world grow and help people grow to raise the frequency and vibration of humanity. That's always been my intention since a young kid. I also believe I'm a person who I don't like staying the same. I want change. Some of us have a hard time changing and some of us don't like growing old like

be indifferent for the better of our livelihood because we're so programmed and conditioned to follow someone else's agenda or protocol or procedures for their dreams and for their fulfillment, for their growth. I want to talk about growth for you today and I think it's very important. So when you think about growth mentality, growth mindset, what is a growth mindset? By the way, there's a great book I can't remember. I think the book is mindset. And I think the author is Carol Dweck. I'm not mistaken. Great book. There's a lot of case studies in a book. And a growth mentality is nothing more than you want to grow, you want to be better. So in this moment right now, I want to give you the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset. So say for instance, you're taking a math test, right? Let's say algebra.

And say you get a 75, right? So I'm going to explain growth mindset and mentality. when Okay, algebra test, get a 75. 75 is reasonable. It's not a great score, but it's fair like a C. So the growth mindset, individual goals. Okay, I got a 75 on this test. Okay, I don't really like that score. I know I can do better. I will do better. What do I need to learn? And what do I need to change to have a better outcome next? That's the growth mindset. And what te or teachers, people can help me get there. This is growth. The fixed mindset, individual goals.

Yeah, I mean, I studied hard, I studied all night, all week. I just don't think I can do better. So basically, they take the result of the test, make it the definition of who they are. With a growth mindset takes the information and data, the feedback from a test, to improve themselves. The fixed mindset takes the information and data from the test to acknowledge itself as that. And they stay in that bind, right? So all when we say the fixed mindset individual is more pessimistic, the growth mindset individual, which I am, is optimistic. I'm super optimistic about all things.

Right? Sometimes deluded, right? But it's important to have that mindset because how do you grow if you don't see yourself growing? If I only looked at it from a pessimistic standpoint, from a logical, well, this is what the book says, this is what happened in history, but we're always creating new history. So always know the difference and know where you are. And here's the thing, I think everyone has a growth mindset in some capacity. Some people have it when it comes to making money. Some people have it when it comes to fitness, right? Some people have it in relationship. And then, you know, I believe for a long time, I had a fixed mindset when it comes to relationship. Oh, there's no one out there that can match my frequency or my energy or maybe I'm too much for people. That was a fixed mindset.

that I'm saying that this is the truth, this is the reality, and that's it. There's no way that I can find someone who matches who I am, but let's be asked why. But that's me not being in my growth mentality. So I think it's important for all of us to kind of look at ourselves and say, okay, where in my life do want to grow? Where in my life needs growth? Right? I'm avoiding it because of fear, because of rejection, because of insecurity, because of all these things that don't really matter. But in my mind, they do because that's the fixed mentality. So when it comes to empowerment and productivity, the way I look at it as every moment I have a morning routine. I pray, I meditate, I do affirmations, I work out, I do breath work. Those are five things. Those five things, prayer, meditation,

exercise, rest work, affirmations, right? Those things are going to help me grow my life and grow my career and grow myself, right? Every day. So this is a routine that I keep. So write this down and listen to this, what is your morning routine for that growth mindset, right? So I add this, this is part of my growth toolbox, my routine, right? Okay, let's go into my personal life. So going into how I see myself, right? My identity, self-love, right? The self-love I give myself, right? The self-love I give myself is going to activate the growth in me. So morning routine, self-love.

right And then the last one in this round of my growth toolbox is confidence and respect. right Am I confident in what I'm doing? and Do I respect myself to do what I need to do? To go to bed all the time? To say no? To set boundaries? To do what makes me happy and fulfilled and not do the things I think I should do because I want to be liked and loved. So three things to have in your growth toolbox. morning routine, self-love, respect and confidence of self. right Because when you respect yourself, you're not going to let anyone come and mess up your boundaries. You're not going to allow yourself to not be up all night. You're going to allow yourself to get rest. You're going to eat properly. You're going to have fun and you're going to enjoy life. And you believe in what you're doing.

So those are things you can put in your growth toolbox. And those things lead to productivity. I was told from the readers, like your ancestors are happy with you, but you're too productive. So maybe my growth area that I'm avoiding is having fun, right? I need to learn how to have fun and let go and not be so productive because I'm really good at being productive. And to be productive, you have to be willing to grow. And with productivity comes consistency, discipline, and motivation, right? Those three things. When you're productive, you're disciplined, you're consistent, and you're motivated. Point blank, true, right? So are you consistent? Are you disciplined? Are you motivated to do the things every day, even when you don't feel like

to stay consistent and disciplined in that area to be motivated to get the growth that you need and want from your love life, your personal life, your career, your friends, your family, and all the things that make you you. So those are questions you should think about or listen to this or thinking about productivity. Let's discuss power. So I'll give you the growth right? The growth toolbox is so important. We talked about productivity. And last but not least, we want to talk about empowerment. Those two things, those modules of life is going to empower you. I want you to be empowered. I always say you are a power ranger. We are a power ranger. Do you feel empowered when you wake up? Do you feel empowered when you say your prayer, you do your meditation, right? You do your breath work, you do your affirmation.

Do you feel empowered when you leave the gym? Do you feel empowered when you say no? Because you're saying yes to yourself. Do you feel empowered when you don't feel like you have to hang out and drink and party to be a part of the crowd? Do you feel empowered? So empowerment in my eyes is, am I making decisions that's going to empower my energy? That's going to empower my focus. That's going to empower my confidence. That's going to empower my business. It's going to empower my love. It's going to empower my money, right? Do I feel empowered? You got to have that growth. You need your growth. You need to be productive in order to get to that space of empowerment. I'm empowered as a speaker. I'm empowered as a trainer. I'm empowered as a coach. I'm empowered as an individual. We can't forget that you have to be empowered to be spiritual. You have to be empowered to be fit, right? I'm empowered every day to show up to be my best, most authentic self for myself and for the world at large. Because I want to see you grow. I want to see you productive. I want you to be consistent so you can be fulfilled. And you can have everything you need and want and desire from your life because you are the co-creative of your reality. What you're looking in at right now, what you're listening to is because you manifested me and you manifested this conversation for your development. Because this is a growth mindset, podcast and platform, spiritual fitness. I love the spirit of you to be fit in every capacity, mentally, socially, financially, physically, spiritually.

And anything else on this, I want you to be fit. The best way for your vessel, your soul, your consciousness. I want you to tap into your super consciousness. I don't want to have these conversations just to have them. I want them to have it so you can take the information. You can apply it, you can embody it, and you can integrate it so you can be the best you can. And you can help yourself and others and around you change by just having that information come through your vessel, push out the spirit fitness. That makes sense. So people listening, growth mentality, you need it. We need the productivity. We need the consistency.

We need all those things to be the empowered soul that we are. So I want to share a growth story with you. And I think it's imperative to say this because money is always... They say it's the root of all evil, but I'll say attention is, social media is everybody wants attention, everybody wants to be seen. And it's okay. Be seen, but just make sure you don't go out of your way to be seen, right? That means out of your character, out of your alignment. Many of us have done that not knowing it's not healthy, but it's probably trauma, pain, but money. Let's talk about money. Maybe the year was 2020, 2019. I was driving a 2017 Black Ultima. And look, Ultima, these sounds are great cars. They drive really well. It's a great condition. It was like a lease. It's great. I had a great time. But, you know, I think my payment at the time was like,

16, 37, you might like. And I say, you know what? I want to make more money. I say, I want a better car, right? In mind you, at this point in my life, my car price, it was a Chrysler C-Brains and I had an ultimate. I say, you know what? I want to get a new car. And I want to make more money. So what I do know from the world of circulation and the money world, the law of circulation, more money you put out and more money comes back. But they always say, scared money, don't make money. You're not supposed to hoard money. You're supposed to invest it. Yeah, save it, but eventually invest it so it can grow. So I know that when you spend more money, you're telling the universe you want more.

And I wanted to make more money. And so I think it was the end of 2020, I was able to get a BMW 540 in a serious package 2021, brush off the lie. I only had 30 miles it. And my payment channel, I think I was spending like 800 a month. So I was spending some money. And literally, you know, ah within three to six months, I was making more money. And that year, I probably got the biggest check. of my life for a 10-minute segment on show. I made $75,000. 10 minutes. I only had 10 minutes. And wissy intentionally, I had already had it in my mind that I wanted to make more money and I knew by buying or getting a car or lease that I would

attract more money. And eventually I did. So that was the gross mentality in me. I didn't worry about how much I had to invest or spend to get this car a month. I just knew what I wanted. And guess what happened? I mean more money, right? So It was great because I had a good time. The car was amazing. It's my baby, I miss it. I turned it in late last year. The lease was up. But I wanted that experience for myself. I wanted to make more money, which I did. But it all started from a gross mentality, right? I didn't get the car and resonance of, look at me, I just like, I wanted to feel, I wanted to feel. And it was great. So yeah, that was a great story. ah Growth mindset.

Let's improve the frequency. Let's improve the money. The money came. So I want to talk about another story. I don't give you stories today. I think stories. You know, there's a book, by the way, I met the author of the mogul, Peter Gerber. He owns like the Dodgers, those state warriors. I think he was a long starter song he pictured. He has so much business acumen and he's powerful. I actually saw him out at a canyon out here called Franklin Canyon. and And it made me think in this moment, he used to say in his book, this book is called tell your story to win. He said people want to hear your story. And so that's why his name just popped up. So I'm telling you stories, I want you to win. And but I'm gonna tell you the story because this is how I live in life. So 2020 round, this is a lot of growth to happen around 2021. So 2021, we're kind of like six months out of life.

I can't say it's sick because I don't know when the pandemic action stopped, but we're kind of more free. And I don't i think we're not going out and stuff like that. But anyway, I had someone want reach out, said they wanted to help like influencers and social media people that have a presence, like start a business because you know, you got all these followers, but what you're going to do if you're not making money off of brand deals, you know, there's been a challenge. So many brands, but you get to a point where things slow up, like where's the real business at? So all my intentions was to create business life coaching business mindset coaching person development business at the time i was kind of like should i spend three five hundred three months on coach i and don't know when i'm like you know what go back to my original with the car story.

franchise. Shouts out to Chris. But we create a vocal depending. And we talk about fixing broke mindset, which is clearly how everything comes full circle. But anyway, so I paid $3,500. That's a $3,500 for three months at the time. And like, um I was posting like six times a day. They were like 30 days straight, right? I wasn't seeing no results. I'm just like, I was asking Rachel, like, Rachel, like, where am I going to see something like $3,500? And I think I said maybe like another 800 or something. So I'm probably like maybe 4,000 in or something like that, whatever. But I'm like, where's the return? Where's the return? Seeing my focus is, I'm looking for the return. But anyway, time goes on, since summertime was hot, I'm posting like crazy.

Consistency is good. I was disappointed. I was doing everything she was telling me. She's like, you're the only person I really know that really did what they say. And, you know, you're really doing it. I have a Punjabi set up. I had a league magnet. Sam Carter had all these back insets. So, you know, I'm doing it. So I saw the ConvertKit had me an email list, you know, doing all the things. And a I didn't get no clients. I didn't get no emotion. I didn't get no attraction. I was just like, what is this all for, right? So I was about to say maybe eight months into investing in myself. I read it to someone at Cryo Health Care.

I was giving them right their life pass and personal year number. We just clicked, but at the time, I wasn't even thinking about clients. I wasn't thinking about business. I was just in that door of recovery. This woman literally bought a book, signed up for one-on-one coaching, and I coached her for a year. And within that year, this woman spent almost $50,000 with me. But remember, I probably invested $4,000 and I was looking for a return, but it took about eight months.

And in that year, I made almost 50,000 growth. It's a growth story and it was a growth moment. But if I was stayed in my fixed bubble, I would have just invested the 4,000. I'd have just like, no. So thank God for Rachel and having all my back end set up where someone can just go on there without me knowing to book a session, to train and culture me to buy my book, to invest in me because I invested. So growth mindset is all about you investing in you so you can have a better life, a better career, a better relationship. So people out there, read books, go to seminars, take master classes and listen to webinars. I've done it all in my life. I've been in LA for 14 years. I remember in 2012, I went to a seminar with Bob Proctor and Mary Morrissey, and it was so great when she was called Make a Million Look Small. I'd have been on calls, a master class, of Tony Robbins.

thing that he was pushing that was free. I've done the work. I've read over so many books. There's another investment. I invested $7,000 in the coaching business, only to make $9,000 on the client offer. So I invested $7,000 with another guy. Forgot his name, just like around that same time. I wanted to grow my business. I had already had one client. I was like, let me get another big client, right? I gave this guy $7,000 on my money. He was like, what? I was married to somebody who said $7,000. But then, four months after of that, someone swabbed out for coaching and I made $9,000. So, I made a $2,000 profit, right? So, with these are the risks I've taken in my life. I didn't just sit and sometimes we sit and we save, we save, we save, we save, we save, we save, we save, we save, and we save our money, then we go buy a house or we go buy a car or whatever. And it's like, I'm investing in me because I'm trying to grow and I'm gonna keep taking chances so I can advance. So, people, go to seminars, read books, invest the money, right? Sign up.

Get a coach, get a trainer, get a dietician, get a nutritionist. And that's the money. Do recovery. I met my first big client doing recovery, investing in myself. Do a cryo.
